Chapter 9 - Chapter 9: Eternal Dream.

One night, while checking the Marauder's Map, something unusual caught Noah's attention.

"Draco Malfoy."

Noah frowned. Malfoy was walking alone, heading toward the dungeons.

"What are you doing up at this hour, snake?"

He decided to follow him.

Silently, Noah moved through the dark corridors, keeping an eye on the map. When Malfoy stopped near a hidden room in the dungeons, Noah hid behind a statue and waited.

Then, he saw something interesting.

Malfoy wasn't alone.

Another name appeared on the map, right in front of him:

"Severus Snape."

Noah watched in silence.

Hidden behind the statue, Noah observed as Malfoy stopped in front of Snape in the dark dungeon corridor.

"Why did you want to see me, Professor?" Draco asked quietly.

Snape looked at him with a stern expression.

"Stop acting like you can do whatever you want, Malfoy. Hogwarts is not your home."

Draco tensed, clearly irritated by Snape's tone.

"My father says that you—"

"I don't care what your father says!" Snape interrupted with a hiss.

"Listen carefully: stay out of certain matters. I don't want to see you lurking around the third floor or asking unnecessary questions."

Noah raised an eyebrow.

Snape was warning Malfoy about the Philosopher's Stone.

Draco frowned but didn't argue. Instead, he crossed his arms arrogantly.

"Is that all?"

Snape sighed.

"Return to your dormitory. And if I see you out of bed at this hour again, I assure you there will be no privileges for the Malfoys in my class."

Draco clenched his fists but turned and walked away.

When Snape also disappeared into the darkness, Noah was left thinking.

"Snape is protecting the stone, just like in the original story."

Returning to his room, he fell asleep.

The weeks passed quickly at Hogwarts. As Christmas approached, tension in the castle increased. Noah silently watched events align with the story he knew.

Harry had received his Nimbus 2000 and was preparing for his first Quidditch match. Snape, with his severe demeanor, had begun to appear as the story's villain.

The big day arrived. Harry played his first match against Slytherin, and Noah, like everyone else, was in the stands watching.

But while most were shouting and cheering, he had his eyes elsewhere: the professors' stands.

"This is when Harry's broom starts acting up."

Sure enough, just as the second half of the match began, the Nimbus 2000 began to shake erratically. Harry clung to the broom as it tried to throw him off.

Noah watched with interest.

Soon, a small fire broke out on Snape's robe, distracting him. In that moment, Harry regained control and, in a spectacular move, caught the Snitch in his mouth.

The stands erupted in cheers.

Noah leaned back in his seat.

When December came, most students went home for the holidays.

Noah decided to leave as well.

Using Legilimency, he absorbed all of the real Theodore Campbell's surface memories so he could interact with his parents without blowing his cover.

"Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu!"

Seven shadow clones appeared around Noah.

Six of them took on the appearance of six young Muggles Noah had secretly kidnapped.

These six clones would go to different universities to learn the knowledge Noah never got the chance to in his past life.

In his past life, he specialized in the study of cellular biology, but this time he planned to absorb as much knowledge as possible.

"I wish I could use more clones, but this is my limit."

Noah could create hundreds of shadow clones if he wanted to, but they wouldn't last long and would dissipate within minutes.

The maximum number of stable clones he could maintain was seven.

The first clone would study medicine, while the second would learn genetics.

Although he had already learned a lot of genetics from Orochimaru, Noah wanted to supplement that with modern-era studies.

The third clone would study physics, specifically quantum mechanics.

The fourth would focus on chemistry.

The fifth clone would study psychology and politics.

The sixth and second-to-last clone would be like a Tony Stark 2.0, studying mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering.

The seventh and final clone had the easiest task: pretending to be the original Theo Campbell and spending time with his parents until the Christmas holidays ended.

Once his preparations were complete, he sent each clone through the magic door to different locations, then returned to his room at Hogwarts through the same door, which had already scanned the Marauder's Map, giving him full mobility within the castle and its surroundings.

"This is the time when Harry discovers the Mirror of Erised."

