Michael, Sirzechs, and Azazel were forced to create an emergency meet up between the bigger leaders of the three factions for many reasons. The fact that the secret of God came to light was one reason, the fact that billions of humans saw what happened to the moon was another good reason, and then the fact that the entire world rearranged itself and a love message now existed on the live-substaining moon was yet another thing that required an emergency meet up.
All of the Moon Gods and Moon Goddesses around the world had gone into shock and were forced to human levels of power while they tried to establish a connection with the moon again to regain some of their power.
Nobody knew what the hell even happened.
"Lets go over what we do know... One Alchemist-Potioneer named Naruto Uzumaki created a monster that devoured and replaced the moon. We know that for certain." Michael had been informed that by one of his priests that had been told by Xenovia and Irina, before they were forced to be kicked from the church for knowing the horrible truth sadly. This had happened right before the thing with Earth and the Moon again, otherwise they wouldn't have kicked them from the church to try and keep the secret.
Too late now.
"One of the Fallen Angels who sided with Kokabiel, Raynare, escaped the battle and has told every Fallen Angel and Sacred Gear user she could find the news about God. The news is still spreading faster than we can control." Azazel would admit to his own subordinate being at fault for that one there. He had a grin on his face unlike the soft smile that Michael had, or the frown that Sirzechs had at all of this serious stuff.
None of this affected his ability to do Sacred Gear research, so it wasn't like the affairs of the human world really concerned him personally.
Sirzechs took a deep breath.
"... We don't know if it was, or was not, Naruto who reformed Earth... but considering the evidence we have seen so far, it seems likely it was him. If we want to make sure that Earth can be restored back to it's former shape, we need to convince him to be the one who does it." Sirzechs knew this was going to be the world's most massive headache he could imagine dealing with.
Even if they could convince Naruto to change the world back, they would have to erase SO many human's memories that it would be required that all three factions work together for months at a time to erase entire cities at a time. Not to mention it was impossible for them to really erase that many memories or alter them, and not be forced to also alter the internet itself.
Something none of them could really do at this point.
"The damage is done, and it's possible that now that there are no oceans keeping the nations that hate each other apart, this could spark a new war." Michael grimaced.
Azazel raised a finger.
"Not true, the world wide hypnosis took care of that. I had some humans test it out, and now they can understand all languages... all humans who were put to sleep by the moon, can now use the Translate ability and thanks to the message on the moon I've noticed a lot of Athiests and Science believers are starting to convert to our religious sect." Azazel noted that part of that.
"How does that stop a war from... what else was implanted into people's minds?" Sirzechs realized that now there was no language barrier across the world. All people could understand and speak to all people. Though written language was still a thing, that didn't mean much anymore now that people could speak to each other. The fact that something like that could be implanted into people's minds alone was shocking, but it implied that more things could be implanted.
Michael thought about it for a moment, before he understood what Sirzechs and Azazel were both hinting at.
"You're thinking..."
"Not thinking, I've confirmed it... while people are panicking, there hasn't been any violence or rioting across the human race. The lack of that confirms it. I don't know if Naruto did this on purpose, or if it was a subconscious desire of his, but hypnotic command against war and violence was placed into the minds of everyone who fell to the hypnosis." Azazel had confirmed it with multiple cases. Heck, just by observing the news he was able to figure out this much.
Humanity was a loving and violent race at the same time, but the violence could easily overpower the desire for love and to love others. The fact that not a single country was showing signs of desiring violence at the moment was proof that Naruto had either consciously or subconsciously done something to the human race.
"So... do we order Naruto killed, from what I've heard, he's magically invincible, but has no physically stronger than a normal human. What happens if he wants to rule the..." Michael sighed and stopped himself.
Azazel laughed, and Sirzechs chuckled.
"He's just some perverted potions prankster, no matter how strong he is, he doesn't want to hurt others... he just wants to experiment and make his perverted creations and prank people." Azazel laughed at the idea that that pure-hearted pervert would have it in him to use his powers to take over the world.
