As to how Linda got to find Kevin without being caught is still a mystery. But she heard a familiar voice coming from a certain room. The door was slightly ajar giving her an opportunity to listen, but before she could hear anything, Kevin suddenly entered the bathroom. Taking thus rare opportunity, she slowly and quietly entered the room. Now what should she do. She thought. Oh no she had been a fool. What was she even thinking. She couldn't just approach him and ask him if he was her brother. Besides if they discovered that she had found thier hideout, they might kill her before she even asks her questions not to mention if they find out that she had called the police. She then looked at her belly and finally felt fear. The pregnancy had destroyed her sense of thinking and now she is acting on impulse. She thought in regret now she had implicated the child, she can never forgive herself if something was to happen to it. Now she decided to go back but then, she heard approaching footsteps from the bathroom and quickly looked for a safe place to hide. Then came in Kevin.
Kevin returned to his room and sat on the bed. Then he took out his phone and called Ron again. Then he placed it on loud speaker and went to his wardrobe looking for somethingonly him knew.
" I had to go to the bathroom so I ended your call "
Ron said at the other said jokingly
" wow, when did the legendary Kevin, begun to explain himself "
Kevin said in annoyance at the other end
" since you have nothing to say I'm gonna end the call now "
Ron then said
" hey chill out and why does your voice seems to be at a distance? What are you doing "
Then Kevin took out a certain shirt and answered with a surprised voice
" Do you always talk like that? Anyway, where are you. You weren't here when I returned "
" I went to handle some business and Kevin I nest say you are really superb. My men reported to me that there were surprisingly no officer at the coast making it easier to cross the border" Ron answered with an excited voice. Kevin said nothing and only hummed. He had already expected that outcome. He place the shirt on the bed and took his laptop. Ron, not knowing what was going on asked in curiosity
" so, what happened when you....met Linda"
Kevin stopped what he was doing for a while and summerised what happened at Linda's place. Ron scoffed upon hearing it
" She dared to deny her identity. Kevin, leave her, she is not worth your time. "
Kevin sighed and pressed somethings on the laptop while saying indifferently
" ha, this is the last time I am going to meet her. I don't think I would want to see her again. My sister Linda is dead. "
Ron sighed. He felt glad that Kevin had let go. But then he felt something odd. Kevin was suddenly quiet. He asked
" What's wrong "
Then he heard Kevin's deep voice. It was as if he was frowning
" someone is in my room "
Ron asked in surprise.
" what do you mean by that. Tell that person to get out then "
Kevin was suddenly speechless. Ron can be stupid at times. He stood up and turned his head looking for something he didn't know if it was there. But, he knew this feeling, someone was in his room. After coming out of the bathroom, he had felt something odd but shrugged it away. Someone was in his room he was sure. As he was searching, he heard Ron's sarcastic voice
" Again, some moments ago, someone was following you and now someone is in your room. "
Then he yelled through the phone
" please if you know you are in the room, get out, before he finds you. It is an advice "
Kevin said in irritation
" Hey, someone was really following me. "
Ron said
" Kevin your room is basically out of bounds. No anyone can enter and they know what would happen to them if they are caught so who would dare. No one is in that room "
Kevin was about to talk, but then a familiar figure suddenly popped out behind one on the sofa and stood before him. Kevin was really surprised and thought his eyes and mind were playing tricks with him. It was Linda again. Right in his room, how?

Linda who was at her hiding place racked her brains to find a way out. While doing this she suddenly heard Kevin conversation with someone. That voice, she was sure she had heard that voice before but where did she hear it. She tried hard but couldn't remember. But after listening to thier conversation for long, she finally realised that Kevin was really her brother. She felt a whole lot of different emotions and her pregnancy didn't help at all. But her deepest emotion was regret. She regretted what ever she did and when she heard Kevin's indifferent voice, she felt a pang of pain in her heart. She couldn't blame him, she was all to be blamed. Fear of her brother hating her made her come out of her hiding place and faced him. Her beautiful face was already covered in tears. She saw Kevin's surprised face and all the words in her mouth seemed to suddenly disappear. There stood there facing each other for what seemed like ages.
Two figures, a male and a female one had a shocked expression and tears were streaming down from the other's face. It wasn't until Kevin broke the silence that linda found her tongue. Kevin said with a very terrifying and dark voice
" what are you doing here "
Upon hearing her cold voice, the tears cascaded more uncontrollably. Linda was really sad, her brother must really hate her. She stammered
" I..,I..., Kevin I'm sorry, please forgive me "
These words made Kevin frown. Her words meant she knew the truth. Kevin took in a deep breath praying he could stabilise his emotions. He said in a cold tone
" Get out "
Linda slightly trembled. Kevin's tone was very cold this time and she was astonished. But that made her more determined to ask for his forgiveness
" I'm really sorry Kevin. I know I don't deserve your forgiveness but I.... I... want you to know that I regret what I did. I want to.... "
Before she could finish, Kevin Road in anger
" I do not want to listen to your nonsense again leave now "
Linda was taken aback but still said
" please, please believe me when I say I, I, had no choice at that time "
Hearing these words, Kevin suddenly stared at Linda in deadly bloodshot eyes. Linda was so frightened by the stare that she unconsciously took two steps back.
" What are you thinking Linda. Just by saying you regret it I would simply forgive you. Just by finding some random excuses I would forgive you right "
" Kevin, I, I.... "
Linda tried to explain but Kevin yelled again
" Stop. Do not talk again "
Linda felt his behaviour awkward. Kevin on the other hand was passing through hell. His head was aching severely him but he knew, his disease had not been triggered. Now his emotions were in turmoil by Linda's words he prayed he wouldn't have any relapse. The betrayal he felt back then washed over him again but he still maintained his composure. Linda saw this reaction and tried getting closer to her but Kevin subconsciously pushed her away. She almost lost her balance but quickly supported herself using the sofa. Her phone also fell on the ground in the process. Kevin instantly regretted his actions. He closely watched Linda and realised she was ok but what he didn't see was Linda's horror when she saw the damaged phone. Linda was so shocked that she forgot how to cry. Only when the phone had fell had she remembered that she had texted the police. Oh no the police,she had already wasted several minutes hereand the police should be here within some few minutes. She should leave but,.... what about Kevin, she can't just leave him here. Kevin wouldn't also just follow her out and might hate her more for this. She had to do something.
