Every Mayan can have emotions, but they can never be extreme. All emotions must be controlled and must be experienced in moderation, orthey will be expelled from the family to asteroid mines or to tier 3 outer waste worlds.
Surrounded by a vast network of orbital defenses and cloaked in artificial psychic suppression fields, Vashara is both a military research hub and one of the last strongholds against the Erythari menace. The planet's citizens live under strict emotional regulations, sacrificing individual freedoms in exchange for survival. This is the Maya Doctrine—the foundation of their long-standing rule.

Bullets, plasma cannons, and starship bombardments were meaningless against a species that thrived on human suffering. The Exarchs – High-ranking generals overseeing the defense of Vashara and its military expansion efforts. They control their vast army of humans and ships fighting against Erythari's.
The Keepers – Scientists and engineers specializing in emotional suppression technology, psychic warfare, and anti-Erythari research. They form the core strength of the Mayans making them one of the foremost innovators of humans. Their labs are located on a secret planet base whose locations are not revealed to anyone below the level of Exarchs
The Executors – Agents tasked with enforcing the Maya Doctrine, ensuring civilians adhere to emotional regulation laws. There are Executers posted on all planets of Mayans and also among the army. They are both public whose identities are known and secret whose identities are kept hidden.
This council ensures that Vashara remains a functioning military stronghold, with every citizen playing a role in the war against the Erythari.
Life Under Maya Rule
Living on Vashara is unlike life anywhere else in the galaxy. Citizens are strictly trained to control their emotions, reducing their psychic energy output so they do not attract Erythari attention. Public displays of extreme emotion—love, grief, anger—are forbidden. The populace exists in a state of regulated neutrality; their minds shielded behind artificial dampeners.
Still, they promote love and care among their members. They firmly believe in importance of love, family and loyalty in humans fight against aliens.

Emotion Management Training: Every citizen undergoes rigorous conditioning to suppress emotional intensity, ensuring they cannot be targeted by Erythari feeding waves. They are forced to stay alone, to meditate in harsh conditions, learn to fight pain and torment both physical and mental.

Mandatory Military Service: Every individual contributes to planetary defense, either as soldiers, engineers, or logistical support personnel. They must complete 5 years of mandatory military service before the age of 30 years. Average human age has increased to 160 years so 30 years is still considered very young. A member of family is eligible for marriage only after he/she completes their mandatory military service.
Void Priesthood: A select order of psychically augmented humans trained to weaponize their emotions against Erythari invaders in controlled environments. They act as sealed bottles of human emotions. On surface they appear emotionless soldiers. They create a space in their mind where they store their emotions mainly rage and hatred. When confronted with Erytharies they release emotions in strong bursts, causing the Erytharies to overwhelm with violent emotions causing them to burst.
Only Harbingers and High oracles are strong enough to fight these void priests. Unfortunately, they are very low in numbers and are never more than one or two on a single planet.
Despite these strict regulations, the people of Vashara are fiercely loyal due to their strong attachment to familial ties. To them, survival is paramount, and their sacrifices keep humanity's last hope alive.

Current Archon of Maya James Maya is 180 cm tall 65 years, Brown hairs, brown eyes and fair skinned. He was married to Elizabeth Trodeau 60 years, 170 cm tall petite, blonde lady with silent personality and sharp green eyes.
She passed away recently due to unknown reasons which had led to a big wave. She left behind her only son aged 9 years.
Bigger waves occurred when current Archon James Maya suddenly married to Jennifer Sanders aged 50 years just after 1 year of Elizabeth's death. She is red haired slim happy and outgoing lady but not from as prominent family as Maya or Trodeau.
