Carl is now in front of the big building, the biggest he has seen so far which has the name,"THE EXTERMINATOR ACADEMY", the structure of the building is built straightly going upward and they are many building similar to the one Carl is looking at, that he doesn't even know which one is the real academy.
The building itself is built in a well , nice environment as Carl doesn't even imagine that he would get to see something like this in his life.
Carl was greeted immediately by a man who's in his mid 40s and his wearing a nice tuxedo suit, if he was to tell someone back in the old earth ages that he has a Lamborghini they would without a doubt believe him,he approached Carl and said "my name is Thomas and I will be your guide today".
My name is Carl nice meeting you,oh you must be the kid Gullen was talking about well nice to have you in our academy said Thomas, the pleasure is mine sir said Carl.
Come with me for the assessment said Thomas as he lead Carl into the building, looking around Carl was amazed by everything he saw inside the academy, Carl was lead into a room which looks like a training room but he isn't the only one there as they are ten in numbers each having a man of different ages in tuxedos , I guess it's the way things are done here said Carl.
A woman came towards Carl and sat on a chair in front of him, I will ask some questions and you must answer honestly which rank are you she asks,beta rank said Carl hmm do you have any soul weapon she asks again, yeah I have a sword carl answer.
She asks a couple more questions before saying now let's move to the physical training, Carl was lead to another room filled with gyming stuff as Carl was being led he looked towards the other group which consist of five girls and four boys with Carl making five boys and ten in total.
Carl was led towards a punching bag and asks to stand in front of it same as the other nine, the woman came and explain what they need to do , All you have to do is to punch the punching bag with all your might but I must tell you that punching bag is no ordinary punching bag it's the one used by the wolflings and halflings and even beastkin to train so it's as hard as you can imagine now let's begin she said as everyone get ready except Carl as he's inspecting the punching bag.
Everyone except Carl punched the punching bag with all their might as to even Carl surprise it went further than he imagine as the person who punched it furthest was a girl with silver long her and she's quite beautiful and the second was a guy with a yellowish hair brushed to one side neatly, Carl could tell that he came from a wealthy family and the third being a guy with scattered hair and the rest did well too.
Now all attention is on Carl as he's the last one remaining Carl wasn't confident that he can surpass the girl as it was quite far away, Carl asks the woman must we use All our might,yes All your strength or it won't budge said the woman.
Carl took a deep breath and closes his eyes concentrating as he met himself in somewhere dark and it's so quiet no sound could be heard, suddenly two pairs of red glowing eyes stared at him and said I shall borrow you my power,why Carl asks because we are one both body and soul said the red eyes as Carl was back in reality as a red energy was oozing out of his body.
Such a high energy power what the hell is he said the woman as All the attention of everyone even the other nine were on Carl.
Carl looked towards the punching bag and with all his might punched the punching bag creating a huge shockwave as the punching bag was sent flying and surpasses the silver hair girl own by quite a far margin.
Everyone mouth was left wide open as the woman thought to herself Gullen was right about him he's special and I expect great things from him.
The rest of the physical training include speed, endurance and stamina as the training has ended , everyone was taken to their room to rest for the day as their class begins tomorrow.
As Carl was in his room he laid down on his bed and closes his eyes as he wants to communicate with the red eyes he saw,as he saw them again in the dark place Carl asks what are you, and it reply "I AM SHADOW" said the red eyes as a black figure with red eyes appears before Carl.
Carl then asks what do you want with me, "I WAS BORN WITH YOU AND I WAS AWAKEN WHEN YOU FELT RAGE HIM" said shadow, but how my parents were not even having any energy power they are just ordinary human said Carl.
"THERE ARE THINGS YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOUR PARENTS BUT YOU WILL KNOW SOON ENOUGH AND I WILL GIVE YOU STRENGTH TO AVENGE YOUR PARENTS AND THOSE YOU HAVE LOST" said shadow.
If you make me stronger and I was able to get my revenge, I will do whatever you wish said Carl "HAHAHAHA NOW THAT'S WHAT I LIKE TO HEAR, I WILL GIVE YOU STRENGTH AND POWER BUT YOU HAVE TO TRAIN TO GET USED TO THEM" sure I will train and become stronger said Carl.
"BUT LET ME WARN YOU IF YOU ARE TOO ENRAGED OR YOU ARE ABOUT TO DIE I CAN TAKE OVER YOUR BODY AND SOUL" I will make sure that doesn't happen am good in controlling my anger and I would not die said Carl,"NOW WE ARE ONE AND WE WILL THRIVE TOGETHER" yeah I guess this is my second step to becoming stronger Carl thought.
The next day arrived as Carl was in class together with the other nine and a few people who Carl haven't met before,they are a total of twenty people in the class and Carl has promised Gullen that he will keep a low profile in the school so he was doing worst in class than everyone expected.