Noah decided to wait quietly while monitoring Harry's movements on the Marauder's Map.

One night, he saw something interesting.

Harry Potter was heading to the classroom where the mirror was kept.

Noah didn't follow. He had already seen the mirror and didn't need to waste time. He knew Dumbledore would find Harry and move it soon.

What mattered was what came afterward.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione would discover Fluffy and the secrets surrounding the Philosopher's Stone.

Noah had never been interested in the Philosopher's Stone. He knew its power was limited and that Dumbledore would destroy it sooner or later.

He didn't want to confront Dumbledore yet since he couldn't defeat him, and he already had plans to learn the secrets of the stone elsewhere.

Noah's true target was Voldemort himself.

The current Voldemort was like a mountain of gold left completely unguarded, just waiting for him to claim its riches.

He had been planning for this ever since the death of Uzumaki Mito.

Calming his emotions, Noah began to reflect on his next moves.

He knew that soon Hagrid would win a dragon egg in a card game with an unknown man. That man, of course, was Quirrell under Voldemort's orders, and his sole purpose was to make Hagrid reveal how to get past Fluffy, the three-headed dog.

Noah wasn't going to let that opportunity slip by.

A few days later, the news reached his ears.

Hagrid had a dragon egg.

Using the Marauder's Map, he studied the movements of the key keeper. Hagrid usually left in the afternoon to tend to the forest creatures, leaving his cabin unattended for at least an hour.

That was the perfect time to act.

Noah returned to his room in Ravenclaw Tower and retrieved his Magic Door, creating a portal directly to Hagrid's cabin.

When he confirmed that Hagrid had left, he stepped through the door and appeared inside the cozy cabin.

On the wooden table, within an improvised nest, lay the black dragon egg with golden streaks.

Noah took it carefully, making sure not to leave any traces.

With a slight smile, he went back through the door, closing it behind him.

When Hagrid returned, he would only find an empty nest and many questions.

Appearing in his secret laboratory, Noah placed the egg in an incubator before returning to his room.

A few days later, while Hogwarts was abuzz with rumors about the missing egg, Quirrell was busy with something much darker.

He ventured into the Forbidden Forest at night, killing unicorns to allow Voldemort to drink their blood and survive a little longer.

Noah knew this thanks to the Marauder's Map.

Every night, he watched as the name Quirinus Quirrell glided across the castle grounds and entered the forest.

Noah followed him.

It wasn't difficult. Quirrell was too focused on his task, and Noah was a master at moving undetected.

From the shadows, he saw the professor use his wand to knock down a unicorn. Then, from under his turban, a cold voice whispered orders. Quirrell tilted his head, and Voldemort drank the agonizing creature's blood.

Noah observed coldly, with no intention of stopping him since he was there to steal the remains.

Every time Quirrell killed a unicorn and left, Noah would wait a few minutes and then approach to collect the corpses, storing them in his 4D pocket.

A few days later, the day of the confrontation finally arrived.

Noah watched from a distance as Quirrell and Voldemort tried to snatch the stone from Harry.

He saw how Quirrell's hands burned when they touched the boy and how, in the end, the professor fell dead.

Voldemort, without a body to sustain him, fled.

But Noah was prepared for that.

Using the Marauder's Map, he saw how a nameless presence escaped from the castle—a wandering shadow that no one else could detect.

Noah donned a loose robe and a mask, secretly following the shadow.

When Voldemort's essence attempted to hide deep in the forest, Noah activated his final plan.

Biting his finger, he knelt and traced sealing symbols on the ground with the tip of his bleeding finger, forming an intricate pattern. His chakra flowed through the pattern, weaving a spell that did not exist in this world.

It was a jutsu of his own creation that he had been working on for the past few years.

"Absolute Sealing Jutsu: Eternal Dream!"

Voldemort's shadow froze in midair, trapped in an invisible force. A dark glow emerged from the seal on the ground, enveloping the floating essence and dragging it into the depths of an illusion.

Voldemort opened his spectral mouth in a scream, but nothing was heard, as the illusion had completely ensnared him.
