Mirelah;
I look down at the amulet in my hand, and for some reason, I believe Ishla. I don't know why. It's against logic, but I had a feeling something was off with the thing, and what she just told me is where I draw the line.
I drop it on the floor in front of me, hoping I'm not making a mistake as I pick up my things and begin to walk away from the scene. I don't know where I'm going, but if Ishla was right, and the other beasts can sense the amulet, I need to get as far away from it as possible.
I have so many questions about what just happened… But it hurts my head to think about. Nothing has made sense since I got here. Maybe when I get back home… I can think of everything with a clear mind. But now? I just need to get away from here.

It's getting dark… The sky is grey. The kind of grey that overtakes the sky before night falls.
