Synopsis
Title: The Rise of the White Sharingan In a twist of fate, a traveler from another world is reborn into the world of Naruto, awakening an ancient and forgotten bloodline—the true lineage of the Ōtsutsuki clan. From the moment of awakening, he unlocks the legendary Three-Tomoe White Sharingan, a mysterious dōjutsu said to rival even the Rinnegan and the Tenseigan in latent potential. His chakra resonates with ancient power, drawing the attention of the great figures of the shinobi world: Madara Uchiha: "To think someone bearing the Uchiha name could surpass even me... I, Madara, acknowledge you as our clan’s strongest!" Hiruzen Sarutobi (Third Hokage): "For Konoha to be guarded by such a formidable shinobi... it's as if the Will of Fire itself took form." Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki (Sage of Six Paths): "The fate of the shinobi world—he has rewritten it entirely. Even I could not foresee this." Kaguya Ōtsutsuki: "Who is this mortal? His power... even I, the progenitor of chakra, cannot comprehend it." As the shinobi world trembles before the resurgence of a power long thought extinct, a new legend is born—one who carries the might of the Ōtsutsuki, the vision of the Uchiha, and a destiny that transcends time itself. Thus begins the tale of the strongest shinobi, whose invincible bloodline reshaped the very foundation of the ninja world. This is a translation

Chapter 1 - CHAPTER 1

When Shigure opened his eyes, the world around him felt... wrong.

People strolled by in unfamiliar clothing—forehead protectors engraved with a leaf symbol, shinobi flak jackets, kunai holsters strapped to their thighs. Occasionally, he caught glimpses of individuals vanishing in a flicker of movement—Body Flicker Technique? The air buzzed with a strange energy, a mix of chakra and quiet tension. Though the surroundings felt oddly familiar, they were undeniably foreign.

"Where... am I?" Shigure muttered, rubbing his throbbing head. His memories were fragmented—no idea how he got here, no recollection of who he even was.

A sudden wind carried his gaze up—his eyes locked on three immense stone faces carved into a mountain cliff.

He gasped. "That's... the Hokage Rock?! Then... this is Konohagakure—the Hidden Leaf Village!?"

Just then, a mechanical chime echoed in his head. A voice—emotionless, yet crisp—sounded like it came from inside his mind:

"System Binding…

Binding complete.

Welcome, Host. The [Supreme Bloodline Integration System] has been activated.

Would you like to claim your first reward?"

Shigure blinked. "System? Like in those online novels?" His pulse quickened, but a strange calm settled in his chest. "Alright then—use it!"

"Reward issued: Ōtsutsuki Bloodline.

Begin bloodline fusion?"

"Yes!" he answered without hesitation.

A rush of warmth spread through his limbs. Comfort turned into agony. His muscles trembled, bones ached, and veins bulged unnaturally.

"Dopamine levels increased to reduce pain… Warning: fusion process may be temporarily excruciating."

Light engulfed him—radiating from the ground, sky, and even within. His vision blurred, and the pain turned unbearable, like every cell in his body was being restructured.

"GAAHHH!!"

"3… 2… 1… Fusion complete.

Congratulations, Host. You now possess the purest Ōtsutsuki bloodline."

But Shigure had already lost consciousness.

Voices trickled into his ears from the void.

"Uchiha Shigure! Shigure—wake up!"

He groaned and blinked slowly. A pale ceiling swam into view. The scent of antiseptic hit his nose.

He was lying in a hospital bed.

Leaning over him was a girl with long jet-black hair and tear-filled obsidian eyes. Her Konoha headband was tied around her neck like a choker.

"Brother Shigure!" she sobbed. "Please tell me you remember me! It's my fault… You wore that necklace I gave you and—after that mission—you collapsed. I shouldn't have let you go alone…"

Shigure's brows furrowed. "Uchiha… Shigure? That's my name?" His voice was hoarse, uncertain.

The girl trembled. "You really don't remember anything…? It's me—Yuna!"

