"WHAT THE FUCK!?"
"The MOON!"
"Well, like I said, when I use my magic, I'm only able to control it under a couple of conditions. When I'm using my blood as a focus or using multiple focuses, or when I'm using my magic on a large scale... anything smaller than a country wide scale and I have a lot less control when I'm not using that focus." Naruto explained himself. He never really tried to hide it or anything like that, but there was almost no chance for him to show off his magical abilities after all.
Also, no real reason to.
"I'm not mad, but seriously, I would have tried to have your babies or something WAY faster than now if you had just mentioned you could do that. What else could you do with your magic?" Ravel asked Naruto with a curious smile on her face. She was so excited to think about the possibilities behind what she could do with a child that had her abilities plus his magical power potential.
Naruto had to think about it.
"... Don't know, never tried to really do anything bigger... I guess I could try using Earth Magic to shift the continents and recreate Pangaea... or something like that." Naruto tried to think of something interesting to do.
Mittelt pretty much creamed her panties when she heard that statement, and Ravel's eyes almost rolled back into her head when she fainted for a brief moment. She came back quickly thought about the ways that would effect everything.
"You should do it." Ravel stated quickly.
She wanted to see that.
"I mean... why... Actually... that sounds like a pretty awesome prank. Okay, lets do it, while Rias and her peerage are recovering from their fight with Kokabiel and his minions, I have some moments to do this." Naruto stood up, and he looked over towards Asia.
She was just sitting in the corner, depressed.
He frowned for a moment, before a grin came over his face. He started to walk outside, with Mittelt and Ravel chasing after him. Asia looked over at them, and she ended up standing up and following after them with little energy to her steps.
'... Everything... he never heard any of my prayers...' Asia thought to herself.
The news was still shaking her as she tried to wrap her head around the concept of something she thought to be impossible. She tried to remind herself of many things, but her mind was just sort of dull. She left the church and felt the bright sunlight touch her skin, the warmth it gave her lifted her mood a little. She gave a dull smile when she saw Naruto stretching his arms around, as if somehow that was going to make it easier for him to use magic.
"Okay... first things first gotta move the oceans out of the way." Naruto stated as he put both of his hands out.
"Oooooooooh... wait, how do you move the oceans out of the way, and why would they be in the way?" Mittelt couldn't sense Naruto using magic, but she could feel water magic in the air in a way. Naruto placed his hands down towards the ground without touching it, and he closed his eyes.
Mittelt was confused, and Ravel was in not much of a better state.
ALL of Earth's oceans were lifted up into the air and formed a giant sphere of water that hovered above Earth itself. The massive sphere of water floated close to the moon, to the point that it was visible for everyone on Earth to see.
"Every boat on the ocean has been safely delivered to the nearest country, by the way, the same with submarines." Naruto told them as he twirled his finger around, and a small portion of the water floating above the planet broke off. The moon was pierced by the water and it vanished, but otherwise the moon was just fine as it absorbed the water into itself.
All over the entire planet, people were screaming.
The moon opened up it's eyeball and shined a light down on all people witnessing it, and all over the world people without magic resistance were placed into a deep sleep.
"Woah... wide scale hypnosis magic." Ravel had felt a sudden wave of the desire to sleep, but she shrugged it off. She saw that Mittelt was in a better condition than she was, but at the same time in a much worse condition.
She had collapsed to her knees.
Naruto made groping motions with his hands.
"Now, lets start by connecting South American and Africa together." Naruto started to use Earth magic.
Africa and South America ripped themselves off of the surface of the planet, to the point that they were visible from Japan in the sky. They moved together and fit with each other like puzzle pieces. Massive holes in the planet Earth appeared thanks to this, and the cores of the planet started to try and escape. Naruto continued to make the groping motions with his hands, and they stayed in place, and none of the magma leaked out of the holes. The magma continued to stay in place as the North America continent was ripped from the planet and shifted into the sky where it was forced together with the puzzle pieces that Naruto had already connected.
Some of the lava split from the planet and went up into the moon, where it joined up with the small amount of the oceans that had split up.
