"A Quest?" Cassian mumble, he looked around and realized that his mother and sister went into work, and since he has nothing to do, he decided to do the quest
As go to the ground and started to do push ups.
...after a while, he reached 80 repeation of push ups, he realize that his body really get stronger, stronger than he ever felt, he manage to do 80 push ups nonstop, "I think I'm starting to feel the pain now, 81...82...83.." he counted, after a while.
"98..99...100" he sighed and lay down to the floor, while huffing and sweat dripping down to the side of his face.
"Push ups done, four more work outs, I wonder what will I get to these quest" cassian said, as he started to do some sit ups, this time he's already having a hard time as more sweats is dripping to his body.
After finishing sit-ups, he take a little bit of rest and drink a bottle of water, he was huffing and panting now and took a deep breath as he started to do the squats, after the 100 squats, his legs started to shake and he fell to the floor, although he gets stronger by injecting the ability-serum, he's still in a level of human.
After taking some rest, he stand up slowly but this time his body is shaking from the soreness, but he go to the door of their room, in the upper part of the door, there's a wooden plank that covers the upper door, he grap it and started to do some pull ups.
"30...31...32..." As he gritting his teeth, enduring the pain from the edge of the wooden plank and the soreness of his hand, but eventually he loosen his grip causing him to fell to the floor, he was tired and sweating, huffing and panting, he pick up a bottle of water and drink it, and he started to stand up again.
This time he pick some clothes and wrap it to his hand, inorder to lessen the pain and as he grip the wooden plank and started to continue his pull ups, He's gritting his teeth.
After some moments he loosen his grip again causing him to fall to the floor, but this time he's smiling even though he's already tired, it's because he finally complete the hundred pull ups, but there's still one task to do, and that's to run 10km
He rest for a while and when he started to stand up again, he do some stretching and prepared to go outside of their apartment, as he was standing in front of their apartment, he started to run.
"the h*ll that kid is doing, it's 3pm of the afternoon and you're running that fast while wearing a hoodie? Are you trying to get some heat stroke" a random man complain as he saw cassian running and past him
He run and run, even though it's hot and he wear some hoodie, he still run, after a while he stop to take his breath and drink some water, and after resting a while he will continue to run.
Until some time have passed, he came back to their apartment, he was laying to the floor but as he looked up, he saw the system notifying him