He gave a weak, apologetic smile. "I'm sorry. I don't remember anything. Not even you."

Yuna sniffled, wiping her tears. "Then… then I'll help you remember. You're from the Uchiha Clan, one of the strongest clans in Konoha! You're a genin—almost chūnin level—and you've always been different. The elders said your chakra was special. Like... like someone from another world."

Another world…?

That phrase echoed strangely in Shigure's heart.

Yuna reached into her bag and pulled out a mirror, holding it before him.

Shigure finally saw his reflection in the nearby mirror.

Jet-black hair partially covered his forehead, and a high nose bridge gave his face a distinct structure. His skin, pale with a faint yellow undertone, framed a pair of deep obsidian eyes. There was a sharp intensity in them—piercing like an eagle's gaze when focused, yet soft and gentle like a lamb's when relaxed.

It should have been a flawless, handsome face.

But a deep scar ran from his left eyebrow down across the bridge of his nose. It didn't ruin his looks completely, but it gave him a colder, more dangerous edge.

Yuna's eyes brimmed with tears. "Look at you… Not only did you lose your memory, but even your appearance changed. It wasn't just any random thugs… It was members of your Uchiha clan who robbed me of my necklace. You stepped in to help me get it back, and they turned on you. One of them… he slashed your face with a kunai. When I found you, you were unconscious, bleeding— I didn't think you'd survive. And now… you don't even remember."

Her voice cracked, and she wiped her eyes with the sleeve of her yukata.

"Sister Yuna, it's okay. I might have lost my memory… but I'm alive, and I still have you." Shigure forced a comforting smile, even as his mind raced.

"Did I really… transmigrate? System? Bloodline? Yuna? It's messy, but…" His eyes flickered. "This… this has to be the world of Naruto. No mistake."

He lowered his gaze, thinking deeply.

"If that's true, then I must have taken over the body of an Uchiha boy… That scar, the eyes—Sharingan potential maybe?"

Shigure gently coaxed Yuna to sit while he probed for more.

From her, he learned the basics: he was a distant member of the Uchiha clan, orphaned when his parents were killed during a border skirmish in the Third Great Ninja War. Left alone in Konoha, he was mostly ignored by the proud Uchiha elders. Cold shoulders, sneers, and silent judgment shaped his early years.

Only Yuna had stayed by his side. She too had lost her family in the chaos of war, and they bonded through shared grief. Though not related by blood, Shigure had always seen her as a younger sister to protect.

But this time, the trouble started when some Uchiha children from a prestigious branch harassed Yuna. Shigure defended her, and in the ensuing struggle, he took a blow to the head… and that was when he—the new Shigure—woke up.

"So that was the trigger… That impact must've allowed me to replace this body's soul," Shigure thought. "The timing couldn't be more perfect."

His purpose suddenly became clear.

"Hmph… The noble Uchiha clan." He scoffed quietly, glancing at Yuna who was still wiping away tears.

"Alright, Yuna. You should go get some rest. Didn't you say I have the Academy graduation exam tomorrow? I need to be ready."

Yuna nodded hesitantly and finally left, leaving Shigure alone.

As soon as the door closed, a chime rang faintly in his head.

[System initializing… Bloodline integration complete.]

[Otsutsuki bloodline successfully merged.]

[Chakra system unlocked.]

"Otsutsuki?" Shigure's breath caught.

His body suddenly felt hot—his skin tingled, and a strange, powerful current surged through his muscles and veins. His vision blurred for a second, and he instinctively closed his eyes.

"I can feel it… My body has changed drastically. This energy… this is chakra!"

It flowed through him like rivers of raw power—pulsating, responding to his will. Every fiber of his being felt sharper, alive.

A searing heat built behind his eyes.

"Is this... the beginning of the Sharingan awakening?"

He took a deep breath, letting the chakra settle.

"If this is the Naruto world... and I have Otsutsuki blood fused with Uchiha heritage, then I'm not just some side character. This world won't ignore me.
