Chapter 63 - The Superior Female Lead Pampers Her Husband Without Limit 63

The early autumn night was a little chilly, but she didn't feel cold at all.

She was married now!

In her past life, what her parents worried about most was her marriage.

Every time they introduced someone to her, she would reject them.

Now, in another world, she had built a life and started a family. She had finally fulfilled her elders' wishes from her past life.

She had been in this world for a long time, but she still didn't know how her parents from her previous life were doing...

In the quiet night wind, the woman softly said,

"Dad, Mom, I miss home… Today is the day I got married…"

Your son-in-law's name is Xavi.

He's wonderful.

I like him.

My Xavi, in this life, I, Jewel, will give you all my love!

I will spend my whole life protecting your smile and keeping you from sadness.

Because you are the first, and the only one in this world, who completed my love and made my life whole.

This life, I promise to hold your hand forever and never let go.

In the days ahead with me, may you always be happy and worry-free.

Every New Year from now on, we will celebrate it together. Every Mid-Autumn Festival, we will reunite joyfully.

Every step we take in life, we'll support each other. Every day, every minute, every second—we will never be apart.

Night fell.

During the three days after the wedding, the groom had to wear red.

So after bathing, Xavi wore loose red wedding clothes.

Under the soft candlelight, his fair skin glowed with a warm and gentle light, making him look even more attractive.

Jewel sobered up a bit, gathered her thoughts, and slowly walked into the bridal room.

The first thing she saw was a room filled with bright red decorations, followed by pairs of wedding ornaments and two long red candles on the table.

Her husband was lying comfortably on the large, soft bed reading a new book.

As soon as Xavi saw his wife come in, he jumped off the bed excitedly.

"Wife!"

He ran and leapt into her arms, full of warmth and affection.

Jewel opened her arms and held her delicate husband tightly. She took a deep breath of the warm, fragrant scent on him, then gently bit his smooth cheek, leaving a faint pink mark.

"Baby, you smell so nice…"

Xavi shyly let her hug and kiss him, occasionally burying his head in her neck.

Of course he smelled good—he had added lots of flower petals to his bath and even used honey-scented balm…

But as long as she liked it, that was enough.

Jewel loved holding him like this. Her husband's soft, warm body felt perfect in her arms.

Still holding her barefoot sweetheart, she walked over to the table and poured two cups of wine.

"Xavi, let's drink the wedding wine together."

Xavi, still sitting on her lap, obediently picked up a small red cup and drank it all with her in one go.

But he had never had alcohol before and drank too quickly, so he choked on it.

"Cough… cough…"

She gently patted his back, and when he felt better, she leaned in and kissed his shiny lips.

After the kiss, she lifted him in her arms and carried him to the bed.

This wedding night, she wasn't going to just sleep side by side like before.

Now that they had fully accepted each other, she wasn't going to let him feel neglected on such an important night.

As she carried him, his pale feet and ankles were exposed in front of her eyes, making her eyes darken with desire.

She tucked him into the warm red quilt and took off her robe to lie down beside him.

Her kisses fell like rain on his body—

Forehead, nose, lips, collarbone…

Xavi smelled the light scent of wine mixed with her familiar warmth, making him feel dizzy and safe.

But just then—

Xavi suddenly felt something strange!

He froze in shock.

Oh no!

"What's wrong?" Jewel asked, slightly out of breath, as she felt his body stiffen.

"Wife, I think…"

Xavi couldn't bring himself to finish the sentence, looking embarrassed and guilty.

She calmed herself for a moment and immediately understood what happened. She gently got off him and helped him fix the clothes that had slipped down.

"I understand," she said softly.

Jewel lay down beside him for a moment to calm down, then suddenly got up and started getting dressed.

Xavi saw her preparing to leave and panicked. He was scared she might be upset.

Watching her dress so quickly made him feel even more sad and unsure.

"Wife…" he called out softly.

Where was she going on their wedding night?

Jewel could tell from his voice that he didn't want her to leave, so she quickly explained:

"Xavi, be good. I'm just going to the kitchen to make you some brown sugar water. I'll be right back, okay?"

Hearing that, Xavi felt relieved and nodded under the covers.

So she wasn't mad at him after all…

He had thought she was disappointed in him.

Feeling that her husband was back to normal, Jewel finally walked out. Before closing the door, she looked at him and promised:

"I'll be right back."

Xavi felt comforted by her care and wasn't nervous anymore.

Sigh~

This sudden situation wasn't something he could control.

Who would've thought his period would come at the worst possible time…

Jewel didn't want him to wait too long, so she rushed to the kitchen. It only took a little while before she came back.

When she returned, Xavi had already changed clothes and taken care of everything.

Jewel brought a steaming bowl of ginger sugar water, gently blew on it, and spoon-fed it to him patiently.

After drinking it all, Xavi felt warm and cozy all over.

On this quiet autumn wedding night, Jewel laid behind him and placed her hand on his stomach to warm him up, and the two of them fell asleep in each other's arms.

Many people said that if a man couldn't satisfy his wife on their wedding night, he'd lose her love forever.

But Xavi didn't believe that at all!

His wife wasn't unhappy one bit. In fact, she had run back and forth to make him feel better, caring and loving him the same as always.

She didn't say he ruined the night, didn't call it unlucky, and didn't blame him at all…

The next morning, Jewel did something rare—she stayed in bed with her husband until the sun was high in the sky.

In fact, she had a very long, very vivid dream during their wedding night.

And in that dream… she returned to a world that still felt so familiar.
