Mo Shangjun raised her hand, her eyes narrowing slightly as she pinched Long Xilu's chin.
With a bit of force, Long Xilu's head was compelled to lift.
"What do you want to do?!"
Looking up at Mo Shangjun, anger mixed with Long Xilu's tone.
Her fingers pressed harder, and Long Xilu's chin was pinched painfully by Mo Shangjun.
Yet, she didn't retaliate directly against Mo Shangjun.
"Shouldn't I be the one asking you," Mo Shangjun paused, a murderous look in her eyes, coldly staring at Long Xilu, and spoke in an icy tone, enunciating each word, "what do you want to do?"
Long Xilu's complexion turned a shade paler, the anger in her expression abating slightly, replaced by retreat and guilt, but such emotions were fleeting and quickly concealed.
"I'm just here for an internship," Long Xilu reminded Mo Shangjun, word by word.
Mo Shangjun let out a cold laugh, "What could an intern platoon leader have against me?"
