Maxwell tries to stand up when the tensive conversation is still going on and cuts the attention of both of them.

" daddy, daddy carry me " opening his arms for lifting. Mr oladele bursted into laughter, he said " okay come my baby " he lifted him up and tickles him steadily " you made our serious conversation watery " turning to his wife " I thinked we work on the plan as fast as possible. "

" Daddy will be back soon, it may be traffic " she voiced out quietly

" but he doesn't come home late before, why traffic today " Maxwell questioned while peeping through the window. A lot of imaginations were running her mind, this made her fridgeting.

" Daddy is back " Maxwell whispers to her from the window. She was a bit relieved, stood up and check whether it was the car he took out. The whole family is set waiting for daddy to come in, Maxwell stood beside the door to hug his dad.

" don't you ?, why are you coming so late, you didnt even bother how we might have been worried about you. "

" OK am sorry " he takes a deep breadth and continues " have arranged your newly established clinic and so we are leaving here next week as fast as possible. "

She smiles a bit looking at him surprisingly " seriously I didn't get you " she said, dropping Maria from her arms. Her sarcastic look gaves him a second thought.

" does it sounds funny " he said

" really its funny, thats not an arrangement. No workers to start with, I didn't have the approval and there's no proper advertisement to the public..."

" forget about that, I didn't mind if youre staying , I just know am leaving as fast as possible " he stood up, walking towards the dinning set. With this long serious conversation, the kids also notices the hotness everywhere. They all kept silent leaving daddy and mummy to disagreement. Suddenly the door banged and stopped the unreasonable noises, the forcing knock seems not to be neighbours. " you cause this, you keep prolonging the issue " he said turning to his wife.

" don't blame me for this, we need to know who's there. "

He walks to the door knob and asked " hello, whos that please "

" Hello Mr oladele, good evening. "

" Evening, whats your purpose here please " he replied

" oh, please we come for our company debit card. We are told you won't be at work tomorrow "

" who told you so, please leave "

Mrs oladele presumed from inside " honey open the door, its not fare to keep visitors outsise without letting them in "

" woman stop this, I didnt trust them. They are robbers " he replied sonorously

" what could bring that imagination, our society is so tight, theres no way they can accept law breakers in. Just open it " she pleaded.

Mr oladele was perplexed, he was still insisting no to tamper against his spirit order. " you told me to do so, although I wasn't led. "

He opened the door quietly, facing the gang of rubbers who pointed gun to him. " hands up " they said.

Mrs oladele cannot control herself, she know she was wrong for misleading her husband. The fear of the gun made her take her children and hid behind the chair, leaving daddy to the reality.

" please anything you need, am ready to give you please"

Although Mr oladele was pleading, the gang dont even give him a pleasing look. They were so aggressive to the point of dragging him behind the door.

" please, please anything you need, please " he continues pleading. His wife hiding behind the chair, kept mute and maintain a perfect silence. She didn't even take a bravery heart, she was sobs quietly in tears and prays to God for breakthrough. She heard the gang leader say " we didn't want anything but your soul, that's our concern. "

She exclaimed deeply, but make sure anybody didnt hear her. The gang leader continues " I didnt bloody care about wife and kids "

Soon they all walks out silently to make the neighbour unaware about this, they told Mr oladele to warn her family not to try any investigation because they're unnoticeable. The gang escort him briskly to the car park outside and drove off. Mrs oladele shouted for help but its too late, looking at the vehicle as it boomed off. She was consoled and promised to take an act of investigation on the unknown culprits.
