Saidev's shooting in actual combat was much better than during practice. Some people are just like that; you can ask them to shoot at a simple stationary target and they may not hit it, but give them a moving target that's much more difficult and suddenly they hit every shot.
However, Saidev still could not qualify as a sniper or a marksman. His shooting style had too many limitations, but regardless, seeing Saidev who struggled with fixed targets in training, now taking out one enemy after another with the SVD in actual combat, was indeed surprising to Gao Yang.
