Dark shadows of Lesovro Forest

The Lesovro Forest loomed like a living nightmare in the far eastern region of Amuzuru—a twisted expanse of gnarled mahogany trees whose trunks bled a slow, crimson sap. The air was thick with a pungent scent of decay and smoke, as if the very roots of the forest had once feasted on ancient bones

CHAPTER ONE

AMUZURU KINGDOM:ABLAZE NIGHTMARE

In the shadowed heart of the Eastern region, hidden beneath veils of mist and myth, lay the ancient kingdom of Amuzuru—a land whispered in fear, cloaked in darkness, and ruled by the iron hand of King Ozozovre.

The forest of Amuzuru stood like a living curse—its trees twisted like gnarled fingers reaching for the sky, cloaked in eternal fog, where no birds sang and even the wind whispered warnings to those who dared enter.

Secrets, its rivers ran heavy with sorrow, and the very wind carried echoes of cries long silenced. Generations lived under the weight of dread, for in Amuzuru, even the sun seemed afraid to shine

Its forests grew thick .

The people of Amuzuru were known for their cruel deeds and wicked ways. Amidst this backdrop, a young boy named Kevoro lived with his poor parents. Despite being forsaken by the people, Kevoro possessed spiritual powers and forces that guided him from birth.

King Ozozovre had long been aware of Kevoro's powers and saw him as a threat to his rule, destined to be the savior of Amuzuru. To eliminate the young boy, the king devised a plan to burn down Kevoro's hut. His hefty guards carried out the orders, and the hut was engulfed in flames. The king was overjoyed, believing that Kevoro had perished in the fire.

Unbeknownst to King Ozozovre, Kevoro had escaped the inferno. He had gone out to fetch a calabash of water for his mother, Lizizi, when the guards set the hut ablaze. Now, Kevoro found himself homeless, wandering in the bush without food or water. Exhausted and hungry, he sat under a mahogany tree in the thick forest of Lesovro. As Kevoro sat under the tree, he began to reflect on his situation. Despite the hardships he faced, he knew that his spiritual powers would guide him through the darkness. With a newfound determination, Kevoro stood up, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead. Little did he know that his journey was just beginning, and the fate of the kingdom of Amuzuru hung in the balance.

Kevoro stirred beneath the canopy of rustling leaves, his eyelids heavy but determined. A flicker of strength pushed him to sit up. His limbs trembled as he placed his hands on the earth, trying to push himself to his feet. The world swayed around him, and every bone in his body cried out in protest.

Still, he tried.

He rose slowly, legs wobbling like those of a newborn gazelle. He took one step—then another. But hunger had hollowed him, and exhaustion had claimed every ounce of strength he had left. Before he could take a third step, his knees buckled. With a soft gasp, he fell forward, collapsing face-first into the warm forest floor.
