It had already been quite a long time—or so she assumed—since discovering she was in the world of Dragon Ball. Especially because she only woke up and was conscious during brief moments when they checked if she was alright and without complications in the incubator. Although there were other occasions where she simply woke up, and to avoid boredom, she tried to plan what she would do in the future to survive. For the moment, she couldn't do anything. Or at least that's what she thought, until she remembered she was in Dragon Ball and, what's one of the most characteristic things of this universe? Exactly, KI.
While she was awake, she always took the opportunity to try to feel her Ki and that of her surroundings, expanding her consciousness towards the plants, animals, and other individuals around her, like the scientists. Although none of that was easy, especially at first. While she knew what Ki was and how it worked, and could even feel a sort of energy coursing through her body that she had never felt in her past life.
Even so, she couldn't manage to feel the Ki of others at all, so she kept trying, although most of the time it alerted the scientists who were monitoring her, because instead of awakening her Ki sense and being able to detect others, she would suddenly and abruptly increase her Ki, which caused the Scouters to detect her as soon as she did it, and that only made them stay alert for any sudden accident that could occur due to the erratic increase and decrease of her power, which in itself was a nuisance and a warning of a disadvantage that her future opponents could exploit.
So, to correct this, she kept working even harder to improve her Ki control, manipulating it to a certain extent whenever she could to get used to it, trying to raise or lower her Ki as quickly as possible without the Scouters detecting her. Needless to say, she failed miserably.
Until one day she made significant progress—she managed to make her Ki increase and decrease whenever she wanted, at least decently. And maybe she wasn't a master of Ki and a true expert could easily detect her, since she could only raise or lower her power to a certain extent, but not completely hide it. But although she couldn't fully escape the Scouter's detection ability when increasing her power, she could somewhat bypass it, and she even felt she could manage her energy attacks better to not exhaust herself as quickly as Goku did at the beginning. Anyway, she was on the right path. After all, she wouldn't master or perfect it overnight.
Even Goku took years to do it. After all, even though he managed to imitate Master Roshi's Kamehameha with ease just by watching it, he wasn't an expert and his Kamehameha was too weak, not knowing what Ki was or how to manipulate it correctly, wasting too much of his Ki and achieving little results. And even though later with Mr. Popo and Kami-sama he learned what Ki was and how to use it more efficiently because they taught him, that doesn't change the fact that he didn't get it right the first time or anything like that—he spent 3 years perfecting his control over this energy and becoming stronger thanks to greater control of it.
It goes without saying that for her, it would be much harder. She didn't have a teacher to guide her, and not even the Saiyans—who although have more than decent control over this energy—focused only on increasing their physical abilities even more and other things like flight, artificial moon, or energy blasts. Beyond that, they didn't compare to the incredible Ki mastery of humans or Yardratians, who perfected said energy much more effectively. Even within the army of Frieza and King Cold, there was no one capable of detecting other individuals without a Scouter, and even less doing more complicated things.
So, after training in the use of Ki for quite some time now, she was gradually improving it decently, vaguely able to feel other individuals besides herself. She felt that soon she would be able to sense Ki in a much better way.
But that would have to wait, as she felt she was about to finish her time in the incubator—she could already feel developed enough to come out and fight in perfect condition. But for the moment, she would go back to sleep.
And she was right, the three years she had to remain in the incubator had already passed—she would soon be able to come out at last.

–Planet Vegeta. Throne Room–
A majestic and dark hall can be seen, with a design reminiscent of a gothic cathedral, featuring tall, colorful stained-glass windows that let light in dramatically. At the far end, a throne is visible, elevated atop a set of stairs. The throne appears to be the focal point of the entire room, radiating power and authority. It has a dark, sharp, and minimalist design. Its backrest is tall, with straight lines and a slight inverted "V" shape, giving the impression of a crown or a stylized claw. It is not a cozy throne, but one that commands respect and fear. Seated upon it is the majestic King Vegeta.

(Imagine that the image of King Vegeta sitting on the throne is the same throne from the image above)
In front of him, a few steps below, stood another person, kneeling with his fist on the ground, as a sign of respect toward King Vegeta.
