"You have to stop worrying so much, Selene," Sandy said into the phone as she got up to check on the waffles.
"I just really want to make sure that you understand his routine and that you guys are okay," Selene's voice boomed through the speaker.
Sandy rolled her eyes. "You've only been gone for just one night. You seriously need to relax, okay? we are doing alright," she said, trying her very best to mask her irritation.
This was the fifth call from Selene since she had left, and honestly, it was getting a little too much. Sandy understood, of course.
Seeing as it was just Selene's first time being so far away from her son.
But if she had spent the entire time of the trip worrying, when was she ever going to actually enjoy herself?
Sandy was not,and willing never allow her sister to just sit back and let her paranoia-anxiety ruin her very well-deserved break and the true chance to find true love.
