Synopsis
Lucian Gray was just another background character—bullied, forgotten, and discarded by the world. When his entire class is suddenly summoned to a fantasy realm as "Heroes of Salvation," Lucian is deemed unworthy by the kingdom's divine oracle and left behind to die. But the gods made one mistake. Lucian wasn’t born to be a hero—he was born to be something far worse. Abandoned in the cursed lands beyond the divine barrier, Lucian makes a pact with an ancient being exiled by the very gods who summoned his classmates. With forbidden knowledge, twisted power, and an unbreakable will, Lucian claws his way back—not to save the world, but to reshape it in fire and blood. As his former classmates bask in glory, Lucian moves from the shadows, building an empire of monsters, renegades, and broken souls. Every betrayal, every scar, and every laugh at his expense becomes fuel for a revenge no prophecy could foresee. This isn’t a tale of justice. This is a tale of correction.

Chapter 1 - The Summoning and The Rejection

Lucian Gray stared into the dark, starless night sky. Back in his world, he was just an ordinary student—ignored, friendless, with no bright future. But tonight, everything changed when a blinding light suddenly appeared in front of his school. A thunderous voice echoed from the heavens.

"You chosen ones, prepare yourselves!" a divine voice called, summoning select students to another world called Midra. Among the cheers and hopeful faces of his classmates, Lucian stood frozen, waiting for his name to be called. But the voice never came.

"Lucian Gray… unworthy," the voice declared coldly.

The world around him trembled, and in an instant, his body was pulled by a powerful, cold force. He was not sent to Midra—he was cast elsewhere, a dark place filled with pain and emptiness. The realm known as Netherdeep.

Lucian fell onto hard ground, shrouded in grey mist. A biting cold pierced his bones. "Why me?" he thought, anger kindling in his chest. "I'm not chosen, not a hero? Fine. I'll show them what true strength really means."

Unbeknownst to him, in that thick darkness, a faint red light began to glow. A soft yet potent voice whispered, "I am Eloria. Together, we will rewrite your fate."
