Lady Isla ruby was the name I am supposed to have here, in this place which is completely different from the world I am from.
My world was just me studying in my room trying to get a scholarship for my dream collage and finally start a life of Independence I had always wished for.
I was just a nobody in my world, with no parents no siblings and nothing to love, the only thing I loved and still love is myself.
It has been a month since I woke up as Isla ,not the Isla I once was but Isla ruby of this place where I am now, not only is my name same as the girl I just woke up as one day but I even am a spitting image of her ,we look exactly the same.
So imagine my shock when I first woke up as lady Isla, shocked to see that I was not in my cramped room I had lived my past 17 years in but in a big ass room furnished with things from like a Royal Palace.
I first thought somebody was pranking us poor orphanage kids by showing us what rich people usually lived in but I was proved wrong when my maid or lady isla's maid stormed in with tear stricken face making sure I was actually awake now.
It was her who told me that I "lady Isla" Has been in coma for 15 days after I was pushed off of my balcony by my sweetest stepsister, quite cliche!
She was really happy that her lady was back to life, if only she new that I wasn't her lady but a little orphan girl from a world which she wouldnt even believe exists.
I have had read a lot of transmigration books in my free time and never even in any of my wild imagination would I have thought that I would one day wake up in a novel world as a person who isn't even mentioned in the novel.
Lady Isla, now me is the daughter of "Duke phillip Schofield " The Duke of a really insignificant part of the Great Kingdom of Marsach.
This novel world that I am in right now is the novel of a poor innocent little princess who is torcherd by her step mother and step siblings because they don't want her to be the future queen ,she keeps getting bullied by everyone because of her soft heart and then keeps crying to herself while nobody cares for her.
Except her father's friend's son who secretly likes her but like a cliche princess novel he bullies her to get her attention which hurts her the most because she is in love with him.
The novel goes on with the princess getting bullied and torcherd in the Prince's absence until years later the prince finds about the torchers the princess is going through and saves her from her enemies and they live happily.
Well what I have to do with the novel if must tell you is NOTHING like even my fathers dukedom isn't mentioned in the novel!?
I have always read that the point of transmigration in a novel is to change it in a positive way or something, but why am I here? I won't even meet that poor princess in my life!
Now enough with the princess, I should right now focus on myself right. Like me or lady isla isn't exactly floting in roses as well.
Now that I have to live as lady isla, it means her problems are my problems and she seems to have a lot of them.
The first thing I came to know about my new family is that my birthmother left me here and ran away coz she didn't want to keep living as the wife of a Duke whom nobody took seriously.
Then my father doesn't exactly like me coz I remind him of his runaway wife, so that might be the reason that even if he knew his daughter was almost killed by his now wifes daughter, he didn't do anything to get me justice by punishing her.
What is even more funny to me is that my stepmother seems to see me as her maid and is really comfortable in ordering me around which the previous isla seems to have been following.
From past one month I have been acting exactly as the previous isla would so that I would know exactly who is my friend and who is my foe.
However now is the time for the new Isla to shine, now I will live as me, the Isla who doesn't take anybody's bullshit rather makes them eat it!
