One year later
A year has passed since Wulin went to the East sea city's Donghai academy (Eastsea Academy). Looks the like Trio will meet and form the advance something class because of their talents.
Wulin's parents have also left their home and now I live there. It was for free, they left without selling it. The house is still on their name.
As the house was empty and their was no owner I packed my stuff from my old shared room to this house. I also got all the info on all the criminal gangs of Glorybound City.
I have reached level 10 long ago. And I also found that my cultivation speed was faster than my peers in the same innate soul power level. I am around 4% faster than them according to my calculations. I don't know tough maths but that doesn't mean I have no wisdom.
The only problem I have now is that I don't have enough money to buy my Spirit Soul.
But I would have a lot of it in a few hours.

A suave looking man was sitting on the second floor of the bar. The floor was fitted with noise cancelling soul devices making it a good place to hold deals. The man was drinking wine while waiting for someone.
After sometime he heard the sound of footsteps.

A young kid of barely ten years of age was standing in front of the man.
"Is everything ready?" The kid asked the adult.
"It is. But never in my dreams have I thought about conning the all criminal gangs of Glorybound City. You are vicious kid. Really vicious," said the man.
He is a famous information broker and illegal service provider of Glorybound City.
A few hours ago...
he met his doom.

A kid came to his office and recounted a plan that can make him the richest many in Glorybound City.
" ... and so if we do this we can get all of their illegal and legal weath in liquid form," said the young kid.
"But you have to ensure that the accounts will not be able to be traced back " said the kid.
"Don't worry about that. If your plan is feasible than my side will also be sincere with our work. So how much would I get?"
" You can check the feasibility of my plan now. Just ask for a few testers and I will show you it's effect. And 30:70. 30 being mine ,70 yours."
"Interesting. You know that being greedy will cause some serious consequences. Deal. Hope we have a nice cooperation."
"We will" said the kid with a smile of his own.
Back to Present
All the gangs in Glorybound City were in chaos. They were poisoned. All of them were. The poison was vicious as it caused vomiting making taking other medications impossible. All of them were targeted by someone.
Fifteen minutes later
Many gang members who were poisoned were in a critical situation, even the heads.
At that time all of them received a call asking for 30 million Alliance coins from each of them.
Five minutes later. They were unable to hold the situation down. All of them felt that they would die.
Five minutes later all of them transferred the money. The antidote was already delivered to them in the daytime in their barracks.
"You are a genius kid . Now die," the information broker showed his true colours.
Then he suddenly started vomiting blood.
"What did you do to me? " Asked the broker in despair.
"Poisoned you. Now tranfer all the money to this fake account and I will give you the antidote."
Three minutes later he transferred it. And I gave him poison. He hastily drank it and died from it.
And now my fake account has more than 180 million Alliance money. I should go too, I have to buy a spirit soul tomorrow.
Well humans never change huh.
But it was worthy. But thank the Mother Earth that Cyanide and Arsenic are available here in this world too. I first was going to use the Apples for Cyanide but I found both of them in the ore market.
I need a whole five months to obtain 1 kg of Cyanide and 600 grams of Arsenic from their unrefined forms. Than a two months to devise this strategy and now I am successful.
For those of who don't know, it just requires 50 grams of Cyanide to kill an Elephant. While a normal human just 3 grams. While Arsenic is self explanatory and it kills with just a few grams.
It was hard to find the right person for the job. Someone whom I kill but don't feel guilty about it. At last I found this man. I proposed a over the top dream plan to him while also showing him my results to make him believe in me.
After that I used him to poison the gang members drinks and their food. After that I mixed poison in his drink and asked the waiter to deliver it. He drank it without doubt. Then I appeared in front of him and asked him to start the plan. I waited for him to be poisoned, but I underestimated the physical qualities of this world Soul Elders .
I had to extend the time more and more. Once his skin showed the signs of poisoning, I rushed the plan. I got the money in the fake account that I got using all of my savings a week ago. I was a success but I am terrified. If the poisoning was just a little late then my corpse would have been fed to the dogs.
Luck was on my side this time but it won't be my next. Even now my legs are shivering from fear first then excitement next. I will not do this again.
The next day
All the Glorybound City was in an uproar. Last night all the criminal gangs died of poisoning. Not even those illegal brokers and others were spared.
A total of 1569 people died that night. The authorities were blaming each other, yet none of them even knew the whole incident.
The matter became big. It was like a slap in the face of the Alliance. They sent an officer from the headquarters to check on this situation. They had to at least show that they are doing something , so that they can appease the masses.
While all of this was happening to the outside world. I was on a train to east coast city which I reserved two weeks ago.
After a few hours I was able to reach the East coast City. This city is beautiful. It reminds me of my country, ah this rush, this cramped up situation where you don't even know whose hands you are touching. This exciting experience, I enjoyed it after a long time.
Eastsea City.
This was the second largest seaside city in the Sun-Moon Federation. Its main feature was its port, which served as a nexus for travelling the seas and exploiting the resources of the ocean.
The city had a population of over three million people. By exploiting the natural resources in the ocean, the city was able to prosper. Even when compared to the rest of the Sun-Moon Federation, it could still be considered a second-tier city.
Eastsea City had a long history and its overall appearance had preserved its original state of a simple and unadorned style. In the last several hundred years, the Sun-Moon Federation had taken extra care to protect some of the more ancient buildings. Thus, many of the millennia old buildings could be found in this ancient city.
Just like Wulin I went to the tower of Administrative Law Enforcement to ask for directions.
"You are the second child to ask the directions for the Eastsea Academy from us, others just watch the city map hung there and go there own way." One of the gaurds said while pointing towards a big map near the station.
"Oh, sorry Sir I didn't saw it," I said. I really didn't saw that. Aah this embarrassment. Wulin, I will make you pay for it by embarrassing you.
"And Sir can you tell me where can I get my Spirit Soul here." I asked as I nearly forgot about this issue.
"Oh, well just go towards that direction and you will find the Spirit Pagoda there."
'So where should I go. I can go the Eastsea Academy (Donghai Academy) or I can go to the Spirit Pagoda to get my Spirit Soul first.
Let's go to the Spirit Pagoda first as the requirement to enter Eastsea Academy is to be a Soul Master.