This person has an imposing and clearly warrior-like appearance. He is extremely muscular and bulky. His arms, chest, and legs are well-defined, highlighting his physical strength and combat readiness. Everything about his anatomy screams "raw power". He has short, spiky dark hair on top, with thick eyebrows and a thin mustache. His jaw is square and very pronounced, with high cheekbones. He has a cleft chin and very harsh facial features.
Like the other individuals shown previously, he wears a Saiyan battle armor, with large, rounded shoulder pads, olive green in color with white trims. This armor is the characteristic attire worn by high-ranking Saiyans. And with his classic monkey tail wrapped around his waist like a belt.
This person is none other than General Nappa himself, author of the book "The Art of Loving You", who still retains his scarce—but precious—hair.
*Insert image of Nappa with Hair*
No one else was in the throne room; only the two of them occupied the vast and imposing chamber.
– I'm sure you're wondering why I summoned you here, Nappa. – Stated King Vegeta, his expression impassive as he rested his hand on his chin, a sign of boredom.
Nappa merely nodded, confused and intrigued as to why he had been called. Perhaps an important planet to conquer? Was it about the meddling Galactic Patrol? Maybe it was a plan to rebel against King Cold? Or something like that? He didn't know, and that only fueled his curiosity to understand the reason behind all the secrecy.
– Nappa, as you well know, I have a daughter. – Nappa simply listened, confused as to what that had to do with him, but continued nodding, listening attentively. – The three years of development in the incubator have now passed, and she's about to come out of it. I've been thinking about who would be best suited to train her. I would do it myself, but you know very well how busy I've been lately—especially with the Galactic Patrol sticking their noses where they don't belong and interfering with our planetary invasions and sales. So, from now on, I've decided that you will take on the task of teaching and training my daughter. – Ordered King Vegeta.
Nappa couldn't help but be surprised, exclaiming in shock – W-What?! Me?! – He asked, incredulous. He hadn't expected to be given such an important responsibility.
– Is there a problem? – Snapped King Vegeta, slightly narrowing his eyes. – N-no, that's not it, sire, I was just surprised to be given such an honor. – He confessed sincerely. Though he was the General of the Saiyans and one of the most powerful among their race, training and personally caring for a member of the royal family was truly an honor, one he deeply appreciated. It meant that King Vegeta trusted him above all others. He vowed not to disappoint the King—or his daughter. He would turn her into a warrior worthy of the Saiyan name.
– Very well. Take her to conquer planets, train her, and turn her into a warrior I can be even prouder of. Don't disappoint me or make me regret placing my trust in you, Nappa. – He declared. – That will be all. You may leave. – He concluded.
As Nappa rose and left the throne room, euphoric, he couldn't wait to begin training the princess.
¸,ø¤º°°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°°º¤ø¸,
As she began to wake up again, she felt the liquid surrounding her being drained away. She knew she was about to come out and explore the world for the first time. She couldn't help the wave of anticipation and nervousness bubbling inside her, but it didn't matter—she had mentally prepared for this moment long enough not to back down now. So, as she stepped out and placed a foot outside the incubator, she kept a serious and unshakable expression on her face.
The other workers simply gave a respectful bow in her direction, while she just looked at them, feeling awkward. She didn't quite know how to act in this situation. Maybe she was a princess now, but she hadn't been raised like one, and she wasn't used to this kind of respect. In fact, this was the first time she truly had to interact with someone in her new status. Should she just tell them that the bows weren't necessary?
While she debated what to do, thankfully, one of the scientists nearby stepped forward and intervened, handing her a change of clothes and some armor. – Here you go, Princess. – He said as he placed them beside her, then stepped back to give her space to change and walked away, the others following his example and returning to their work.
– Thank you, Malaka. – She said to the one identified as Malaka, who was actually the reptilian being who had helped her mother give birth and had looked after her during her time in the incubator. How did she know his name? The others had mentioned it often in their conversations, and naturally, since she was conscious during brief moments in the incubator, she remembered it.
– Don't worry, Princess, there's no need to be formal or thank me—or any of us. It's our job. – He replied, with a slight smile, giving her a short but respectful bow. She knew it was their job, but she was still grateful for the care she'd received since birth. Besides, showing gratitude was something her former parents had taught her.
