-Despite having the LCB title, he's not actual from LCB. This title was granted simply because it's what Kaito wanted when he came into the world of MHA. (My Hero Academia)
-Kaito has access to all abilities from Project Moon, but despite this. Want's to experience this world raw without relying on the op powers from Project Moon games.
