"Have you finished eating?"
Seeing Easton Holmes walk in, Lily Turner quickly stood up from the sofa and was about to leave the living room to wash the dishes in the kitchen. As she passed by him, he grabbed her, leaving her puzzled, "Why are you pulling me? I'm going to wash the dishes."
"I've already washed the dishes." Easton pulled Lily back to the sofa and sat down beside her. Once seated, he blurted out without context, "You absolutely don't need to lose weight."
Due to the awkward situation earlier, he didn't dare sit too close to her.
"Hmm? Oh! I'm not skipping meals to lose weight; I'm genuinely not hungry." Initially, Lily didn't understand what Easton was getting at, but soon she caught on from the way he looked at her.
She usually controlled her diet to maintain her current figure, but that didn't mean she didn't eat at all. She wasn't some celestial being untouched by earthly needs.
