Upon their arrival at the hospital, Chuck exited the vehicle, followed closely by his bodyguards, and proceeded directly to the office. Just as Sandra was about to leave for lunch, Chuck and his entourage entered, with Chuck carrying a box of packed lunch. They exchanged greetings and embraced, after which Chuck presented Sandra with the packed lunch he had purchased for her en route to the office.
Sandra expressed her gratitude to Chuck before they settled onto the couch. Without hesitation, she opened the box and began to eat the food inside. Chuck, seated beside her, observed her enjoyment and, once she had finished, inquired if there were any outstanding tasks that required completion. He was eager to assist her if there were any remaining responsibilities. However, Sandra informed him that she had already completed all the necessary work for the day.
Miss Sandra Hennessy, your diligence is impressive. It's no surprise that my grandfather chose you as his secretary," Chuck remarked. "On the subject of my grandfather, I shared news about our relationship with him, and he expressed genuine happiness. He advised me to take exceptional care of you and to treat you with the utmost respect. It appears he holds you in high regard, wishing to ensure your well-being. I am confident he will look after you when you officially become Mrs. Wallen and, eventually, the future First Lady." Sandra was taken aback by Chuck's words; she locked eyes with him, smiled, and replied that she eagerly anticipates their special day.
Chuck felt a surge of enthusiasm upon learning that Sandra was eagerly anticipating their special day. He assured her that he would soon take the necessary steps to bring it to fruition, expressing his commitment to making that occasion the finest experience of her life. With the guidance of his grandfather, he was confident that everything would be successfully organized. He affirmed, "If you are prepared to become Mrs.Wallen, then I am fully prepared to embrace my role as your husband."Sandra responded warmly, "Chuck, I truly don't know what I did in a previous life to earn someone as wonderful as you. You are, without a doubt, a true gentleman.
As there is no remaining work to be completed, Chuck inquired about Sandra's plans. She replied, "I don't have much in mind other than returning home and awaiting the onset of boredom."Chuck suggested, "You need not go home alone; why don't we have dinner together at my place? It certainly beats spending the evening by yourself."After a brief pause, Sandra considered this and responded,"That's a great idea."However, she added,"I will need to head home first to freshen up."Chuck agreed, stating,"Then I will accompany you, and afterward we can head to my home. You'll even have the chance to meet my son."Sandra then asked,"Do you think your son will like me?"Chuck replied, "There's only one way to find out. My son is generally quite friendly towards new acquaintances."
Upon returning home, Mr. Miller received a phone call from Chuck. "Hello, my child," said Chuck's grandfather. "Greetings, Grandpa.Have you encountered any issues during your journey?"the grandfather inquired."Not at all; I am simply calling to inform you that Sandra will be joining us for dinner this evening. Would that be acceptable?" "Certainly, my child. I will inform Nanny Margaret to relay the message to the family chef, so he can start preparing a delightful meal for our guest."Following that, the call ended.
He turned to Sandra, who was seated beside him, and informed her that everything was arranged. They engaged in conversation in the office for approximately an hour, after which Sandra mentioned to Chuck that she needed to return home to freshen up. They exited the office, proceeded to the parking lot, and, accompanied by their bodyguards, drove toward Sandra's residence. Their arrival at the destination was swift, and once there, Sandra retreated to her room. In about thirty minutes, she emerged and made her way to the living room where Chuck was waiting. Upon her entrance, Chuck admired her beauty, noting how stunning she looked in her blue jeans, white T-shirt, and white sneakers. "Chuck, I'm ready whenever you are," she called out.
Exiting Sandra's residence, both individuals proceeded to the parking area where the bodyguards and the driver were stationed. Once they entered the vehicle, the driver promptly departed.
In about forty minutes, they all arrived at the gate, and as soon as the gate was opened, the driver drove them towards the parking garage and both of them got off and walked towards the entrance of the villa which was few meters away from the parking garage. Even though Sandra had worked for Mr. Miller, she had never been into his residents and once they got out of the vehicle, she was amazed by the beautiful view of the villa that was surrounded by beautiful flowers and a fountain spring that was eye catching.
What is your grandfather's financial standing?"she inquired of Chuck, who, in contrast, was unaware of his grandfather's wealth."Frankly, I cannot say," he replied. "Yet, my grandfather informed me just a few days ago that he intends to introduce me to all of his business endeavors.
At that moment, they had already arrived at the villa, and Chuck promptly took Sandra to his son's room for an introduction. Upon entering, they found that Nanny Margaret had just completed the boy's bath and had helped him get dressed. The boy eagerly ran to embrace his father before innocently reaching out to Sandra, lifting his arms in a request to be held. "Meet my mini-me," Chuck said, before introducing Sandra to Nanny Margaret. He then exited the room, and they proceeded to his grandfather's quarters.