Sirzechs nodded.
"I don't see it either, he is too pure and perverted. Ruling the world must sound so boring to him, not when he can make some tentacle monster to fuck something." Sirzechs knew that Serafall had been the one to win their contest, and form a contract with Naruto. So he couldn't allow Naruto to have his death ordered anyway, not when his side had so much to lose from Naruto disappearing.
Anyway, Azazel raised a great point, Naruto was not a threat simply because of how powerful he was. Unlike the other powerful beings in the world that had bad attitudes or could decide to kill somebody at the drop of a hat, Naruto was a good person with no real ill intentions for anybody.
Michael nodded.
"Yes, we've have two of our ex-exorcists chase him, but despite his power, he never killed either of them. He did leave behind a prank when he came to Japan though, he left behind a monster that painted the entire Vatican orange... still... should nothing be done about him to limit him?" Michael asked with genuine concern. He didn't know what to do about this problem.
Azazel shrugged.
"I say nothing, humanity has been hypnotized into accepting what happened. They are freaking out now, and things will be tense for sure... but things will calm down. Trying to limit Naruto will just make him prank everybody harder... and who knows what he will do." Azazel didn't see the merits to doing anything or placing limits on the idiot blond they all had problems with.
"I say we make sure that our factions do not seek war with each other, we should concern ourselves with that. I think it's time for us to gather and make public an official peace agreement, and not just a truce." Sirzechs pushed for peace now that the chance had raised itself. "Anyway, Azazel raises a good point, Naruto is too much trouble to deal with. If we leave him alone, he'll just keep making toys to keep himself amused with." Sirzechs could agree on that point from Azazel.
Naruto was a kid who liked to play with his toys.
Sadly, for a brief moment in time, planet Earth had become his toy, and there was nothing any of them could do about that now. The safest bet would be just to ignore Naruto and hope he didn't do anything like this again.
Michael looked between Azazel and Sirzechs.
"... Yes, I can agree with all of those points. Should we not try to extend a hand of friendship to Naruto though, before the other religions try and get him?" Michael asked that question.
Everyone froze.
Shit, they forgot that the other religions would have been effected by this event as well, and while most of them were no doubt super confused, but some of the more 'all-knowing' ones who for sure have knowledge. They knew for a fact that Odin and Zeus would have knowledge of what happened, and Amaterasu was going to get herself involved since what happened had happened during the day and in her own country. There were three factions right there who would have knowledge of what happened, and had the means to figure out that Naruto had been involved.
"... This might be more of a problem than we initially thought." Azazel grimaced and prepared to stay seateds for a long time.
They had a lot of planning to do.
"Odin and Zeus are perverts, but the thing is that Amaterasu... she has been known to be highly jealous, and she loves humans and gods who love to party. She is the most volitile part of this... and because she is a woman..." Sirzechs shuddered at the thought of what was going to happen to her if she went after Naruto.
Would Naruto have the balls to molest a goddess?

"Just another day on the farm." Naruto stated as he milked the two girls who had come to the abandoned church seeking a home. Xenovia and Irina had been kicked out of the church, like he knew they would, meaning that his little home had gotten much more stuffed full of people.
Ravel, Mittelt, Xenovia, Irina, and Asia were all currently being milked and milking each other.
"Yes, please, milk my breasts for all they are worth. May this milk be of great service to you!" Irina hadn't changed personalities, but she had changed in a major way.
Her Faith shattered, and it didn't help that she was kicked from the church, so her mind latched onto the only other thing that it could latch onto to avoid shutting down completely. All, absolutely all, of her faith had changed targets and now focused on the other constant in her life. She was devoting her entire body and soul to helping him, praising him, worshipping him, doing his will, to the point that he was pretty sure that she was now completely immune to having her mind broken by pleasure.
Xenovia on the other hand, was super depressed and unsure of what to do, so she just joined up with Irina while she tried to find a new goal in life. Her eyes were dead to the world, and she had barely spoken a word since she had gotten kicked from the church.
