Following Yang Tao's orders, the massive floating Naxxramas slowly descended to the ground.
Outside, the battle was almost over. Only a few low-level undead were still wandering around.
Stepping out of the fortress, Yang Tao looked toward Whitebeard and Sengoku's group.
Sengoku was standing over Akainu's body, tears streaming down his face.
Sengoku and Aokiji had joined forces to defeat the undead Akainu, but even after being defeated, he had kept struggling to break free. In the end, Sengoku had no choice but to finish him off.
Seeing this, Yang Tao commented, "If you had waited a little longer, Akainu would have regained his senses."
But he didn't feel much sympathy for Akainu. Even though the man pursued justice, his methods were far too extreme.
Yang Tao walked over, patted Whitebeard on the leg, and said, "The enemy may be gone for now, but stronger ones will come. Don't let your guard down."
Whitebeard was feeling unusually down. When he saw Yang Tao approach, he asked, "Leader, is there any way to bring them back? Didn't you already revive Naruto's parents before?"
Sengoku, who overheard Whitebeard's words, was visibly shaken. He quickly stepped forward.
"Sir, if you have the power to bring back the dead, please help us! From this day on, the Marines will forever be in your debt. Whatever you ask, we will do everything in our power to make it happen."
No one could blame Sengoku for reacting this way. The Marines had suffered heavy losses—Admiral Akainu had died, Aokiji was seriously injured, and even Garp had taken significant damage.
Many vice admirals had fallen, and the lower ranks had been hit even harder. The Marines were practically crippled. So when Sengoku heard Whitebeard talk about resurrection, he couldn't help but cling to this last glimmer of hope.
Even though he found it hard to believe, he had no choice but to grasp at this final lifeline.
Yang Tao was also intrigued by their request. He was curious to see if people in the One Piece world could actually be revived.
"Wait here. I need to grab something."
Before long, Yang Tao returned to his own world, where he found Orochimaru still searching for a special node. Without hesitation, he brought him straight to the One Piece world.
After hearing what was going on, Orochimaru's eyes lit up with an intense hunger for research.
Standing next to Akainu's body, Yang Tao summoned a White Zetsu.

Whitebeard and Sengoku grew even more anxious. Whether or not their loved ones and comrades could return depended on this.
Orochimaru stood up and shook his head.
"My lord, I can sense their souls, but I can't summon them back. The afterlife of this world is preventing the souls from leaving."
Yang Tao nodded in understanding. Not every world had an afterlife as unguarded as the Pure Land in Naruto's world.
If you tried to bring someone back in the Journey to the West world, you'd be lucky if just the Ox-Head and Horse-Face enforcers or a judge came knocking. Worst case, King Yama himself might personally invite you for a "chat."
Yang Tao sighed and looked at Whitebeard apologetically.
"Whitebeard, it's not possible. This world has stricter rules. The method that worked in Naruto's world won't work here. I don't know if I'll find another way in the future, though."
Whitebeard wasn't too disappointed. After all, this was the One Piece world—death was an everyday reality. But losing so many close comrades at once still hurt.
Yang Tao glanced at Orochimaru, who was squatting nearby, examining a corpse with green liquid dripping from his hands. Seeing this, Yang Tao broke into a cold sweat. Orochimaru was his only reliable assistant—he couldn't afford to lose him.
"Hey! Don't just go poking around like that! That's a plague, and it's highly contagious! If you want to study it, at least be careful!"
Orochimaru looked up and gave Yang Tao a grin. Then, as if shedding his skin, he peeled off two human-skin gloves from his hands.
"Don't worry, my lord. I'm always careful."
Yang Tao: "..."
For some reason, Yang Tao suddenly felt like he had just been looked down upon.
"…Fine, carry on."
Ignoring Orochimaru, Yang Tao pulled out some obsidian and began building a portal.
Even though he had a construction wand, it was useless for building portals—he had to place each block manually.
He carefully arranged the obsidian, constructing an enormous portal. His goal was to bring Naxxramas back to his world.
"Nothing beats getting something for free!"

"Man… when I used to watch One Piece, I thought some of the pirates acted like complete idiots. Now I see it for myself."
The pirates kept yelling.
"Kid, if you don't leave now, you won't get another chance!"
Yang Tao ignored them. Instead, he pulled out a puppet bell.
Immediately, all the intact puppets in the area started gathering around him.
Within moments, high-level puppets stood in rows behind him.
"Capture them all! They'll make good test subjects."
Yang Tao gave the order without hesitation.
Seriously, even the Four Emperors and the Marines didn't dare say anything, and yet these nobodies had the nerve to challenge him?
They practically handed themselves over.
The little episode quickly passed, and all the pirates were no match for the puppets. They were all sent straight into Naxxramas, kept as test subjects for Orochimaru.
Yang Tao was eager for the day he could visit the world of the Bone King! He was really curious about what would happen if he forced him to drink a whole bucket of milk.
"Heh, heh! I'll make you calm down! I'll make you buff yourself!" Just imagining the scene made Yang Tao burst out laughing.
After returning to his world, Yang Tao shut down the massive portal, but he left the frame standing.
He left Orochimaru to deal with it and didn't bother with it anymore.
"Let Orochimaru research it. I'll create my own undead scourge when the time comes!"
When he opened the chat group, it was already in chaos.
Ren Fa: "Whitebeard, why didn't you let me come over? What's going on now?"
Tony: "Is there a problem on your side? My missiles are ready—if things go south, I'll send them over right away!"
