Chapter 3 - The First Decision

After the fight with the delinquents, the atmosphere at school seemed more tense than ever. Damian and his friends were sitting at the back of the courtyard, reflecting on everything that had happened. The victory over the bullies gave them a taste of power, a feeling they hadn't experienced in a long time. The adrenaline was still coursing through their bodies, but something else was beginning to emerge within them: the will to change the reality of their lives.

Damian was the first to break the silence. He looked at his friends, his eyes shining with a determination that seemed new. "I think it's time we stop waiting for something to change for us. We're the only ones who can change this situation."

Jin was excited, almost accepting the plan. "You're talking about forming a gang, right? I think with our strength now, no one will stop us!"

Seok gave a nervous smile. "Forming our own gang... That sounds really exciting, man."

But before any excitement could spread, Minho cut through the air. He had his arms crossed, his expression grim, his eyes serious and skeptical. "Are you guys crazy?" He looked at Damian with a mix of concern and frustration. "We're just a bunch of 9th graders. We're not ready to take on a real gang. The gangs outside the school... They're adults, they have way more power than any of us, they have illegal businesses, they have territories to fight over, and they won't give a shit if we form a gang. We'll die if we do that. The fight is much bigger than they think."

Damian knew Minho was just being realistic, but he couldn't stand still any longer. He took a deep breath, trying to calm his temper. "I understand what you're saying, Minho. I know that the gangs outside of school are dangerous and have much more experience and power. But for now, no one needs to know. This can be just a start, a secret between us. No one needs to know that we're forming something. We're going to train our bodies, our skills with fists and bladed weapons. We're going to get strong, fast, and learn how to defend ourselves before we take any other step."

Seok and Jin exchanged glances. Jin was the first to speak, with a determined smile. "I'm in. If we don't do something now, it'll never change. I want to see how far we can go."

Seok agreed. "Yeah, it's time for us to change our lives. We can't keep being the weak ones, being stepped on by everyone."

Minho looked at his friends, his mind divided. He knew it would be a risky decision, but he also knew there was no going back. Everyone was ready to take the first step, and he couldn't be left behind. After a long silence, he sighed and finally spoke: "Okay, you win. But I'm going to be the most cautious. If we start training, we have to be serious. No poorly planned adventures. Our lives won't be easy, but I'll be with you. Just don't be reckless." Damian smiled, feeling Minho's confidence and the strength his friends were offering. "Let's do this the right way. The secret is to train, evolve, and when the time is right, then we'll show what we're capable of." With that, the four friends sealed their decision. The plan was set. It was time to change their lives, to become stronger and no longer allow themselves to be humiliated. But, above all, they knew that the journey would be difficult and full of challenges. Still, the future seemed clearer now: from that moment on, they would be the masters of their own destiny.