Eurasia and Australia were ripped off of the planet as their continents left most of the Earth itself looking like an apple core, even more so when India joined them, even more so without the oceans to fill it out. Finally, Antarctica joined up with the rest of the continents in the sky, before they were lowered back down to the planet.
'This is true terraforming magic! Earth, Water, Wind, and Fire magic to such extremes that he is changing the surface of the planet!' Ravel smiled wider than anything. Nobody was capable of this level of magic anymore, or at all. As Naruto used more magic, she started to be able to feel his magic reserves a little bit. It was hard for her to sense from how large it was, but all in all, she could now understand the overwhelming gap.
The amount of magic that she could sense just told her how much magic she couldn't sense inside of Naruto.
Mittelt was wet, moist, and ready.
Naruto used a combination of the different elemental magics to fill in and repair what he had done to the Earth as he lowered the newly formed Supercontinent back down to Earth. Naruto stopped his groping motions, and he moon came back into view once more.
Asia's eyes widened when she saw the moon, and she looked at Naruto with shocked eyes, tears gathering in her eyes as a smile worked it's way to her face.
Naruto lowered the oceans back down to Earth and used them to fill in the last of the spots that he didn't cover. Naruto used his animal-based controlling magic to alter the instincts and migration patterns of all of the fish that had been in the ocean, to allow them to adjust to the new ocean layout of there being now only a single massive ocean that was spread out over the course of the entire planet.
"... This is so amazing... the entire world has been changed by this... how will people react..." Ravel felt jealous of the moon.
Naruto grinned.
"One massive prank... anyway, people are going to be super confused when they look at the moon-" Naruto stopped when Asia hugged him from behind.
"You didn't have to do that."
"I didn't... but I don't like seeing you sad, I like it way more when you're smiling." Naruto looked up at the sky.
-In Kyoto-
"... Mama... the moon is... and the entire planet changed shape." Kunou stated with a deadpan voice.
Yasaka just smiled.
'Your son is an absolute monster, but from this alone... I can tell that he's found somebody he loves very dearly. He did all of this just to cheer her up.' Yasaka smiled when she looked at the moon. All of the yokai she could see and hear were freaking out over what had happened, and she was sure that this was going to cause world wide panic when people realized that the entire world had been terraformed and they had all just slept through it.
Not to mention the moon.
Naruto's magic had terraformed the moon, allowing it to substain life on it. Now the entire moon itself, or the bright side of the moon, was covered in flowers. Such a massive scale of flowers, but those flowers had been grown in order to convey a message to somebody that Naruto had wanted to convey a message to.
A message that would confuse the rest of the world.

'I hope doing this didn't speed up the transformation...' Naruto thought as he wiped golden fluid from his lip that had dripped. He felt his own magical reserves fill back up to full power after a few minutes, and that same golden liquid magic had filled his mouth. He swallowed most of the magic, but some of it escaped his lips anyway and he was forced to wipe it.
Ravel was paying attention.
'... Using magic does something to his body... not painful, and it doesn't hurt his lifeforce... but there were side effects... I shouldn't ask him to use magic again for my own selfish reasons. Not until he tells me what is happening to his body.' Ravel crossed her arms when she noticed the golden liquid that had stained Naruto's sleeve. The fluid started to evaporate and turned into a hyper dense magical smoke that faded away.
That level of magic, but no control over it unless it was large scale magic was starting to make some sense to her.
She wanted to confirm her theory though.
"Have you ever considered world domination?" Mittelt asked.
Naruto gave her a deadpan look.
"Of course not, that doesn't sound like a fun way to use magic. I would MUCH rather make fun potions and monsters, or play pranks on people. Oh, this gives me an idea for a new monster actually! I need way more milk though... so I'm going to need at least 3 or 4 more girls who will let me milk them." Naruto muttered to himself as he started to go through ideas in his head.
"... Why do you need a lot of girl's milk?"
"I'm going to make a... no, I want to keep it a secret. Make it a surprise for Serafall's TV show." Naruto stated with a giddy chuckle.
He had so many things to collect for this experiment!
