Alya stared at Sato as he drank a roasted green tea called Hojicha. Alya was trying a different type of tea she had never gotten to try in her world. It is a green tea blend with brown rice, known as Genmaicha. It was nutty, and she shrugged, sipping at hers but still looking at Sato.
"So... Is my skipping class the only reason for your visit? Also, how did you know where I live?" (Alya)
He seemed to cringe slightly, leaning into his drink but setting it down with both of his hands. His eyes seemed to reflect on the surface of his tea before he angled his head up and looked Alya in the eye's.
"I volinteered to bring you your homework even though you skipped school because the proffessors were worried about your mental condition. That is what they claimed at least. Although it seems they will be less lenient and take disiplinary action if you keep missing school. I volenteered to convince you to attend class." (Sato)
"You mean bother me till I cave and go to class." (Alya)
He didn't respond to her goad but she didn't mind she wasn't expecting a response.
"I plan on attending class but how about a little insentive for me to be willing to attend." (Alya)
Basic learning yeah she got it but she hasn't been in college for five years meaning she wouldnt be able to fully handle highschool again. It also doesn't help that this is a different world and although she has basic memories she doesnt fully recall any of the information needed to be able to pass any of the classes. She has basic knowlege on how to use magic as well but she remembers it from playing the game. She wants a better life for herself she will need someone to help her learn at least most of the basics to be able to pass the classes. Why not employ the help of the class president? There was a love arc where he tutuors the player and they start sneaking out of school together over time. Although that won't be her goal. She just needs a tutor. Although in the storyline magic was an afterthought for him so she will ask for the help of someone else for that side of things.
"I don't have money." (Sato)
Money? Then it struck her and she started to stammer.
"W-WAIT sorry that isnt what I meant." (Alya)
She closed her eyes taking a deep breath and shaking her head. Of course his opinion of her was of her being a delinquent.
"I'm confused." (Sato)
"That's my fault. What I was asking of you was your help in tutoring me with our classes. Your the class president and from my understanding you get decent grades. So I would like you to tutor me to at least the point that I can handle and understand what the professors are teaching us." (Alya)
His eyes over her explination widened as he looked confused annoyed suprised and then had a look of acceptance.
"I will have someone else help me with the magic control lessons but other than that I struggle with the written courses." (Alya)
She was rambling rubbing her thumb accross the pressure point on her hand.
"I-I suppose but I won't do it for free." (Sato)
Hmm I suppose sense this is reality now he wouldnt offer to do anything free. Not like she is now the player from the game. She is herself and two years before the player transfers during the last year of the highschool.
"What would you want?" (Alya)
He seemed to take a moment stopping whatever thought process he had. He probably didn't think about it.
"How about I bring you lunch or pay for your lunch for a month." (Alya)
"Why a month?" (Sato)
"A trial period if you don't like tutoring me or we realize your way of teaching me isnt helping with my education after a month. Then we will go our seperate way's and I'll ask my parents so sign me up for cram classes instead. Although I would rather avoid that. If it works out though we can decide what to do after that point." (Alya)
"Why me?" (Sato)
"Why not you?" (Alya)
He made a baffeled expression his cheeks turning red as he started to speak loudly.
"I still don't see why me someone else should be much better." (Sato)
"If your so worried about this you can think of it as you overlearinging or reviewing information." (Alya)
He sighed color fleeing from his cheeks as he shook his head.
"Fine." (Sato)
"Okay. Do you have any food allergies?" (Alya)
She knows he doesn't but she would rather make a mistake and not account for the fact that he is a real person so he most likely does.
"Oh and prefered food." (Alya)
She already knows that from the game but if she started making him food that he enjoyed although it may seem like paranoia she would rather avoid the wrong impression and have him think of her as a stalker. His favorite food or well prefered food was sweets and traditional japanese lunch box meals.
"No allergies and if anything I don't trust you to be able to cook." (Sato)
"I'll still cook at times. Although I should say that I know more american recipies for food so I'll have to relearn for traditional meals." (Alya)
"You know how to cook american food?" (Sato)
He had a curious expression as if she had said she knew how to walk a tightrope. It could be possible but it is more likely to be bullshit. And it is she can't balance herself while standing on a flat surface. She is the classic version of clumsy but not clumsy cute or at least thats how she saw herself. Nodding her head though she took another sip or the aromatic nutty tea. The taste intreguing to her but she couldnt help but wish that they had black tea in the cubbords but all that was there were different types of green tea.
"Can you make me some?" (Sato)
"I could do you agree to be my tutor?" (Alya)
He pinched his lips clothes the curiosity of having forein food intreguing to him but he nodded his head.
"We will have to run to the store to get all I need to be able to start cooking what I'm thinking of making." (Alya)
"We?" (Sato)
"I want to make sure you understand that I'm not lying." (Alya)
People always claimed she was a liar even though she promised herself to never lie unless nessicary. So she developed a nasty habbit of proving her truth.
