After beheading the beast he then proceed deep into the forest as he slaughtered any beasts he saw.
After the death of his mother he was rescued by halflings and then he was sent to the government to be put in a orphanage but was adopted by a man, the man was quite old around his 50s and he's a retired wolflings he trained Carl every single day since he was a child and those training were the harshest torture of his life but in order to aveng his mom he needed to be strong.
The man name was Aaron so Carl usually calls him grandpa,he teaches Carl different types of fighting style and technique even though he's strict and harsh with his training he still has a soft heart for Carl and takes care of Carl very much.
But all of it was gone when some people from the exterminator organization which are the organization in charge of exterminating the vampire or werewolves and even beasts as well started visiting, and each time they come he always has a frustrating and worry look in his eyes.
It turns out that he was asked to work with them on one experiment because he saw or knew a very big secret about the vampire and werewolves but he refuses.
And he was getting threat that if he didn't work with them that he will pay the price but Aaron was determined not to work with them, soon later on one night they were attacked and Aaron was fighting them off, Carl was only ten years old then.
After seeing the situation he then give Carl a big bag and said this contains some money to last you some years and some powerful technique scroll with some food, I want you to run as far as you can and get away from this area, no not without you grandpa said Carl ,no Carl grandpa will be fine said Aaron now go he said to carl as he's holding back two attackers.
Carl instantly picked up his pace as he started dashing into the forest but as he turned back to take one last look at grandpa Aaron he was shocked and hurt as he saw two swords sticking out of his chest,in tears Carl could only run away as he was not strong enough to protect him.
Now am going to get stronger and kill each of my enemy said Carl as he wiped the blood on his face and looked at the beast he has just killed.
He returned to the organization with the heads of all the beasts he has killed , everyone was shocked when they saw him; I have completed the quest said Carl where are your party members asked a woman at the receptionist, no I do this solo said Carl.
After confirming that the quest has been completed Carl was paid his earnings as he then took his leave, that kid must be talented to kill all those beast alone said a man in glasses,hmm you are right I will like to keep an eye on him said a man in his 40s.
Carl not knowing what was being said behind his back was on his way home, after all the things he has gone through in his life nothing actually fazes him again not beauty not love and not even money but if there's one thing he needed then that would be power.
After walking for a few minutes he heard some men talking and it caught his attention as he decided to move in closely, did you hear about the rumors said one of the men, yeah it seems to be true said another man, I can't believe there's a vampire inside one of the forest said the last man.
At the mention of a vampire Carl tighten his fist, yes it all happened last week one of the hunter said while he went on a hunt in the night he saw a blood red glowing eyes in the forest and he immediately ran back but when he told the people no one believed him.
Not long after a group of people went there in the night for hunting too and also saw the red glowing eyes but they decided to investigate and then they were all killed not a single drop of blood left remaining in their body, another group were sent to investigate but met the same fate and now the rumors has already spread all around the town that a vampire is in the hunting forest.
There is even a bounty that anybody or party capable of killing it will receive a reward said one of the man.
After hearing all the explanation from the men Carl is determined to kill the vampire not because of the money but because of his revenge so that he can become more powerful.
Since his training he is confident that he can win,he has decided to move tonight but before that he needs to prepare.
Since his sword is a normal sword he can't defeat a vampire with it so he decided to buy a sword that can at least damage it and some equipment.
In this era the weapons used to defeat the vampire and werewolves are called soul weapons and are obtained by killing a higher and stronger beasts or even vampires and werewolves.
After killing them they release some energy or aura which are very strong then it will then be absorbed by the person and then it modifies into any kind of weapon, but some may modified into a strong weapon while some into a weak one.
Carl Hits the market and buys the sword he needed even though it's rather expensive and he bought some weapons like destructive bomb to use against the vampire, after everything has been set he then went home and practice the technique left by grandpa Aaron.
The technique are sun slashing technique, thunder path technique and even some ones he doesn't know himself.
After a lot of training for the day soon night came and Carl is ready to go into the forest to kill the vampire,he carries all the stuff he needed place the sword he just bought by his side and pack the rest in a bag,he then head out and head to the direction of the forest.

Some distance away the man that said he will keep an eye on him receives a call from someone he asked to watch over him,are you sure he's heading into the forest said the man,yes sir he is heading there now said the caller, alright I will head towards him just do your job said the man as the call ended.
Hmm interesting I guess I have to see what he's up to said the man as he also head in the direction Carl went into.