As she finished putting on the clothes, Malaka continued speaking. – Very well, Princess. Now if you'll allow me, your father, King Vegeta, has ordered that you be taken to General Nappa once you're ready and out of the incubator. Please follow me. – He said as he proceeded to give her a brief tour of the facility. She glanced around, observing the advanced scientific installation as they walked toward some unknown destination.
Once they arrived at a pair of double doors, Courgette thanked him for bringing her, and without another word, Malaka took his leave. So she simply opened the doors and walked in. Inside was a sort of dining room/cafeteria, with various seats and tables arranged around the area. It was practically empty, except for one person—a massive, muscular giant who was devouring large amounts of food in a savage manner, as if there were no tomorrow and he hadn't eaten in days.
She recognized him immediately. – (Nappa). – She thought. Even though she was more familiar with the bald version of Nappa, that didn't mean she couldn't recognize him with hair—his appearance didn't change much, and he looked exactly like he did in the anime.
*(Insert image of the Vegeta Planet Cafeteria)*
Once she approached, Nappa noticed her and immediately finished off the remaining food, then stood up and gave a slight, respectful bow, introducing himself.
– Princess Courgette! It's a pleasure to meet you. I am General Nappa. Your father entrusted me with your training personally, so from now on, I will be in charge of your care, and I'll teach you how to fight and conquer planets. –
Courgette, despite having been just a normal girl until three years ago, who had never killed anyone, had thought and reflected on the idea of assassinating and conquering civilizations. She knew very well that she would have to do it at some point, and even though she loathed the mere thought of taking lives, even if they weren't human, she had already mentally prepared herself for it long ago. She couldn't simply refuse or show too much compassion because that would be too suspicious, or she would be seen as weak.
She couldn't afford to be exiled like Tarble or possibly killed, only for another son or daughter to take her place. She knew her father, King Vegeta, was ruthless even with his own children. Damn, he was a planet conqueror, with more blood on his hands—babies, children, adults, the elderly—and he had killed more than many of the worst assassins known from her old world combined. Compassionate would be the least fitting word to describe him.
And she still wasn't powerful enough, experienced enough, or connected enough to rebel against her father, King Cold, or even Freezer. For now, she couldn't take any risks. Once she was strong enough, she could afford to think about other things, like even changing the Saiyans for the better. But for now, that was just a distant dream. Even the simple act of refusing to conquer was impossible.
Snapping out of her thoughts, she refocused on Nappa.
– Will we start conquering immediately? – She asked, curious and eager about it.
– No, for now we'll focus on your training, especially eliminating your weakness with your tail or teaching you how to make an artificial moon in case of emergency, as well as educating you on other things you need to know. So, for now, we'll start with that before heading out to conquer. – Nappa replied.
Courgette sighed with mental relief; she didn't feel ready to jump straight into battle.
– I imagine you're hungry, Princess. So before we begin, we'll eat first. – Just as he finished speaking, Courgette's stomach growled loudly, like a wild, hungry beast. This left her somewhat embarrassed, but she didn't show it. She didn't understand how she could be hungry after just coming out of the incubator. But well, Saiyan physiology, she supposed.

-Military Facility, Training Room-
A few minutes after finishing the meal, Nappa took her to a sort of training room for a combat test. He told her that she would first have to face a few Saibaimen to observe how she handles herself in battle, and thus get an idea of how to train her more properly.
So there she was, entering the training room. The walls and floor of the room were smooth and metallic, dimly lit with an intense reddish tone, creating an oppressive, aggressive, and dangerous atmosphere.
*(This is the same place where Vegeta trained as a child with the Saibaimen.)*
While waiting for the Saibaimen to be planted, she was starting to get a bit excited about the upcoming battle. She decided not to use Ki blasts and only use her base physical strength, unpowered, to get used to fighting hand-to-hand. She also saw this as an opportunity to get accustomed to killing; she couldn't show sympathy or weakness, and this was the perfect moment to get used to it. At least her first kills would be of wild beings that wouldn't live long, like the Saibaimen.
Finally, the Saibaimen began entering, and Courgette found herself surrounded by a group of 10 grotesque and aggressive alien creatures. These creatures had green skin, wrinkled textures, and deformed faces. Their appearance was intimidating, with raised claws and threatening postures.
All of them had a confident grin, while the Saiyan princess looked at them seriously, not trusting them in the slightest. She was ready the moment they charged at her from all directions. A battle quickly ensued with these creatures.
