"Hey guys, I think you'll never forget me..." Liana had looked at all three of them intently.
"Sorry, who are you?" Emilia had scanned her from head to toe.
"Your stepmother... You witch..." Liana had given Emilia a piercing look.
At her remark, Eric, Emilia, and Luna's loud laughter echoed through the room.
"Well, when did my dad do all that with you... and you never told me?" Emilia had winked.
"I swear, I'll take your life if you don't stop this nonsense, Emilia..." Liana had hit her with her bag.
"Who started it, by the way?" Emilia had scrunched her nose.
"Alright, enough, enough... let's drop this and tell me, what's the plan for the Welcome Night?" Eric had looked at all of them.
"We're ready for the Welcome Night," Emilia had answered with a tone of enthusiasm. Eric had studied her carefully from head to toe, and a smile had formed on his face.
"Please, make sure both of you arrive on time because I don't want anyone to be late." Liana had looked at them both.
"I'll be on time for sure," Emilia had said while laughing.
"Exactly, because this is a party, not a normal routine," Luna had glared at her. Everyone had burst into laughter.
"Well, I want to introduce you three to my friend," Eric had turned to the group.
"Yes, sure," they all said in unison.
"This is Marco, my friend. Marco, meet Emilia, Luna, and Liana." Eric had introduced them, while Marco had instantly been attracted to Luna, who had black curly hair.
"Liana, I've seen the entire auditorium and now here you are," a girl with maroon hair and hazel eyes, Mira, had come up to Liana.
"I met some old friends. Let me introduce them to you: this is Eric, this is Marco, Emilia, Luna, and this is my friend Mira." Liana had introduced them all.
"Oh hey, nice to meet you!" Mira had been very friendly and had quickly bonded with everyone.
They had then continued chatting and stepped out together.

The music was blaring loudly. All the students were excited for the Welcome Night. When Emilia and Luna entered the party, Emilia was wearing a black short top, while Luna had a white top. The two of them stood near a counter, deep in conversation.
Emilia kept glancing around.
"Who are you looking for?" Luna had been observing her for a while before asking.
"Not anyone in particular," Emilia had shrugged her shoulders.
"Are you serious?" Luna had given her a curious look.
"I'm looking for him," Emilia had lowered her head.
"Who?" Luna had looked at her in surprise, as Emilia had never shown interest in any boy before.
"Kevin... the one with golden eyes," Emilia had reminded Luna, her cheeks turning red at his name.
"Ohhh, you really like him?" Luna had been pleasantly surprised.
"Yes, every time I think about him, I feel butterflies in my stomach," Emilia had said, blushing.
"Hey..." a familiar deep voice had interrupted them, catching their attention. He was wearing black pants and a black shirt.
"Hey..." Emilia had automatically blushed as she looked at him.
"Emilia, right?" He had scanned her from head to toe.
"Yes, Kevin," Emilia had replied, looking into his golden eyes.
"You look amazing tonight," he had complimented her, and she had blushed even more.
"Well, guys, I'm here too," Luna had chimed in, making her presence known.
"Oh hey..." Kevin had smiled sheepishly at her.
"Ok, I'm going to meet with Eric and Liana. You both enjoy the party. " Luna wrinkled her eyes and left them alone.
"Luna listen". Emilia wants to stop her but she can't.
" Can you join me for a dance?". Kevin see her ocean green eyes, and Emilia starts blushing.
Now Kevin and Emilia are dancing on the beat of the music when suddenly Emilia loses her balance but Kevin grabbed her with her back at that moment golden eyes stuck into deep ocean-green eyes.
"Hey," Luna had greeted him with a hug.
"Well, guys, this is Kai, Kevin's friend. We all met just yesterday. And Kai, this is Eric, Marco, and these are Liana and her friend Mira." Luna had introduced them, then sat down, sipping from her wine glass.
"Luna, you must be exhausted introducing everyone," Marco had teased her.
"I don't have to work as hard as you," Luna had shrugged nonchalantly.
Then Emilia and Kevin had joined them.
"Why is your battery so low, baby girl?" Emilia had noticed Luna's tired face.
"I just introduced everyone," Luna had looked at Emilia helplessly.
"Five people, and all you did was say their names," Marco had teased again.
"If Eric doesn't need it, I'll smash it," Luna had glared at Eric.
"I'm just an innocent kid," Marco had immediately straightened up, making everyone laugh.

"What the hell, man, the semester just started, and midterms are already here!" Kai had groaned.
"One might be born disgraceful, but at least not as lazy as Kai," Kevin had hit him with his bag while Eric tried to suppress his laughter.
"What did I do?" Kai had glared at Kevin.
"This assignment of yours, which you can't even finish," Kevin had thrown it at him.
"What kind of friend are you?" Kai had nonchalantly picked up the assignment.
"You're so ungrateful, Kai," Emilia, Luna, Liana, and Mira had said in unison.
"At least I'm not like you girls." Kai had been smug.
"What do you mean?" Mira had looked at him angrily.
"I mean, your wardrobes are filled with clothes and shoes. Still, when you saw, I didn't have clothes, shoes, or makeup. I was pretending to be someone else," Kai had sarcastically said, making Eric and Kevin laugh uncontrollably while the four girls just stared at him in shock.
"You better run, Kai, or I'll break your bones!" they had warned him before standing up and chasing after him, but Kai was already running away.
Suddenly, loud noises from the outside had caught their attention. Kevin and Eric had hurried outside, but as they saw the scene, their faces had tensed.
