"Activate ASURA!" Shivansh screamed in a guttural roar. His voice was way louder his time. The adrenaline rush combined with the old memories was boosting him to another levels.
The suit beeped once more and a huge amount of maya gushed out once again. The suit brilliantly controlled the maya as if done millions of time. The maya moved to form a thick band around his neck. Six different skeletal structures were forming from his shoulder blades and more maya rushed to fill them.
The structures then suddenly started to pulsate with different colors. The speed quickened as if it was a beating heart. Suddenly the movements stopped and a bright light shone blinding everyone.
The hair on Shivansh's head had grew to braids and a bun. His pupils had turned to a light tinge of crimson. The band around his neck turned into a necklace of white skulls that shed blood tears.
The six skeletal structures protruding from his back turned into six additional arms, dark red in color. They were disarmed. Bands of rudraksh covered the arms from the palm to the elbow. The arms were muscular and looked powerful.
Shivansh looked terrifying yet beautiful at the same time. The baby fat was still there but the overall picture had turned terrifying.
"ASURA!!" Shivansh growled. The voice came from the depths of his soul. He had forgotten when was the last time he activated this. He had created this mode after reading many light novels. The mode boosted the physical levels by leaps and bounds.
Mahadev smiled seeing Shivansh in this state. He then slowly stood up and said with a smile.
"I also prepared a surprise for you. This is the reward for you accepting my deal and also because you now have shown that we have to stop the potential time travelers. Like showing us a bug that we have to solve."
"Huh?" Shivansh was confused about what the surprise could be. His adrenaline rush vanished and he deactivated his form. The maya gushed back into the suit. Suddenly his suit glowed with a weird light and a blurry hologram appeared.
"Shanti Di?" Shivansh asked with anticipation. His voice betrayed his true feeling of emotional turmoil.
The hologram cleared and a woman's face appeared. She had long wavy hair, thin rosy lips, sharp nose and thin almond eyes. Her skin was the same color as Shivansh, a bit lighter. She wore a white kurta , small peacock earrings and a diamond bindi[1].
She smiled at Shivansh. A sad smile. A smile that said a thousand words. Her eyes were moist. Shivansh's head hung low seeing her in this state.
"So now you realize how selfish you were?" She asked her voice breaking. It was a pitiful scene.
"How could you take such a huge step without even telling me? The least you could have done was consult me." She continued
Shanti was Shivansh's biological sister. Well in a way... but her story was a ittle complicated so a story for another time.
Shivansh could not say anything, his head hung low. It was true, after Sophie's death he could never think straight. He finally gathered up the courage and muttered two words with great difficulty.
"Sorry di[2]..."
Shanti was the switch of Shivansh's powers. To activate any of his very destructive powers he needed the confirmation of Shanti. If rejected the powers will be at the cap of basic limits only. Basically for self defense only.
In the future timeline, Shanti had her own body and a small amount of her soul was in the suit. But here was here full soul completely healed without any complications. Shivansh was not surprised, Mahadev must have healed her injured soul after his time travel teared some of it...
