"We should atleast call the authorities to handle this situation before this two men die." one man from the hidden crowd said . " What will they do when its a fight against power houses. in such cases its wise to be a fool and look the other way. lets just enjoy the show while it lasts ." argued another one. The cacophony of gunfire continued to echo through the parking lot, the sound of it slicing through the flames and the smoke that clung to the air. Jayden's body hummed with an all too familiar rhythm, his movements a cold and deliberate dance of destruction. Each step he took was a step closer to the chaos he thrived in, a return to the primal state he'd buried deep within himself.
The woman and her child were safe at least for now but Jayden had bigger problems. He wasn't the only one watching. From the shadows of the burning vehicles, figures appeared more tactical operatives, well armed, and ready to escalate the violence. These weren't just hired thugs; no, these were trained professionals, the kind that didn't flinch when the world exploded around them. They had the look of men accustomed to killing.
Jayden took in their positions with a single sweep of his eyes. He wasn't bothered by the rising numbers; he had dealt with worse. The woman's desperation clung to him, but there was no room for mercy right now. She was just another piece in a larger game, one that he wasn't about to lose.
Leo was already in the thick of it, his movements brutal and efficient. He was no stranger to carnage, but Jayden could tell that even his friend was starting to feel the weight of the fight. It wasn't just the body count, but the precision of it all. This was a strategic battle, and Leo was more reactive than he liked to be.
Jayden closed the distance to the nearest assailant, his boots silent on the blood slick ground. The man was focused on Leo, unaware of the danger creeping up behind him. Jayden's gloved hand shot out, grabbing the man's throat in a vice grip, lifting him off the ground as if he were weightless. The surprise was enough to make the man gasp for air, his eyes widening in realization just before Jayden slammed him into a concrete pillar.
"Tell your boss," Jayden's voice was a guttural growl, "that I don't play by his rules."
With a sickening crunch, Jayden let go, and the man collapsed in a heap. Leo, in the meantime, was already moving onto the next target. His face was a mask of savage focus, each strike a calculated, painful reminder of who was in charge.
But Jayden wasn't done yet. The heat in his chest surged as his mind sharpened, every instinct screaming at him to hunt. His eyes darted toward the woman and her child still huddling behind the pillar. Their presence was a constant reminder of the stakes at play. The violence, the bloodshed, it wasn't for them. It wasn't even for Leo. It was for Jayden's own twisted need for control, for domination, and the chilling satisfaction that came from bending the world to his will.
"Come on you fools! Cant you take down two men theyre just two fucking ordinary men!"
The remaining gunmen spread out, trying to box him in, but Jayden had already anticipated their movements. He lifted his weapon taken from the first assailant and fired, the sharp crack of the shot reverberating in the chaos. One by one, their bodies dropped, the echoes of the gunfire mixing with the screams of those caught in the crossfire.
Jayden's eyes flicked toward Leo, who was already dealing with the last of them. The battlefield was clearing, but Jayden wasn't ready to relax not yet. The Mercedes, now nothing more than a twisted, blackened shell, was the final symbol of this warzone. The flames still roared, eating away at the remnants of the vehicle, but it wasn't over until the last threat was eliminated.
The woman, trembling, still hadn't moved from behind the pillar. Her child was clutching her legs tightly, both of them too scared to even breathe.
Jayden's gaze softened just enough to make sure they were still safe before he turned back to the carnage. Leo wiped the blood off his fists and gave Jayden a quick, acknowledging nod.
"Got them all, Serg," Leo said, his voice low, but there was a grim satisfaction in it.
Jayden didn't respond immediately. He was too busy scanning the area, watching for any other potential threats. But when he spoke, his voice was steady, cutting through the tension like a knife.
"Thanks for your help leo, it means a lot." "Hehehehe silly serg, this is nothing plus your battles are my battles and mine are yours so let's drop the formalities okay."
"T thank you kind sir... you saved mummy and amelia so you are my hero." A small but cute voice interupted the hutty moment we were having with leo .It was then that we saw the cute little girl in a pink flowery dress with dripping blood from her for head .
Quickly, i rushed to her and took a hand kerchief from my pocket and wiped her blood stains from her pretty little face.
"Sir i honestly lack words to express how sincer I am for what you have done for my kid and I . Please accept this card it has around 30 million in it please. we owe you our lifes both my kid and I ." came a beautiful still shaky but mature voice and looking at the person speaking.. I couldnt take my eyes off her for she was the real defination of a goddess in a human vessel.
"I appreciate ur sighn of gratitude but i cant accept it please put the card away."
"No .you saved me even sdespite knowing those were people from the park family{the third richest family in orange county who are stupidly rich} and could have had taken ur lives u still helped me ."
Looking at leo.. i loaded the information first then we both suddenly burst into laughter almost tearing up."Am sorry miss but who in their right minds would name their family surname as the park family. Any ways i have other matters to deal with . i will take my leave but please do be careful."
With that said leo and I left for the car ..."The park family . i guess that guy barely went to a zoo when he was young so he turned his entire family into a park." "Serg you know they may fully retaliate after our little demonstration out there." " Dont worry leo let them come... well just burn them down and erase their entire leiniage from existance. But daamn that woman was on a nother level."
