Charlotte woke up in her bed, panic flooding her senses.
She was terrified.
What just happened wasn't a dream — she was certain of it. She remembered everything from her past life.
Now, she had been given a second chance — a chance to make things right.

I gave my soul to my sister — not just my soul, but also my voice, my fame, my dignity, everything.
The image of the man I loved with all my heart stabbing me… just for money… was unbearable.
I gave everything to Vincent to ensure he would never stop loving me.
Sobbing her heart out, Charlotte felt so miserable she could barely breathe.
She felt betrayed, helpless.
She gave them everything she had.
' My soul'.
'My fame'.
'My money'.
'My love'.
Even though they used to beat me… scream at me… I only cared about them. I could've died for them.
And in return, they took everything and left me hollow.
Now, the only thing I feel is rage.
I want revenge. Nothing less than that.
"I'm going to ruin them.
They will pay for what they did.

For now, I'll start by breaking the engagement with that curse of a man… Vincent Midnight.
Charlotte calls Vincent.
Charlotte says coldly,
> "Vincent, meet me tonight for dinner. Eight p.m."
Vincent replies,
"Alright, let's meet at David's restaurant — Rosewood."
She hangs up.
"I hate him so much… I want to kill him.
And I will.
No matter what, I will take revenge on every single one of them".
She gets dressed in a breathtaking, bold maroon dress — the kind of look that says loud and clear:
This isn't the old Charlotte anymore.
8 PM – Rosewood Cellars Restaurant
Charlotte sits at a VIP table — after all, she owns the largest share, and her brother runs the place.
Vincent enters.
She's breathtaking.
So stunning that he can't take his eyes off her — though his gaze is filled with lust.
"Hi… sorry I'm late. Had a lot of work to do.
You look amazing tonight.
I never knew you were even more beautiful than Melody," Vincent says.
Charlotte replies in a cold, brutal tone,
"Are you done?"
Then she declares without hesitation,
"I'm breaking up with you."
She throws her diamond ring straight at his face… and starts walking out of the restaurant.
"Charlotte Rosewood, wait!!!
You can't just dump me like this!
You'll be the one sobbing desperately and crawling back to me!
You'll regret this!!" Vincent screams.
Charlotte walks away, unfazed, heading straight to her car.
And she leaves.
Vincent doesn't stop there — he calls David and tells him everything about the engagement being called off.
David and Melody are furious, pacing at home, waiting for Charlotte to arrive.
At home.
As she enters, David explodes.
"Charlotte, are you mentally unstable?!
Are you out of your damn mind?!
Why the hell did you call off the engagement?!
Do you know what that'll do to our family business?!
You knew that, and still you did it!
This won't just ruin my reputation — it'll ruin yours too!
You've destroyed both of us!
The business that I built is going to collapse.
Damn you!"
Charlotte stands tall — silent, deadly.
She answers firmly,
"Why do you care?
If it affects the family business, I'll handle it.
After all, I control 65% of the property.
I've taken care of things far more than any of you — I always have."
Vincent and Melody are speechless furious, but stunned.
They know she's right.
But where did she find the guts to say this?
Charlotte goes to her bedroom and locks the door.
"I will ruin them".