She focused on dodging each of their attacks, which was quite difficult with all of them attacking at once, and with no combat experience. However, leaving an opening in her defense, one of the Saibaimen took the chance to lunge at her and slash at her head, intending to decapitate her.
But this was a feint on Courgette's part, who, crouching in time, grabbed the Saibaiman's arm, spun it around her body, and threw it against the other Saibaimen, causing them to stop attacking her as they had to move away to avoid being hit by the thrown body. This was more than enough for Courgette, who, seeing them distracted, pulled her arm back and threw it towards the closest Saibaiman, delivering a powerful punch with enough force to kill it, and she did. Its skull caved in, its eyeballs popped out and exploded, scattering its blood and brain matter on the floor. It looked like a watermelon being crushed by a hydraulic press.
The remaining Saibaimans, reacting instantly, attacked her again. Courgette quickly blocked a punch with her forearm from one of the creatures and another attack with her leg and tail from the others. Spinning quickly on herself, she kicked towards the legs of the Saibaimans around her, destabilizing them enough to raise her arms, bring them together, and perform a hammer strike on one Saibaiman, killing another.
One Saibaiman lunged at her from behind, but Courgette was alert and reacted in time, dodging while delivering a kick to the Saibaiman's head. However, it barely blocked it, as its arm was numb and trembling from the force applied behind the kick.
Pulling back a little, they both came closer again moments later and engaged in a hand-to-hand fight, rapidly exchanging punches, kicks, and slashes from the Saibaiman. As Courgette began to improve at a noticeable pace, gradually getting used to combat. Noticing a flaw in the Saibaiman's defense, she took advantage and struck it in the stomach, piercing it completely, spreading its intestines and internal organs across the floor, and with her free arm, she grabbed its head, throwing it at another Saibaiman who lunged at her, pulling her arm out of the torso in the process and stopping the other one dead in its tracks.
Wanting to avoid it getting closer to him, the Saibaiman opened its head and shot a stream of acid, which caught the Saiyan off guard, but she managed to dodge it by a hair, watching as the stream hit another Saibaiman, burning it completely. It couldn't even scream in pain because it was eliminated almost instantly without being able to process what was happening.
A chill of horror ran through Courgette's spine. She knew she could probably survive the acid without much trouble, but she didn't want to experience whether it would hurt her. She had no intention of testing how much pain that would bring her; she wasn't a masochist, thanks.
Seeing she was a bit distracted, the remaining 6 Saibaimans attacked all together again, but this time the Saiyan was more prepared and had already become accustomed to her own body and strength, as well as to combat. Exchanging blows, blocking and dodging others, separating momentarily and returning to attack her, it was much easier than at the start.
While the Saibaimans attacked her, she pretended to stumble a bit, managing to trick two Saibaimans who thought she was momentarily defenseless, charging at her simultaneously to attack. Once they were close enough, she showcased her speed, leaving a residual image in her place, causing them to attack each other, both punching each other's heads with all their strength.
That left them stunned, giving her the perfect opportunity to finish them off with a horizontal kick that connected with the torso of one Saibaiman and continued without stopping onto the other, completely destroying their torsos and splitting them in half. To make sure she wouldn't be caught off guard, she crushed their heads, leaving them without the chance to retaliate if they were still alive.
The remaining 4 Saibaimans began gathering Ki in their bodies, condensing it into their hands before launching it in a massive energy attack towards her, aiming to kill her at all costs. Courgette could faintly feel how the Ki from the Saibaimans increased from a distance, which excited her as she was starting to feel their Ki. But, knowing it wasn't the time to celebrate, she placed her hands in front of her to block the incoming energy attack.
With a loud crash, the energy attack hit her and illuminated the previously quite dark room. The room contained the resulting explosion so that it wouldn't spread and damage the surroundings. All that remained was a massive curtain of smoke that blocked the view of what was happening inside.
When the smoke cleared enough, the Saiyan could be seen, still with her arms crossed, white smoke coming from her arms, a sign that she had just taken a powerful energy attack, but beyond that, she was completely unharmed, with no scratches other than the dust and dirt from the attack.
