"Its not cold..."
Angel states as he walks through the cold night of February in a t-shirt.
The usual cold temperature of the night, became normal to his senses.
Angel looked at himself through the glass window of a building.
His complexion pale as snow, his former face became revitalized and handsome looking, showing the mix of japanese and italian in his blood.
"Mom, dad, I'm home!"
He shouted, the scent of the broth boiling in the pot covering the living room and the sound of the soccer play through the tv could be heard from the door.
"Put down your bag and come to eat dinner."
Marco Hughes, Angel's father said, as he turned off the tv, waiting for Angel.
"This is unusual, you don't usually come home this late."
Aiko Hughes, Marco's wife and Angel's mother, said with concern.
"I just got lost track of time when I hanged out with my friends."
Angel laughed it off, hoping to changing the subject.
"I see, that's good."
Marco replied, taking a sip of his coffee.
"Eh, mom's ramen!"
Angel said excited, as Aiko puts down the three bowls of beef ramen along with side dishes to accompany.
As the dining table went silent, Angel spoke to break it.
"Dad, mom, why do you two look suddenly serious?"
Angel asked, with a bit of worry.
"Angel, I'm sorry to say this, knowing you've made friends here in Japan."
Marco replied, with a serious yet gentle tone to Angel.
"Mom, what is going on?"
Angel asked.
"We're going back to Italy son."
Marco responded.
"What...?"
Angel thought to himself
"Let's finish our meal first."
As we started to dine in our dinner, our usual happy dining became quiet for unknown reasons.
Their leave was scheduled on saturday, giving him 4 days to say his goodbyes to his schoolmates.
The next morning came, tuesday. Angel attended his school early as his usual routine.
As he saw his own friends who almost lead him to his own demise, he walked right past them with a cold shoulder.
As he entered his class, he felt unusual stares towards him. Both his male and female classmates were staring at him unusually.
"Angel, is that you!?"
Hana asked surprised, seeing the changes in Angel's appearance.
"Goodmorning Hana."
As Angel smiled towards as he usually do, it is now the first time where the females showed signs of falling for his smiles.
"Anyway, let me borrow this again."
"Hey wait...!"
As Hana took Angel's glasses as a harmless prank, Angel was shocked as he still could see clearly and the speed at which he took to reach Hana surprised him.
"Huh?"
Hana looked behind her and saw Angel caught up to him.
"Give it back."
Angel extended his arm, telling her to give back his glasses.
"Ah, h-here."
Hana put the glasses in his hands, still surprised that he caught up to him.
As school break came, questions started to circulate the school regarding Jin Shirasawa and his girlfriend's disappearance including Jiro's.
Angel went outside to the school's garden to be able to eat his lunch in peace.
"Angel!"
Hana came running to him.
"Hana? What are you doing here?"
Hana stopped in front of Angel, catching her breath.
"The police arrived!"
As Angel heard, he was slightly shocked and a little bit on guard.
"All the students testified that Jin and Airi were with you yesterday."
Angel stood up and walked back inside the school to meet the police inside the principal's office.
Inside the principal's office were two officers, Jin's parents and the principal.
As soon as Jin's mother saw Angel, she slapped him in contempt.
"You, worthless... What did you do to my son!"
She shouted.
"Ma'am, please calm down, there's no need to go over react."
The principal tried to calm her down.
"The students said that you were the one who went with our son inside the forest yesterday."
Jin's father said angrily, clenching his fist.
"Wait, that can't be. What about Airi!"
I asked in frustration.
"You now dare to blame somebody else, just who raised dishonest brat like you?"
Jin's mother insultingly said.
Angel immediately remembered that Airi's memories regarding past events was erased.
"You dared to mess with Kosei Bioinnovation's sales and marketing manager. Let's see if your parents will be able to pay for the damages."
Jin's mother harshly said.
"You...!"
Angel hissed at her, almost revealing his fangs and crimson eyes but held back knowing the consequences.
A few moments later, an alert came, telling that they found both Jin and Jiro fine within the forest.
Their bodies lightly bruised and ultimately passed out.
As soon as they heard it, the sound of "lightly bruised" gave them a large misunderstanding, causing them to look at Angel angrily.
"I will sue your whole family! How dare you do this to our son!"
Jin's mother shouted.
Angel could only remain silent, to minimize the possible damage they could do to him and his family.
"A thug like you should be in behind bars! I'll also drag that poor family of yours to the cell."
Angel kept his anger in check, keeping his expression from changing.
A few moments later, the door opened as Jin and Jiro entered the principal room.
"Son! Thank goodness your okay."
She hugged Jin tightly.
"Don't worry, we'll make sure this son of a thug be punished by law."
Angel looked at him with disdain as he questions how is he still alive.
"My my, what a pleasant surprise to my ears, Takashi Shirasawa."
Malachi enters the room.
