In the end, Selina still went upstairs to change.
Downstairs, Logan gave swift orders. "Call Hunter. I'm rejecting the 2% profit share."
Jack was stunned. "Sir?"
Give it up? Mr. Reid always made decisions based on the company's best interest. When had he ever been this impulsive?
Still, Jack followed orders without question. "Yes, sir."
"And notify Riley—I'll be at the Nelson estate in thirty minutes."
Earlier, Jack had told him Selina wasn't upset after returning from the café—said she'd handled Riley just fine and even seemed in good spirits afterward. That's why when Hunter offered a 2% profit share as a peace offering, Logan had accepted. It was a nice little bonus Selina could use as pocket money.
