There was a smell of alcohol on him.
His voice was hoarse, and it sounded very wrong.
It seemed as if he was burdened with heavy worries...
She had only seen him like this when her grandmother passed away.
Sofia Hamilton stopped struggling and let him hold her, "Ryan Gregory, what's wrong?"
"Is there something bothering you?"
"Have you been drinking? Is the business not doing well?"
She asked worriedly, but he didn't answer.
His silence made her even more uneasy.
Sofia pushed him away hard and looked at him directly, "Is there something bothering you?"
"You can talk about it, you know, to solve it together."
She had a vague feeling that he was in trouble.
And it was a big trouble...
For his brows revealed such a message.
In the darkness, she couldn't see his eyes clearly, so she went to turn on the light and then returned to him.
The suddenly bright bedroom was blinding, and it also illuminated the gloom on Ryan Gregory's face.
