"Scout A and Scout B, report." Looking over to his right side before stopping his steed.
[Swoosh]
[Swoosh]
Dust and dirt flying up into the air like miniature explosives as figures in brown coats, also hoods, with multiple daggers and knives around their waists and boots. Appear in thin air.
The scouts place their fist across their chest and kneel. Scout B spoke respectfully.
"Sir, demon village spotted from an hour's ride from here, Sir." He stops for a moment to stand up and point with his index finger towards several medium-sized mountains.
"Village estimated to be the size of a village class 3, Sir." The Scout says with a serious face.
Village classes are the sizes of a village. It also goes for towns, cities, and also Kingdoms.
Class 10, being the largest.
Philip. The holy knight who wields a longbow. Widens his eyes for a moment before regaining his composure back.
"Ahrmm. I see that it is quite a large village for lowly demons. It must have been a human village once before, those lowly rats, I will avenge the lives that have been lost!" He grunts and spats on the floor, looking towards the mountains he spots something. Narrowing his eyes, Mana flows into his eyes to increase the distance that he can see, a large grin appears on his face.
"I have found you!"
…
"Sirus! We have to warn the village and get ready to prepare for battle!" Whilst they are running towards the village to warn the whole village and prepare to defend themselves. Sirus sprints towards his house.
[Bang!]
The door slams open, Sasha and Ethan look towards the front door with a fearful expression, they see Sirus huffing and puffing with one of his hand on the door.
"Mother, Father. I'm not sure how to say this but…" Sirus calms down a bit and takes a deep breath before he continues. "Several, no, a whole army is heading this way and-and it's the humans."
Sasha and Ethan are horrified and shocked at what their son just said.
Sasha trembles backwards and falls down as her whole body shakes in terror, she lifts her hand to her mouth whilst she weeps.
"Sasha! Are you alright?!" Ethan glances at Sirus. "Sirus, go and warn all the other villages, does the village chief know!?" He asks as he looks down to help his wife.
"Yeah the village chief knows what is happening, he's currently rallying up the villagers to defend the village." Sirus left the house in a rush as soon he finished explaining.
'Why are they here? Are humans that selfish and greedy in this world that they want to kill off a whole village? No, they have always been like that ever since they took their first breath. It's all they have ever know, to take and take and take! It's never enough, they desire everything and kill whoever they want without looking at the consequences.'
While Sirus talks to himself in his mind whilst running and warning all the villages. Our young Sirus does not notice but he slowly gains immense hate for his former kind. His Mana flaring up rapidly like a raging tornado, his blood boiling with hate and anger.
'Why is it only they have to kill and rekt havoc! They murder, rape, steal, ruin people lives! Kill off every innocent creature they see, dissect it like the monsters they are! We are not the real demons here, Humans are the real pure evil of the devils themselves! Waging war with their own kind, why, why. WHY!'
Sirus runs faster and faster, tilting his head down with his eyes closed before he stumbles and trips, getting his clothes covered in dust and mud.
"I will not let them hurt my family!" Sirus slowly pulls himself up and looks around seeing countless male villagers rushing out of their homes and heading towards the village chief.
Children and the woman heading towards the back of the village near the forests.
"You there! You five grab as much wood as possible and any wagons and place them in front of the village! Hunters, grab as many weapons as you can and give the spare to the other villagers and stand guard at the front, you hear me!?
"Yes, village chief!" They shout in unison.
"We shall protect our village with our very lives!"
"I have lived almost 500 years and I will not let some humans destroy our beloved village!" The chief looks up slightly above the heads of the villages and sees Sirus walking towards him.
"Sirus, what are you doing here? You should be evacuating with your parents?" Kneeling down with concern as his brows knit together.
"I-I want to help! I love this village as much as you do and everyone else here does so…. I want to help any way possi….."
The chief grabs Sirus's tightly on his shoulders with anger in his eyes and before Sirus could finish what he was going to say.
"LOOK! This is not some game Sirus! You are a smart boy so you should know what the humans coming here means! Look I apprentice your concern for the village and that's good but…. You need to get to safety now with your parent's." Standing up, he rushes over to the front of the village without looking back.
Sirus moves his head down, clenching his fist tightly with anger. Looking down with rage he curses.
"Fuck! I can't just stand here and do nothing while they defend the village with their lives. What are they expecting to do once they get here? They have full plated armour and swords!"
A glint shines at his eye, he looks to the side and sees sharp shiny arrows with a bow.. He opens his mouth for a second before grinning as he walks over towards the bow.
"I never used a bow before but there's plenty of arrows here, seems like 19 arrows but that is more than enough to help out. I killed people before so this is no different."
Rushing towards the hill he previously was before, avoiding being seen by the villagers, carrying the bow and the quiver with the arrows shining brightly on his back as the sun shines brightly today.
…
"Where-where Sirus?"
"He went to warn the other villagers I'm sure he will be fine, for now, let's evacuate with the rest of the villagers."
"No-no I can't leave without leaving my son behind! We have to get him back! I'm not leaving!" She shakes her head back and forth refusing to leave her son behind, she rushes outside.
"Sasha, wait! Shit!"
…
"Luckily we managed to get teleported near the village, otherwise we would still be months away until we arrived here." Philip thought as he glanced at his partner on the horse, Kane.
"I guess so…"
"Tsk, you're so boring to talk to. Never mind that we almost arrived. Philip shouted whilst he looked back at the lower ranking Knights of the Holy Church.
Men, be prepared to kill these vermin! Wizards, when your spells are within distance, set the village ablaze! Scouts from both squads will exterminate any runners. And make sure to kill the Demon possessing a high level of Magic! He is our top priority." He stops to form a large grin.
"HooRah! For the glory of Bergen!" They shout in unison.
Philip continues to grin as he looks to his side at Kane, giving him a stern look.
Philip raises his brows. "You know what to do right? Kane."
"But do we have to kill those innoce…"
"THEY ARE NOT INNOCENT! Not in the slightest!" He shouted as several veins popped out of his forehead.
"You will do your duty as a proud Holy Knight and kill every single fucking vermin piss of shit you see! You understand!"
"Ye-yes…" As Kane looks away.
"You bring shame on our proud and honourable reputation as Holy Knights!" He spats in anger towards the ground as he stares furiously towards the incoming view of the village.
'I'm sorry, for the lives I will steal today." Kane looks up as a tear runs down his face.
