I was dressing up when I heard my brother, Alias yelled, '' Val breakfast's ready. Come downstairs.'' "I'll '', I yelled back. I put my hair in a braid and went downstairs.I smelled the wonderful smell of bacon which my brother made. After that, I coudn't wait longer so I rushed to the kitchen. My brother was acompanied by the alpha or should I say his bestfriend. He was Alpha Alexander. " Good morning Alex'', I greeted him with a smile. " Good morning, Valerie'', his deep yet calm voice replied. And yes, we were allowed to called him by his first name mostly only in private places like our house. I finished the bacon my brother made, one of the meals he was good at cooking but he isn't always the best cook. If you want to enjoy some biscuits with milk, you'll mostly get them burnt. My brother Alias broke the silence, '' Pup we'll be going to the packhouse now. Take care. See you later''. I nodded. My brother was the beta of our pack. Our alpha chose him as my brother was strong, loyal and plus he was the alpha's bestfriend who contained several quantities. I washed the dishes and changed out of my pajamas to go to training.Training was very important for werewolves. I locked the house only to spot Kayla. Kayla was my brother's friend. She used to be kind and sweet but now she was totally different. She had blonde hair with hazel eyes. Honestly she was pretty but her personality wasn't. I caught her staring at me when she started the conversation, ''Look who it is. The beta's burden sister.'' I was used to this behaviour so I stayed quiet. She continued, '' She can't even defend herself. V.A.L.E.R.I.E. Such a pathetic name. I'll make sure you are in my list to get rid of when I become the luna.'' This time, I had enough. "Keep dreaming.''
I caught her raging and she stormed of. I had a wonderful breakfast and a good beginning only for her to try and change it but I wasn't going to let her change my mood.
