Chapter 1 - The Beginning Of EverTale

Predating the dawn of existence, lived an entity of no name. It is all that was, is, and has to come. It is the meaning of all that has yet to come. It was Absolute Authority.. Then existence came to be. The entity created 6 more entities that governed 6 aspects of existence. Space, Time, Life , Death, Creation, and Destruction. These entities were given sentience, to forever guide existence to its inevitable end. Then being reborn into one. This was the fate of existence. This was its destiny set by the authority. It was the cosmic prophecy.

This was until the string of fate was severed. A new change interrupting the flow of the authority. A newfound concept. The concept of Change. An entity formed by the collective consciousness of sentience that.deeply desired the want to change the course of anything. An entity so powerful that with just a turn of its head, entire realities are rewritten to fit the desires of those who wants and needs. With just a lift of his hand, entire dimensional constructs are rearranged and species are evolved or become extinct. Its rule almost rivalling the authority. It was an aspect that stood alone. Creative. Chaotic. Abstract. A rule in nature that must be followed by all.

The primordial's grew weary of this entity separate from them. They could not easily control it as it also rivaled them in power combined. The new primordial knew of this yet remained neutral, this left the primordial's even more weary. Unable to get a read on it which bothered them. This led to a war against change. They wanted everything neat and orderly yet this entity brung out the best & worst of existence.

Their fight lasted for eons, decimating multiverses and nearly wiping out half of existence. This led to the original primordial's to instead seal the power of change across realities. Though as they attempted to do this, the new Primordial chose a child to incarnate into and hide. Then upon the first year of the child's thoughts, he was caught and his power slowly being sealed away.

But with enough strength, the mere thought of the child wanting peace after witnessing the combining efforts to kill him caused the entire Omniversal structure to merge into one. Making the impossible, possible. Infinite possibilities. An existence that defied regular conventions. Then, his power was scattered across its own realm. Merging with each and every single individual to give them godlike (or mid) power. This blessed and cursed existence became known as EverTale. The realm of infinite possibilities. Existing as the combination of its own existence of impossibilities.

May 1, 4978

The world was bustling with activity across its entire globe. Flying vechiles zooming across the sky, demons and dragons soaring in the air as ally. Elves talking and working amongst themselves, talking rabbits creating microscopic dimensions. It was truly a place of infinite possibilities just by the appearance of the city. What truly made it wonder was the sky.

The borders of which what made reality and imangiantion separate, were collapsed. Space became infinite, time a mere perspective to most yet restricted to some. Spiraling Galaxies littered across the sky is a dazzling display. Literal planets hovering and dancing across the sky, as visible as clouds yet no shadows were made and everything seemed to be stable. Thriving if asked by its occupants. Though what disturbed most was that were supernatural was that the main city was also the core of realm. A hub of sorts which extends into the other realms of possibilities.

In this city was a young boy shunned by natural and supernatural alike. This was because of his father who was the leader of a crime organization which led to a government takeover and near takeover of the city by the crime organization. The young boy is constantly watched 24/7 and given to foster parents who were really planted agents to observe his moves. Implant good things in his mind to grow up and side with the government. Give him a false sense of security and alter the very way reality is seen and turn him against his own blood family when found.

This young boy was Immanuel. A 10 year old. Yet he was very intelligent. He could solve complex mathematical equations faster than a computer. He was labeled a young genius. Though this came with a major downside. He felt trapped within the confines of one reality. He dreamed of more. Jumping between dimensions. Meeting wierd yet smoking hot alien creatures. The typical boy fantasy. This led to him distancing himself from others. He knew while they were intellectual, they couldn't match his pace and were simply limited by their genes. At least this what Immanuel theorized.

As of now he sat in school. Staring blankly out the window as he imagined he was somewhere else. The voices of his classmates fading as he began to drift into daydreaming.

*riiing*

The bell sharply echoed through the classrooms signifying lunch. This broke Immanuel out of his stupor as he stood up and left the classroom. Though as he walked down the hall's toward the cafeteria, he stumbled. His vision blurred and he as looked around, he felt as if it was surreal. This alerted a few teachers walking by who assisted Immanuel though he shrugged them off before walking away. This gained a few scoffs from students who witnessed this and soon a group of people began walking in the same direction Immanuel went.

Immanuel stood in front of the bathroom mirror. His pupils dilating and the color of them rapidly changing color with a visible glow. This frightened Immanuel but before he could completely register this, he turned to the sound of rapid footstep and saw a group of students walk in. Gasping at his unnatural eye colors.

"I knew it. Your one of them supernatural people!. My dad died to your kind. So I'll return the favor"

An older boy exclaimed. His brown eyes seething in fury as he stared at Immanuel's ever rapid changing eye color. With no other words being said, the older boy rushed in and attempted to grab Immanuel. Though with a quick burst of speed, Immanuel swung and successfully landed a hook to the boy cheek. This forced the boy to wobble and soon the others joined in. They began to overpower him and eventually it led to a severe beating. But as they were getting ready to leave Immanuel there, a teacher walked in.

