King Damarion;
I walk into the courtroom, and the council members stand at my arrival as usual. They all bow as I walk past them to my throne, and when I sit, they look up.
"What's the reason for this emergency meeting?" I ask, and Morgaze, Lirel's father, and the second head of the council, turns to me. He bows before speaking.
"This is a matter that concerns the kingdom, My King." He says, and I raise a brow.
"The kingdom? What's wrong?" I question, as I haven't gotten to know, that the kingdom was facing any trouble before now.
"Your Majesty. We are leaning closer and closer to the unforgiving wrath of Ozrith." Akan, another council member, chimes in, and I raise a brow.
"What is this about?" I question, and Morgaze steps forward.
"It is the rule of the land, and the law of our god Ozrith, that every offspring who bears the mark be made ruler of the kingdom immediately…" He says, and I raise a brow at him.