Courgette lifted her gaze and fixed it on the remaining Saibaimans. They were trembling, terrified because they couldn't harm her with any attack, and seeing that they were thinking of trying to flee, she only gave them a confident smile, filled with arrogance, looking at them with disdain.
– "Heh, I thought you'd be more dangerous! But you're nothing more than trash, a bunch of useless good-for-nothings! You're only good for raising dust!" – She said, mocking and provoking them. This had the desired effect; the Saibaimans, looking at her gaze and hearing her words full of disdain, suppressed their fear, filled themselves with rage, and attacked once again.
Seeing that her provocation worked, she smiled, pleased with this. Responding, she charged toward them. While receiving two hits, which she blocked, she caught their arms, lifted them both, slammed them together, and crushed their skulls again and again, until finally leaving them unrecognizable and dead. She threw them aside like trash, embedding them into the ground.
Looking at the two remaining Saibaimans who were about to attack her from behind, she used her speed again to position herself behind one and proceeded to crush his head with her closed fists, piercing it completely with ease.
She then grabbed the other by the head with both hands before he could react and headbutted him, stunning him, and proceeded to do it several more times until he was nothing more than an unrecognizable mass of green meat.
After finishing and leaving the training room, she looked at Nappa, who was watching her with a smile and a satisfied look. She had done quite well, especially considering she was only around 3-4 years old and had no combat experience.
Although she had 5,000 power level units, she couldn't fully utilize her entire strength. So, fighting against 10 Saibaimans, each with between 1,000 and 1,200 power level units, while only holding back to use 2,000 units to get used to fighting, would put her in a bit of a tight spot and might even hurt her if she wasn't careful, but she managed to adapt and completely overwhelm the Saibaimans.
– "Very good, you did excellently, princess," – Nappa praised her, nodding in a satisfied and proud manner. She couldn't help but smile proudly, but she wouldn't let the confidence from this fight and the praise get to her head. She knew it could be detrimental if it did. But a compliment is a compliment, so she'd take it.
– "We will continue like this, the next fights will also be with the Saibaimans as warm-up, until you fully get used to your body, and after that, you will start fighting against me. I will teach you how to eliminate the weakness of the tail and create an artificial moon. Finally, we will go conquer your first planet once we do the latter." – He announced. Courgette simply nodded, understanding the next training regimen she would follow in the coming days.
But first, she would have to take a shower, – She thought – observing her body. She was soaked in the blood and guts of the Saibaimans, she even had one of their claws on her shoulder. Removing the extremity and discarding it away, she proceeded to go with Nappa to eat, although she wasn't tired, that fight had left her somewhat hungry.
As she walked to the cafeteria, she reflected on how she killed the Saibaimans with ease. She thought she would feel something; guilt, regret, maybe even happiness and pride for having killed those creatures, but no, she didn't feel anything.
Was it because of her new nature as a Saiyan? Did it make her more ruthless and indifferent towards lives in some way? She didn't know for sure, because she had never even killed a chicken before this fight, let alone a more conscious being like a Saibaiman. And the mere thought of killing made her despise that thought, or at least, she thought she did, but she did it with such ease and naturalness that it terrified her inside.
Maybe her new nature was affecting her more than she realized.
¸,ø¤º°°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°°º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º°°º¤ø¸,
And so, several days passed since the previous events, after which her routine became: Sleeping and resting in her quarters, waking up and going to eat, arriving with Nappa at the training room, facing an increasingly larger horde of Saibaimans, and even going to a forest with Nappa to hunt animals, resting and eating, then returning to her room, and repeating all of that during the following days.
She mostly spent her time in the training room, progressing at a fairly remarkable pace, even improving her Ki control. She started implementing energy blasts in her combat, and with much more efficiency, being able to manipulate her Ki to perform attacks that were not so large or exhausting, but maximizing their lethality. She was able to improve launching energy blasts with the least amount of Ki possible concentrated, but with greater destructive power behind them.
Also, thanks to being in a constant state of alert during every battle she had, her Ki sense became more precise and sharp, allowing her to sense others' Ki much better. At least she could now easily detect enemies around her if she concentrated, as well as their power increases or decreases. They wouldn't be able to surprise her so easily anymore.
