Blue didn't know why he was panicking. He had no reason to be afraid of the possibility of Winter and Kendall meeting.
He had met another of Winter's exes before. Though it had been an awkward meeting, he came out alive, didn't he?
So why was he trying to stop Kendall from meeting Winter? If anything, he was supposed to encourage their meeting. So Kendall could realize that Winter had changed and Winter could face his past.

"Blue, I know you're in there. Open the door, please," Blue heard Kendall speak from the other side.
"I want to ask for your help with something. I promise not to–" Blue opened the door for Kendall before the guy completed his ongoing sentence that Blue could already predict.
"Hi!" Kendall smiled at Blue.
He wasn't wearing his glasses today and his hair was a bit disheveled. He was holding a laptop in his hand as he said, "Can I come in?"
"Not now. I have a guest over, so I'm not sure–"
