Asher and I walked out of the store for lunch. We eventually stopped at a sharwarma place for lunch. Unfortunately the most unfortunate happened. There they were my ex boyfriend and bestfriend ,Damon and Ella cuddling their asses off and giggling. I rushed out with Asher and hid by a bush while the server was making our food.
"Um Brielle....why are we in a bush." Asher says confused
"It's complicated..." I sighed.
Finally,Damon and Ella left and Asher and I returned to the restaurant in time for our sharwarmas.
"It's because of them isn't it...." Asher says
"I don't know what you're talking about." I say dismissively
"I'm talking about that blonde guy and girl who just walked out of here". Asher says
I sigh and say nothing as we left the restaurant.
We eventually ate out food in silence.
The next day at school
I walked to school and I was in baggy sweatpants with a short tshirt , socks with Adidas campuses and my long hair in a clawclip. I was NOT in my prime anymore I thought
I had literature first I thought as I rushed to my class and sat to as usual Asher who looked like he was waiting for me.
"Good morning". He said and I waved back. The teacher started teaching and thirty minutes later 4 girls in mini skirts,cropped tops ,gold jewellery,blonde and brunette hair with so many accessories walked in . Karen and her minions. Karen was the leader,she was so scary that Satan would give up his job to her. She walked in , with a really short mini skirt and a crop top with shredded edges and her blonde hair out with gold jewellery with gum in her mouth. The teacher immediately gave them the dress code but as usual they didn't give a shit.
I was dumbfounded they looked so....I couldn't even make up a word.
"They look like trouble." Asher says and I rolled my eyes.
"They look like the real deal." I replied to him
During lunch, Asher and I sat at a lunch table together but Karen and her minions suprisingly offered me a seat and I left Asher I did feel bad though but could you blame me???I needed to go back to my prime.
A month passed and I was friends with Karen and her friends, apparently they thought Asher had a crush on me since he followed me anywhere so I tried to avoid him as much as possible,I felt really bad because he was my friend I guess and now he walked alone once again.
My mom and dad were still fighting in the court and God did I miss my luxury life. One day,my mom made me invite Asher home for dinner and I couldn't explain to her that we weren't talking anymore but I mustered up and asked him to come and fortunately he said yes.
He did ask about my dad alot and It was kinda confusing but my mom didn't mind.....