She also managed to improve her use of strength, using only the necessary force to deal with her opponents, and not using more force than necessary, so as not to wear herself out too easily. And, although her power level hasn't increased much, it could be considered as such since her control improved significantly, which means greater power when fighting with less exhaustion. For example, if she fought with someone with 5,000 power, despite having the same power level, she could handle that opponent much more easily and defeat them more quickly.
Right now, Courgette was fighting a horde of 20 Saibaimans. Although they are an extremely rare and valuable element because harvesting their seeds is very difficult, the Saiyans had many of them, especially due to having the resources granted by King Cold's army and being able to mass-produce them. Also, she was the princess, so no matter how valuable these Saibaimans were, if she wanted to train with 100 of them, they would gladly have them made.
Courgette wore a dark suit without armor, only white gloves and boots, and her Saiyan tail was visible, wrapped around her waist. She had a serious expression, completely calm and without fear. Maintaining her posture firm and unyielding.
In any other context, seeing a child surrounded by those beasts would trigger an immediate danger alarm. But here, what dominates is not the threat... but Courgette's utter disdain for danger.
She does not back down.
She does not blink.
She waits, serene... as if these monsters were nothing more than a simple warm-up for her, and they are. As soon as these creatures charge at her from all directions, she quickly stretches her arms to her sides and, with an Explosive Ki Wave, proceeds to annihilate all the Saibaimans around her with a single blast of power.
She eliminated them with utmost ease, without sweating, without tiring, without wasting a single bit of energy beyond what was necessary.
She sighed, satisfied with the result. She had been fighting with the Saibaimans for quite some time, gaining enough combat experience, as well as improving her own control of her power more efficiently. To the point of eliminating the Saibaimans even more easily.
Sure, she could do it before too, but despite being superior in power, she didn't know how to control her strength and would end up exhausting herself more than necessary to finish them off. Now, a simple movement, a gesture, was enough to pulverize them effortlessly.
She figured she was already competent enough to have a fight against other Saiyans, or even handle a small fight against Nappa. So she was ready to start training with him.
Another thing Nappa told her during the days they had been together, aside from taking her around to explore other parts of the planet to get familiar with it, was that she would need to start her studies. At first, it was supposed to be her mother, Hanasia, who would teach her personally. So, during the following days, aside from continuing her training, she would study with her mother.
But just like with her father, she was quite busy and wouldn't be able to teach her properly due to a lack of time, so the task was delegated to a palace servant. But then a Saiyan from outside applied for the job.
Out of mere curiosity, while they were eating, she asked Nappa who they were going to select to teach her. Imagine the magnitude of her surprise when she almost choked and nearly died from her food – almost going to another world to reincarnate again, in a double isekai. Since he answered with a name known to her.
Gine. The wife of Bardock and future mother of Raditz and, above all, Goku.
She had volunteered to teach, because, in fact, she and her mother knew each other and were friends. And on one occasion, she had mentioned being on the lookout for someone to teach her. Apparently, she became interested in helping her in this aspect, after all, Gine was no fool or anything like that. She simply didn't like to fight or conquer planets, plus the fact that she was of low class, she thought it wasn't the right occupation for her, especially since Bardock was always saving her.
Also, what she would teach would be quite simple, not ultra-mega-advanced science and mathematics knowledge or anything like that.
So, while she was free after her meat distribution work, and Bardock was out conquering planets, she could help her friend educate her daughter and teach her. She could even gain experience in case she has a child.
As for her mother, once she had time, she would personally teach her the knowledge that other Saiyans don't have access to; things like how to manage the Saiyan empire and such matters.
And while she wasn't by any means a fan of studying, as they say, knowledge is power, and she knew almost nothing about this world. She didn't know what other things had changed in the world apart from her own birth. Will certain things still exist? And if so, how much have they changed? There are probably some things that remain the same, but she couldn't be sure; it was probably an alternate timeline far from the canon, with unknown elements or things that didn't take the same path she knew.
Anyway, while she didn't like studying, she could only grit her teeth and continue; she needed all the knowledge she could get to have a better idea of the universe's landscape. Plus, having Gine as a tutor could serve her well, especially to connect her with Bardock and establish some kind of connection with them. This could even help her a lot to earn the trust of the lower class.
