Chapter 25 - The Show Is About To Begin

As soon as Chuck, Sandra, and the bodyguard departed from the hotel, they proceeded to the parking lot. Chuck joined Sandra in her vehicle, with the bodyguard trailing them in a Range Rover as they made their way to Sandra's residence. Their journey to the destination was completed in a relatively short time.

Upon arrival, Chuck escorted Sandra to her home and informed her that he would be reporting to work the following afternoon. He explained that he was scheduled to begin physical training with the bodyguards in the morning. Although he was not originally supposed to be on duty that day—having been told by his grandfather that he only worked three days per week—Chuck found himself eager to see Sandra frequently, as his feelings for her had deepened.

He then took Sandra's hand, gently pulling her closer before kissing her. After releasing her, Sandra embraced him and whispered into his ear, "I will miss you, boo." Chuck replied, "I will miss you too, my love." He then bid her farewell and left, reminding her to take care.

After this, Chuck made his way to the parking garage, where the bodyguard awaited him. They departed promptly, heading back home. Earlier, while leaving the hotel, Louis had contacted his father to relay the incident he had experienced, which had left his father furious upon hearing that his son had been bullied and assaulted.

In response, his father ordered twenty-five of his most trusted men to ensure that those responsible for humiliating Louis were captured and brought to him. The team promptly set out to meet Louis, who was secretly tailing Chuck. As soon as he observed Chuck's car exiting the premises, he contacted the men sent by his father, providing them with directions of Chuck's route. Louis expressed his desire to see Chuck kneel and beg for forgiveness, to which Allison responded that she hoped this time he would be dealt with once and for all.

As they were making their way home, two unanticipated vehicles obstructed their path, while three others that had been following closely prevented any retreat. Prior to these vehicles halting, ten heavily armed men swiftly exited and advanced toward Chuck's car. "What is this nonsense?" Chuck murmured, and his bodyguard replied, "It seems we have company," as he took out his phone and dialed a number. The twenty-five armed individuals approached Chuck's vehicle, commanding them to exit and surrounding them. Both Chuck and his bodyguard remained remarkably calm.

Louis and Allison quickly arrived at the scene where Chuck and his bodyguard were being encircled. Louis approached Chuck confidently, followed closely by Allison. "Did you think I would simply let you walk away?" Louis inquired. "Well, let's see who meets their end today. You said you would be watching me, but now, who is really watching whom?" He then instructed Chuck to crawl on his knees toward him.

Chuck mockingly laughed and walked in Louis's direction with his head held high. "I said you should crawl on your knees, fool. Do you really think I'm here to play games with you?" Louis demanded. Chuck met his gaze directly and replied, "I see you've gathered some more goons. Are you truly so determined to kill me? Can't you tell I'm not afraid of you? Why don't you just do what you came to do and get it over with?"

"You are quite full of yourself, Chuck. Don't you know when to keep quiet?" Allison, who believed they had the situation under control, couldn't resist asking Chuck. "Keep quiet? Hahaha," Chuck retorted sarcastically. "I'll give you one last chance: leave here immediately, and no one will get hurt." Upon hearing Chuck's assertion, Allison burst into laughter. "Chuck, who do you think you are? Do you believe you and your friend can take down all of us?" Chuck challenged. "And what makes you think I'm afraid of you? In case you didn't hear me clearly, I said, get out of my way, you nobody."

We will see who is the son of a nobody and with that he instructed his men to get rid of Chuck four of them charged towards Chuck and the bodyguard but as they were about to strike, they heard a rumbling of a sport car which appeared from no where with a speed of a lightning, they all looked at the direction of the car and as soon as the car came to a stop, two men in black suits jumped out and without wasting time, they somersaulted and got to where Chuck was standing.

Young master, hope we are not late? one of them asked Chuck who patted his shoulder and responded to the bodyguards you are just right on time, the show is about to begin. They then instructed Chuck to move a side to avoid being hurt by those goons and once Chuck was safe, One of the bodyguards Charged toward the four goons in a speed of a lightning and before they knew it, they were all lying down motionless, Upon seeing that, the other goons rushed to attack even though they were many in numbers, they were not a match for the three bodyguards. One of the bodyguards lifted the last goon before collapsing and asked him, " Couldn't you have brought more experienced fighters? I thought I was going to have a good fight today but it was just like playing with small boys, next time make sure to bring men to a fight and with that, he kicked the man on the stomach and the man fell down spitting a mouthful of blood and passed out instantly.

Chuck went to where Louis was standing, slapped him so hard and the man fell down, he then turned to Allsion and slapped her on the face although he didn't use a lot of strength on her, Allison's face turned red and she shouted out loud in fear.

Chuck was so satisfied he has always wanted to slap Allison but he couldn't because she was his wife then, but since now they were divorced and he has Sandra as his girlfriend, he felt satisfied when he slapped Allison who on the other hand was so shocked.

How could Chuck slap her? she never thought that Chuck could lay his hand on her.

Chuck then turned to Louis and told him that he hasn't forgotten what the man did, then he said to him that he will let him walk away for now but he will be watching him and the next time he crosses his path again, one of then will have to be buried.

Now that e

In this unfolding scenario, inquiries will arise regarding the identity of an individual perceived as insignificant. Consequently, he commanded his associates to dispose of Chuck. Four of his men charged toward Chuck and his bodyguard, only to be interrupted by the unexpected roar of a sports car that accelerated toward the scene with remarkable speed. As they turned to assess the situation, the vehicle came to a halt, and two men in tailored black suits emerged. Without hesitation, they executed somersaults and swiftly made their way to Chuck's location.

"Young master, I trust we are not late?" one of the bodyguards queried. Chuck, patting the man on the shoulder, reassured him, "You arrived just in time; the spectacle is about to commence." They then directed Chuck to step aside for his safety, allowing the confrontation to unfold without risk to him. Once Chuck was in a secure position, one of the bodyguards launched himself towards the four assailants with remarkable speed. In mere moments, the adversaries lay motionless on the ground.

Witnessing this, the remaining goons attempted to retaliate, but despite their numerical superiority, they were no match for Chuck's trio of bodyguards. One bodyguard seized the last remaining goon and, lifting him with ease, remarked, "Could you not have summoned more seasoned fighters? I anticipated a more challenging encounter today, but this has felt akin to playing with children. Next time, ensure you bring competent opponents." With that, he delivered a forceful kick to the goon's midsection, sending him sprawling to the ground, blood spilling from his mouth as he lost consciousness.

Chuck then approached Louis, striking him with such force that he fell to the ground. Turning his attention to Allison, he delivered a slap across her face. While he didn't apply excessive force, the impact left her face flushed and elicited a loud cry in surprise.

Chuck felt a sense of satisfaction; he had longed to confront Allison in this manner but had refrained while they were married. Now that they were divorced, and with Sandra as his new partner, the act of striking Allison brought him a sense of relief, leaving her in a state of shock.

"How could Chuck do that?" she wondered, unable to reconcile his actions with her previous perceptions of him.

Chuck then shifted his focus to Louis, reminding him that he had not forgotten the man's past transgressions. He stated that he would allow Louis to walk away this time but would be vigilant regarding his actions. He warned, "The next time our paths cross, one of us will not walk away."

Having resolved the matter, Chuck entered the vehicle, followed by his bodyguards, and they departed the scene.

verything was taken care of, Chuck got in the vehicle followed by the bodyguards and drove away.
