Rose PoV
I watched as Saffron changed Anis's diaper. I had insisted I do it, but he wanted to handle it.
Saffron smiled as he taped her diaper together. "All done, little one. You were a good girl."
Anis giggled and reached for me. "Ma, up!"
I smiled and held out Anis's clean elephant onesie. "Here, let's get you into this one, okay?"
"Ok!" she cooed, stretching her little arms out.
Saffron handed Anis to me, and I dressed her in the onesie. She looked adorable, with her tiny hands reaching out to touch the soft fabric.
"Eli!" she said, kicking her little legs from happiness.
I couldn't help but laugh at her enthusiasm. "Yes, that's right! Elephants are big and strong, just like you!" I gently pulled the onesie over her head and fastened the snaps at the bottom, making sure she was snug and comfortable.
Saffron watched with a proud smile.
Anis beamed up at him, her eyes sparkling. "Pa! Loo a me! Me eli!"
He chuckled and picked her up. "Ya sure are."