Bardock was idolized and had a great deal of influence over most of the lower-class Saiyan population, as he was a symbol and testimony of someone who, even being of the lower class, managed to become an elite member of the Saiyan army forces, being even as powerful as King Vegeta himself. But, aside from the respect he earned for all his accomplishments, the lower class - for the most part - hated the royal family or the elitist factions of the species, especially King Vegeta. Forming a friendship with Bardock could help her in the future, not just in battles, but also in calming the lower class and even improving their quality of life.
And while the Saiyans didn't focus much - if at all - on the quality of life, and generally were content with having a roof over their heads and food, as well as going out to fight, there was still a significant difference in how the different social classes were treated. One only needs to look at and compare the housing and daily materials used by the lower class with those of the middle class and the elite, such as the Royal Family.
She hoped to improve this in the future, enhancing the quality of life for the lower-class Saiyans and, in general, for the entire species. - Something she would achieve much later on.
For now, she would focus on becoming more competent in controlling her own strength, and afterward, she would begin training to increase her power.

.
– How has her progress been? – asked Hanasia, the Queen of the Saiyans, stoically to Nappa. She had arrived at the training ground a while ago and was watching as Courgette easily eliminated the Saibaimans, they were behind the glass that looked out to the training field, so she couldn't see them.
In fact, she had been observing and coming whenever she could during her free time, and although she couldn't have a conversation with her daughter due to lack of time, she was content to watch her during her training sessions.
– Quite good, Your Majesty. She learns very quickly and has already gotten used to using her power with little effort and no problems. She's also gaining quite a bit of battle experience. At this rate of growth, she could surpass me or her father in no time. – Nappa said, quite confident in his words, with a confident smile on his face. – I'd say she's ready to train with me, and after that, she'll be able to conquer planets with ease. – He finished, still watching Courgette.
Hanasia didn't respond, she just stood there in silence, still watching her daughter, just like Nappa. But even though she didn't say anything, if you looked closely at her eyes, you could see a hint of respect and pride in them.
After all, surpassing the power level of King Vegeta himself was no small feat, and the fact that she was very close to doing it, at only 4 years old, after just a few days of warm-up training against the Saibaimans, said a lot about her potential. When she was in life-or-death battles, her power would skyrocket.
– Alright, keep it up. Make sure to continue taking good care of her, Nappa. – She said, finally breaking the silence. Nappa nodded and promised her confidently that he would. Then, she turned around and, shortly after, left the place, satisfied with her daughter's progress. And, without anyone seeing, a faint smile appeared on her lips.
Courgette was completely unaware of this encounter. Although she could now sense Ki, it had to be done consciously, and since her mother would come to see her, she was always fully focused on her training.
Shortly after she finished her battle with the Saibaimans, Nappa approached her, happy and satisfied. – Alright, you're ready to continue training, but this time with me, Princess. So, starting tomorrow, we'll continue, just you and me. – He announced. Courgette nodded, understanding that she would finally face a real warrior, not just the Saibaimans. Perhaps it was because she was now a Saiyan, or maybe she was already like this, but she was very excited and eager to fight against Nappa, so much so that her eyes sparkled like little stars. Though she still tried to maintain her serious demeanor, which made her look quite cute in Nappa's eyes, who, holding back his urge to pet her hair, took her to the cafeteria to eat and rest.
– (I really can't wait for tomorrow, to be able to fight with everything I've got against Nappa!) – thought Courgette, very excited and eager, as they walked toward the cafeteria.

Hello everyone, again.
Alright, to be honest, how was the chapter? Were the two fights well narrated? What do you think about the direction the story is taking? Is it fast? Slow? Boring? Entertaining? Any critical feedback would be really helpful to improve even more (even if you tell me to go fuck myself XD), especially regarding the battles. I really put a lot of effort into narrating the fights, especially the first one, so I'd like to hear what I could improve about it.
As for how the story is going, at the moment it is a bit slow. Soon, perhaps around chapter 5 to 10, -maybe- things will start to pick up pace and diverge even more from the original story's path.
Finally, I'd like to clarify that this time I will try to upload chapters as quickly as possible, at least 6000 or 7000 consistent words, no more, no less, just like this chapter and the prologue, without lowering the quality, of course. Taking advantage of the fact that I have plenty of ideas to implement and inspiration at the moment. That's all I had to say for now, no more, I'll see you in another chapter that I'll start writing tomorrow, bye.
