COLD OPEN – 7:05 AM – A HOTEL IN COLABA, MUMBAI
A school field trip. 30 kids, ages 8 to 10, are gathered in the hotel lobby with their teachers. Breakfast chatter fills the air.
Suddenly — 4 masked gunmen storm in with silenced weapons.
The manager is shot. Screams erupt.
Children are dragged to Room 509.
The door slams shut. Curtains drawn.
One final message is sent to the reception computer:
> "You want them back? Bring us Qazi."
Cut to BLACK.

ACT 1: THE CALL TO DUTY
Scene: BLACK SQUAD HQ – 8:02 AM
Commissioner informs Black Squad. 4 hostiles, 25 children, 2 female teachers — all held hostage.
Arjun:
"Qazi? These guys want a dead man?"
Qazi listens in silence. He knows something. But doesn't speak — yet.
Zoya and Imran analyze hotel footage — faces covered, weapons military-grade. No claim yet. No demands beyond the message.
They only want Qazi. Alive. In exchange for the children.

ACT 2: SECRETS AND STRATEGY
Scene: Mobile Ops Van – En route to the hotel
Black Squad sets up a perimeter with NSG support, but Qazi tells the team:
> "Don't involve the press. These men aren't terrorists. They're ghosts from a past case I buried. Long ago."
Reet finds a match — the gang uses tactics from a now-defunct rogue paramilitary group Qazi had disbanded during a covert op in 2004.
Only 4 members had escaped — presumed dead.
They're back. And this is personal.

ACT 3: INSIDE ROOM 509
The kids are scared. The teacher, Ms. Shaheen, bravely tries to calm them. The leader of the gunmen, code-named "Major Kiran", reveals his rage to her:
> "Your government buried us. Your Qazi killed my men. Now, he pays in blood… or these children do."
Meanwhile, Black Squad creates a decoy Qazi to bait them. It fails.
They execute a hostage — a hotel staff member.
The clock is ticking.

ACT 4: THE DIVE PLAN
Qazi makes a decision: He will surrender himself.
Arjun and Imran protest, but Qazi calmly replies:
> "You don't win every battle with bullets. Sometimes… you walk into fire so others don't burn."
Black Squad initiates Operation Dive — a dual plan:
1. Qazi walks in unarmed.
2. Zoya and Arjun infiltrate from adjacent Room 511 via ventilation shaft.
3. Reet hacks into hotel fire systems to create a smoke distraction.
4. Imran disables external power and cuts WiFi jammers.
9:12 AM – Operation begins.

ACT 5: SHOWDOWN IN 509
Qazi enters. He's beaten. They recognize him. Gun at his head.
Then — the fire alarm triggers.
Smoke bursts through vents.
Chaos.
Zoya drops from the duct, shoots the first attacker. Arjun tackles another.
Children scream, but teachers protect them.
A third attacker grabs a child — Qazi intercepts, taking a bullet in the arm to protect the kid.
Imran breaks the door with hotel security, neutralizing the last attacker with a headshot.
All children rescued.
2 teachers wounded but alive.
Qazi survives. Barely.

EPILOGUE – HOSPITAL, 5:30 PM
Qazi sits with the same child he protected.
Boy:
"You didn't even know me… why did you come in?"
Qazi (smiling):
"Because someone has to. That's what we do."
Black Squad exits the hospital — battered, but victorious. The public learns nothing. But 25 families sleep safely tonight.
