Lion charged at her at that moment, throwing his fist at her face only for her to dodge the blow and follow up with a kick to his stomach. The kick sent tremors through the tiles.
"Oh, the first aspect of body enhancement?" Lilia caught on, then returned to her dead gaze. She swing her fist a few more times, each fist faster than the last, till it was all a blur.
Lion stood his ground, catching each and every one of the punches, his speed growing in response to Lilia's growing speed. He frowned after a while, finding himself growing slower.
"You noticed it? That is the second aspect of body aspect," Lilia slammed her fists in his abdomen and arms, and Lion staggered back, unable to match her speed like he was earlier.
She dashed back, then snapped her finger, and Lion collapsed to his knees. Lilia stood as he struggled to stand to his feet, turning around to see the others collapsed as well, "Haha,"
"I'm sorry but I've never witnessed any projectile-type body enhancement skills." Lilia's bright smile failed to complement her hollow gaze, "This strong "aura" is the third aspect."
"You are truly a frightening S-Ranked Hero," Lion groaned, reaching his hand to release the mask he wore over his face. The second it was removed, his beautiful face was revealed.
"Am I supposed to know who you are?" Lilia whose heart was racing expecting to see a hidden S-Ranked trump card, rolled her eyes after the Lion revealed himself to be a woman.
"I want you to remember this face, Lilia." He stood to his feet, even with the pressuring aura that kept the others crumbled on their knees, pointing to Lilia, "Is that all you've got?"
——
"She left, that idiot." Silas calmed himself. He didn't dare try anything with the system when she was there, but now that she was gone, he could try drawing for rewards and see.
Maybe he would get some item that he could use in breaking this mental trap, and he'll steal the orb and make a run for it. Luke wasn't joking when he was warning him all along.
Silas spent all his gacha coins in a rush, whilst walking around in the white space. He'd moved for a long while, watching as the gold coin spun and spun at the centre of his eyes.
[Congratulations!]
[You Drew, "Chaos Hall Ticket"]
…
[Congratulations!]
[You Drew, "Seal of Vanishing"]
"A seal of vanishing?" Silas thought back to when he met Lilia— what's to say she would not just put him back if he escaped? He shook his head, "No way I'm going to let it happen,"
Silas clenched his fists, then navigated to the Seal of Vanishing in his inventory. A smirk formed on his face as his mind hovered above the item, 'With this, I'll escape this bondage,'
'If she tries to put me back in this place, then I will just escape again!' Silas' gaze burned with determination as he clicked on the item calmly, but for some reason nothing happened.
The system showed he needed three items to summon a seal of vanishing to displace his body to any set location, which were some pieces of paper, ink and a stick, most he lacked.
"Then I guess I'll just do it the hard way," Silas ignored the mockery from his followers on the stream, deciding that the best way to escape this enslavement was with brute force.
"If she is able to create this "pocket dimension" by manipulating my brain waves, then I should be able to release it," Silas grabbed his right hand, "Especially now when she's gone!"
Silas' right hand transformed into a block of ice, and he tore it right off. Unlike illusion techniques where they formed mirages off external objects, he could not use Disintegration.
"Then again, I could break out with the right amount of pain, unless she quickly retook control of those trembling waves." Silas said as his frozen shoulder shifted back to normal.
Blood, lots of it, poured out of his gaping shoulder like a flood. The pain attacked Silas' mind in a rush, and his eyes bulged as he staggered forward, the "space" literally shaking.
Silas closed his eyes, and when he opened them again, he was no longer standing in the white space. Both Lilia and Tiger were battling across the room, while the others watched.
He quickly turned to the computers, then back to the orb. He reached for his arm in the split second, grabbing it tight, as his trembling heart relaxed, "Luke, I'm counting on you!"
In a blink, he dashed to the computers, and began tapping away at the keyboard. Lilia caught this out the corner of her eyes, smirked, turning to Tiger and snapping her fingers.
In that instant, Tiger whose fist was thrown out to punch Lilia square in the face, was blown back by a burst of electricity from her fingers, and then Lilia vanished from the air.
"What are you doing sneaking up to the computers like that?" She asked, whispering into Silas' ears. Seeing all his hairs stand on end, Lilia grinned, "Are you scared of a lady?"
"I guess so," Silas spun around, staring her dead in the eyes. He was terrified, so much so that he couldn't lift a finger to fight her, but then again, "I won't let that hold me back."
In the next instant, he was already at the orb which had landed on the ground, before a stunned Lion could crawl towards it. Silas kept the orb, but Lilia was standing by the door.
"How are you going to escape this place with that rock?" Lilia raised a brow, glaring at Silas from across the room. All she got in return was his soft chuckling then Lilia frowned.
"Frozen Entrapment," the second the words left his mouth, everyone in the room were entrapped in a thick block of ice, their eyes widened in shock as he added, "Disintegration."
The ground beneath his feet —along with his shoes — crumbled to dust, and he fell from the frozen room down to the lower floor. Luke looked from below, "Hurry up, let's get out!"
