"I don't understand finance; don't ask me about this sort of thing," Ann said in a flat tone.
"I've also heard that Evan Guerrero wants to acquire TR—your former employer—and is already drafting the plan," Zaiden Santos's eyes were cold, like the winds of midwinter.
"Don't ask me about financial matters; I don't know CEO Santos's plans."
In truth, Ann didn't know about it.