Before anyone knew what happened, the school was vaporized. A violent explosion suddenly ripping through the building in a giant burst of flames that followed. It was utter chaos. Everyone who survived screamed and attempted to escape the scorching flames and collapsing material. Though the bathroom remained untouched. The moment the event registered to those in the bathroom, they looked over at Immanuel. His body no longer bruised and hair now as white as snow. His eyes shinning with the lights of a rainbow.

He stood up with a face of hate and eyes that plotted revenge. The stall walls bending and the bathrooms walls cracking from an unseen pressure. This made the others run out the bathroom and into the burning building in an attempt to escape.

"What is this?. Energy?."

Immanuel asked no one in particular, gazing into space as he had spread out his arms to embrace whatever he was seeing. Drowning himself in it. It was like he was high. Then he extended his arm out, his hand extending out and open. And like a gentle whisper in the wind, the building was restored. Though the lives lost weren't. After comfortably setting his arm down to his side, he left the bathroom and the quietness shrouded him. It was empty. Then suddenly his head slammed against the solid wall of the school building, dazing him and forcing blood to gust from the wounded spot on his head. Unfortunately, it wasn't over. A gut wrenching pain shot across his stomach, lifting him up in the air a bit. Then he felt his shirt be violently grabbed and he was slammed into the wall again and landed on the ground with a thud. This was the teacher from earlier.

"Them boys were right about you. I knew it was something off about you. But today will be your last breath kid. I'm a supernatural hunter."

The teacher proclaimed as he took out a combat knife with style and attempted to slam it down on the prone Immanuel but as he got closer, an invisible force slammed against the knife and the teacher. Not only disarming he teacher but sending him flying back and slamming through the wall of the building, into a classroom. A grin plastered the teacher face but he found himself once again being sent through a wall, coughing up a bit of blood as he recovered and landed on a long table.

"I see. Well unfortunately I still have a life to live and grow stronger so…we'll end it here"

Immanuel proclaimed as his voice echoed the halls. He stood up from his prone position and grinned as well. It felt like a rush to Immanuel. He could see the flow of energy though he knew there were more he couldn't see yet.

"I need to test this out anyways. Let's see what happens if I decrease the gravitational pull against the building."

Immanuel stated as he raised his arm into the air, his pointer finger extended out and in minutes the building began to rumble and shake violent until it became stabilize again but on the outside it was levitating into the air at a rapid speed. This forced the hunter to react upon realizing the plan Immanuel had in mind. In a blur, he bounced against the walls and down the hall. Flipping and running until he arrived in front of Immanuel, this time faster than previously before.

The suddenness of the hunter speed left Immanuel open to another hit to the gut and a hit to the chest. Though this time, the strikes seemed to do less significant damage which allowed Immanuel to recover and strike back. Immanuel retaliated by delivering a successful snapping front kick followed into a leg sweep. Unfortunately, the hunter already predicted that and slightly hopped over the foot, swiftly bent down to grab Immanuel foot and threw him out a nearby window.

This left Immanuel speechless as he saw he was very high up around 6,300ft. Then he noticed he was falling, this realization caused panic to settle in which caused the building to start falling with him. Helicopters suddenly swarmed the falling school building as Immanuel continued to panic more. His eyes darting around as his clothes and hair violently ruffled against the wind.

'Is this it?. Is this how I die?. I've studied so much, followed everything by the book but now I'm falling from the sky with a building after someone just tried to kill me….I just wish I was at home in my bed. Things would be so much easier'

Immanuel proclaimed in his mind as he continued to fall, his eyes closed as he was preparing himself to hit the ground. Thinking of all the memories in the city that shunned him as lights blared across his freefalling body. Then suddenly he was gone. No trace of his sudden disappearance.

"What the hell?"

The teacher proclaimed as he looked from the windows of the falling building to watch Immanuel and him become paste on the floor but after witnessing the young boy vanish in thin air, fear settled into his heart.

He fell to his knees as he watched the cops surround the falling building and watched as it crashed into the ground. An explosion of debris ripping through a busy section of the city. That's when Immanuel opened his eyes but instead of seeing the gates of the afterlife, he was staring darkness in the face.

"Noo!. I'VE DONE EVERYTHING RIGHT!-"

Immanuel yelled out in despair yet that's when he felt he could move his body and upon lifting himself up, he realized he was on his bed in his room. Then it dawned on him. He could also teleport. A devilish grin graced his face but that's when he suddenly felt woozy. His legs shaking and his eyes feeling heavy. His adrenaline was wearing off. The sudden shock of everything and the beating he received forced his body to start relaxing once he was away from the threat. Now, he laid peacefully in his bed. Slumbered away.
