After hours of loud music and endlessly boredom, it was finally time for us to leave, both families bit farewell to each other. I only nodded at Dad, and wasn't surprised that aunty Lizzy and Emily didn't bother to show up.
I got into one of the limo's with a pounding heart as Carden gets in on the other side not knowing if I'll ever get out of this alive.

Honestly I don't think house is the right word for this, what stands before me resembles a castle, a lavish display of opulence, but some how devoid of life, a beautiful garden surrounded the building, with a fountain at the center, a big pool was visible at the far end, and the smell of roses filled the atmosphere. A tap from the guard gesturing for me to move forward diverted my gaze to the dick double door few feets away, as i moved forward,
a woman in her late forties dressed in a maids attire welcomed us with a warm smile, I force a smile as we made our way into the mansion.
light pours out of the numerous bulbs, refracting off the countless crystals hanging on the chandelier, the place was excessively large and I wonder if Carden was the only one leaving here, the walls were made of glass and the beautiful garden stood as a beautiful view, I won't be surprised if some one has goten missing in this mansion.
The guards brought my luggages, and as predicted Carden had disappeared,
" Welcome mistress, a pair of shining blue eyes, holding the most prettiest smile rushed out of the kitchen,
" my name is Sky, and am your private assistant, her eyes sparkles with excitement, her sincere smile melted my heart and I couldn't help smiling back at her Jovia nature,
" would you like me to show you to your room, finally the question I have been yearning for,
" yes, I nodded and she pulled me towards the stairs, the mansion had two floors and we stood at the very last one.
"This place is usually off limits,
"why I ask curious,
"This floor belongs to the master, since you are here it means it now belongs to you both, I rarely come up here, because young master enjoys solitude she kept blabbing as she pushes two double doors exposing a well furnished bed room.
The size of this one room is three times bigger than my room, a king size bed at the center and a walk in closet at the far end, everything in this mansion screams luxury, not like am not use to it but this before me is another kind of luxury. " Do you like it? She tilts her head to the left with a serious face waiting for my responseas
"Yes I nodded hoping she'd stop bantering me with questions,
"The boss asked me to redesign everything, so that it may look more girlish,
" he did, I asked surprised, for someone who doesn't have a conscience it's highly impossible
"Yes she nodded" am happy you like it, young master would have definitely punish me if you weren't please with my interior decorations.
I watch silently as she went on and on as if being controlled by a remote,
I wonder if she ever gets tired of talking,
All I need right now is a warm bath to calm my nerves,
I sigh in frustration, my heels were killing me,

" excuse me, what do you mean by help me take my bath, I shove her away as she tried pulling off my wedding dress, it won't be long till I go crazy in this God forsaken house.
"I can do that myself, the words came out abit harsh and she backed away immediately,
" as you wish mistress, " your clothes are on the left side of the closet.
She gave me one last smile before turning to leave,
" where's Carden my heart pounding as his name escape my lips,
sky smiles shyly, " he'll be with you shortly,
I advise you take you bath and rest, I will make arrangements for dinner, and finally the door to the room closes and I was left alone,
riping off my wedding gown I walk into the massive bathroom, a masculine scent hit my nostrils, I let the water run, allowing the gentle swishing sound to soothe my troubled mind,
Feeling too tired to unpack my bag I made use of some of Cardens T-shirts, I rather incur his rode, than a question and answer session with Sky,
I roll on the king size bed trying to fall asleep but there's this bitter sting of disappointment, the immerse anger of Carden forcefully making me his contracted bride, the lingering pain of Emily's furious glare at the engagement and Dad's unexplained betrayal were silently killing me, I wish all this weren't happening, I would rather let Emily and Aunty Lizzy bully me all they want than to be claim by this monster.
My voice crack with each word untill tears stream from my eyes as I cried myself to sleep
