Chapter 63 - Proudmoore

Facts proved that even in games, people lie. How could a aquatic race, breathing with gills, build their home on the coast? Wasn't that just giving others a chance to exploit them?

Throughout history, Murlocs have been so rampant, yet they have never been wiped out. This isn't because the human kingdoms are weak, but because Murlocs live in the sea. After committing evil deeds ashore, they flee at the first sign of trouble. As long as they escape into the ocean, they can evade their enemies.

In Southshore, every year after autumn begins, schools of fish in the ocean follow the changing currents away from Baradin Bay. The Riverpaw Gnolls living in the bay don't know how to store food, so they experience a two-month food shortage. They come ashore in large numbers to find food, at which point the Southshore militia must be on high alert, otherwise the Murlocs will destroy all the farmland near the coast.

No wonder Southshore needs to spend a lot of money every September to hire adventurer teams to clear out the Murlocs. The coastline is so long that the militia, with only five hundred people, simply can't handle it.

If Haynie becomes the mayor, he'll be dealing with Murlocs for the rest of his life. This prince is simply saving him from a fiery pit. No need to thank me, just lead the troops well to kill enemies in the future, and let me draw a few more prizes, that's enough.

Perhaps because it wasn't September yet, Galen didn't encounter any Murlocs on the coast last night.

Early in the morning, Haynie came to report for duty. Galen had him join the team, and they headed to Dalaran together.

The journey from Southshore to Dalaran was already very close. Going northwest through Hillsbrad Farm, Brazer Farm, and then along the mountains, they could reach the magic city in a week.

The September sun was no longer as hot as in August. The group had just crossed Hillsbrad Farm, the largest farm in the foothills. Because it occupied the most land and the soil was the most fertile, it was given the name Hillsbrad.

After passing through Hillsbrad Farm, Dalaran was already in sight. As long as they passed Brazer Farm ahead, and traveled for another day or two, they could enter the magic city of Dalaran.

On this road, Galen's group encountered another noble team heading to Dalaran.

According to Galen's knowledge of "Noble Heraldry"... Well, okay, Galen's Noble Heraldry was a complete failure.

In his words, with his status as a Stromgarde prince, he didn't need to remember those minor nobles at all. He only needed to know the people at the top of the pyramid, so he only remembered the family crests of the royal families of various countries and the top ten great nobles.

As for the noble team in front, Galen looked at their flag, then looked at the crest on the carriage, and his expression was very strange.

Have you ever experienced a situation during an exam where the exam questions were all based on the scarce knowledge in your mind? Galen is experiencing it now.

The team in front, judging by the golden anchor on the green flag, should be from the Kingdom of Kul Tiras. Looking at the family crest on the carriage, um, the Proudmoore family, the royal family of Kul Tiras.

I knew that I only needed to remember the family crests of families as awesome as mine. I don't need to pay attention to those who aren't as awesome as me. See, it comes in handy today.

"Let's go say hello!"

After Galen turned his head and said hello, he spurred his horse on, speeding up his pace.

The team ahead of Galen came from the royal family of the Kingdom of Kul Tiras. The leader was King Daelin Proudmoore's eldest son, Derek Proudmoore.

The purpose of this trip was to take his three-year-old sister Jaina and his mother to Dalaran for fun, and to check on Jaina's magical talent, which she had shown at a young age.

When they saw a team approaching from behind, the soldiers in the back row had already begun to be vigilant. When the leader, Derek, saw the red fist on Galen's flag, he told the soldiers to stand down, stopped the team from moving forward, and personally came to the back of the team to greet Galen.

Among the seven human kingdoms, Stromgarde had a relatively tense relationship with Alterac, but had good relations with the other countries. Galen's father, Thoras, had a good personal relationship with the King of Lordaeron. The King of Kul Tiras, Daelin, and Thoras were both peak figures among warriors, and they had similar personalities, both being cheerful and forthright, so the relationship between the two countries was also good.

However, Galen had been staying in Stromgarde City since he was a child, and rarely met the royal families of other countries, so he had never met any of the princes, only heard about them from his father.

Among the seven human kingdoms, except for the mage kingdom of Dalaran, which was magocracy, the other six countries were monarchies. Derek should be the oldest prince of this generation, followed by Galen and Varian. The Prince of Gilneas, Liam, should be about the same age as Arthas.

As for the Prince of Alterac, who cares how old that deadbeat is.

As Galen approached the Kul Tiras team, he slowed down, and his warhorse slowly walked up to Derek.

"Hi, hello, I'm Galen Trollbane! May I ask who you are from the Proudmoore family?"

Derek was secretly surprised for a while. He didn't expect that the boy in front of him, who looked only a little younger than him, was the prince of Stromgarde. He remembered hearing his father say that the prince of Stromgarde was three years younger than him, but he was very outstanding.

"Hello, Prince Galen, I am Derek Proudmoore."

So it was the eldest prince of Kul Tiras, a son deeply loved by his father, an excellent heir to the kingdom. It's a pity that he died in the battle against the Orc invasion in the original story, was buried in the sea, and was finally salvaged by Queen Sylvanas decades later and resurrected as an undead.

Oh, the same fate as Galen's original body, killed by someone and resurrected as an undead.

Strangely, there's a sense of mutual sympathy, what the hell!

So princes and princesses in Azeroth are actually a high-risk group. If you're not careful, you'll be ruined, and if you're even more careless, you'll die without a burial place, and then be pulled up again and killed again.

Don't keep milking the same sheep! Princes and princesses are not renewable resources! You've milked them all dry.

Derek had also heard about Galen in the Boralus Palace, a diligent and hardworking prince, with remarkable strength at a young age. Recently, he had also heard that the Prince of Stromgarde had begun to lead troops to fight against the trolls, and his record was very good.

He had also followed his father since he was a child, sailing and adventuring, fighting pirates, and dealing with the kingdom's internal affairs. His father had even appointed him as the captain of a warship.

The prince in front of me is the same kind of person as me, both shouldering the burden of the kingdom. He is so excellent, yet he is still so hardworking.

Derek also felt a sense of like-mindedness.

The two chatted happily and started a commercial flattery mode. Then Derek took Galen to the carriage to meet the Queen of Kul Tiras and the little princess, both of whom would be important figures in the world of Azeroth in the future.

One who will bear the burden of maintaining the kingdom under the circumstances of the royal family's decline, the loss of her father and son, and her younger son going out to wander. At this moment, she is still a charming noblewoman.

One is a genius magic girl of Azeroth, who will also be a prominent figure on the world stage when she grows up, a leader of the faction, one of a small group of people who can decide the fate of Azeroth. At this moment, she is still a little girl over three years old, carved from pink jade, with big eyes twinkling as if full of curiosity about the world.

How cute is Jaina, I want to pinch her face, what to do? If I don't bully her when she's young, it will be difficult when she grows up.
