Scene 1: Two Weeks Later – Training Grounds
Aeron stood on a floating boulder, eyes shut, flames dancing around him like loyal beasts. His body was lighter, faster. Azrakel floated upside down, lazily spinning in the air.
> Azrakel (to readers):
"Can we take a moment to appreciate how our boy here finally stopped punching trees and learned to control his flame? Proud of you, fireball."
> Aeron (smirking):
"You're the one who said I was a disaster wrapped in embers."
> Azrakel:
"Correction: I still say that. You've just upgraded to controlled disaster. Like a fire that politely knocks before burning stuff."
Just as Aeron stepped off the stone, a presence surged in the air. Ryden appeared instantly beside him—sword drawn.
> Ryden:
"Stay behind me."
A woman emerged from the fire mist. Her hair burned like embers, and her eyes flickered with glowing symbols. She was not hostile. Not yet.
> Mysterious Woman:
"I'm not here to fight. I'm here to talk."
> Ryden (sternly):
"That depends on what you want to say."
> Woman:
"The boy's mother was one of us. A child of the Flameborne Clan."
> Aeron (shocked):
"What…?"
> Azrakel (wide-eyed, whispering):
"Oof. Plot twist incoming, readers. Grab your popcorn!"

Scene 2: Truth in the Fire
> Mysterious Woman:
"She disappeared when she was a child. We searched, but she was hidden… raised by others. When she resurfaced, she was already pregnant."
> Aeron:
"So… she didn't know she belonged to your clan?"
> Woman:
"Perhaps. Or maybe she wanted to forget. But that ring on your hand—it belongs to our bloodline. Given only to direct descendants."
She handed Aeron a second ring—identical to his, but cracked.
> Woman:
"This was hers. Found in the ruins of a scorched battlefield… the one where she last stood before vanishing."
Ryden narrowed his eyes.
> Ryden:
"Why come now?"
> Woman:
"Because your enemies are also watching. If we don't claim him… someone else will."

Scene 3: Later That Night – The Campfire
Aeron stared at the ring in his palm, thinking.
> Aeron:
"She was powerful, wasn't she?"
> Ryden:
"She was radiant. Quiet, but fierce when she fought. You have her fire."
> Azrakel (softly):
"And maybe… her burden too."
> (to the readers)
"Hey readers, let's just take a moment to let this one sink in. Our hero's mom was a secret flame princess from a hidden clan. Talk about drama!"
> (to Aeron)
"You ready to meet a family who might worship you or want to use you like a magical lighter?"
Aeron chuckled bitterly.
> Aeron:
"I guess we're finally starting to light up the past."
