"His quirk is a lightning-type..." The doctor said
"But? I sense a but coming from you doctor." Aiko said to him while holding Shin's hand who was beside her
meanwhile Karasuma was behind them with his hand behind his back
"but your son body is as strong strength type quirk." said the doctor
"and that's means?" She enquires
"and that's means your son has the combination of you and mister Karasuma quirk. Congratulations!" The doctor said with a smile and clapped his hands as if welcoming the birth of a powerful hero.
meanwhile, Shin who was beside his mother felt very happy for being granted the quirk that was a mixture of his mother and father. his face was full of smiles and determination to train his quirk as well as his body to face all the challenges he would face in the future.
'the combination of strength type and lightning type quirk huh. Wait... doesn't that mean I will be the second coming of All Might!' If he thought so, he did not expect that his potential quirk would be a quirk on par with All Might maybe even more than that.
This in turn made him smile wider because of the potential of his quirk and he can't imagine what will happen when he trains this quirk to perfection. This kind of thought made his blood boil even more
meanwhile Aiko and Karasuma after hearing what the doctor said became giddy and excited at the prospect of their son becoming a strongest hero. The combination of their quirk makes it more obvious that Shin's future is gonna be bright.
but of course the thought of their children is more important of how he becomes in the future. So Aiko made a move and turned her face to Shin and looked at him with a smile and said to her son.
"Shin-chan, you are born with a strong quirk, a quirk better than us. So what are you gonna do about it my child?" She said and asked her son in a happy tone
"I want to be the strongest hero ever mom! I want to surpass All Might!" Shin said with a voice full of determination and burning eyes. He was determined he would prove to his parents with action and a lot of training of course.
"Are you sure son? there will be a lot of hardship you have to overcome. There is no shortcut to being the strongest but with hard work and a lot of willpower to pull it off" this time it was not Aiko who said it but Karasuma and he was smiling but with a bit of seriousness in the air.
Aiko meanwhile sat there worried about her son's future hardship and waiting for him to answer. Whatever answers it may be, she will support it wholeheartedly.
And Shin sitting there beside his mother answered his father's question without hesitation.
"I can do it! I'll train every day! I'll save everybody! No bad guys will ever win when I'm around!" he said with a childish voice but also with a lot of conviction.
after hearing the words that were being uttered by their son smiled widely and felt proud of him
while the doctor was just sitting there witnessing the birth of a hero just not any other hero but the strongest one and he chuckled to himself. Reminding to himself that this child in front of him was destined for greatness.
Karasuma walked slowly toward his son and put a hand on his shoulder and said
"Then I'll help you. But being the strongest means more than just having the best quirk. It means being brave, being kind, and never giving up-especially when things get scary."
Shin after hearing this smiled and thought in his head
'I'm not scared of anything even death because I have died once! so whatever challenge it is I will overcome it and I will surpass it all because I will be the strongest in this world, not even All For One will stand in my way to become the best and strongest'
Shin eyes burning with passion and he clenched his fist and said it to his father
"I'm not scared of anything! I'm gonna be the strongest hero this world has ever seen! Promise!"
Karasuma standing there still his hand on Shin's shoulder just chuckled and said
"Then I'll be right here, cheering for you every step of the way. My little thunderbolt." he then pull his son and his wife into hugs

After a little episode with our resident reincarnator with his family in the hospital. Shin now at his room thinking a lot things that is going on today
"…So it's real. This isn't some crazy dream."
He stared at his hand, flexing his fingers as tiny bolts danced over his skin.
"Lightning and strength. A combo quirk. In this world… that's rare. Especially at four."
He glanced at the All Might poster—towering, golden smile, fist raised.
"In my last life, heroes were fiction. Comics, cartoons, anime, movies. Here… they're real. I'm real. I have power."
He fell back onto the bed, eyes tracing the glow-in-the-dark stars on his ceiling.
"I don't know why I reincarnated. Or how. But if I'm here, it's for a reason. I've been given a second shot—this time, I won't waste it."
His hand closed into a tiny fist, crackling faintly.
"I don't want to just be strong. I want to be the strongest. Not for fame. Not for status. But because this world needs people who don't break when it matters most."
He sat back up, determination glowing brighter than the sparks on his skin.
"But for now i wanted to sleep. This day is very tiring for me." he said while he closed his yawn
his eyes closed and Shin drifting to sleep dreaming about his journey to be the strongest in the world.

Shin's Room – A Few Weeks Later
It's quiet. The hallway light outside his door is still on. Shin's supposed to be asleep, but instead he's sitting at his little desk with a notebook open, scribbling in crayon and pencil. The cover reads, in big letters:
"Project Thunder King"
– Top Secret Hero Notes –
"Okay. Step one… understand my quirk." Shin thought
He flips to a messy page with a stick figure and a bolt of lightning punching a villain. At the top, it reads:
Quirk: Electroforce
Type: Hybrid (Emitter + Mutant?)
Lightning – short-range, unstable, high power
Strength – passive boost, maybe tied to emotional spikes?
"…If I can control output, I can train my lightning like a muscle. And if my strength grows with my emotions, then I need to work on focus too…" Shin thought with his hand on his head
He flips to another page:
"Training Ideas"
Finger flicks for lightning precision
Pillow punches for strength control
Static cling practice on walls
Cold showers to build shock resistance

"I'm four, but I've got the brain of someone who lived a whole life already. No excuse to waste time playing around when I can start building my future now." He thought
He draws a rough outline of a costume idea: lightning bolt chest piece, reinforced gloves, and boots designed to absorb static. Beside it:
Hero Name Idea:
THUNDER KING
(Too cringe?)
(Backup: Volt Blade? Static Shockwave?? Work on branding later.)

He hears footsteps outside the door. Quickly, he shoves the notebook under a loose floorboard he pried up last week and jumps into bed, pretending to sleep.
The door creaks open. His dad peeks in, then smiles and quietly closes it again.
