As soon as the sound ended, two lifetimes worth of memories flooded into the brain of a blonde haired man who was sleeping in his bed. When the memories stopped flooding his brain, he opened his eyes, showcasing a pair of bright red eyes. Taking a deep breath, he sat up on his bed, the sheet that was covering him fell down to his waist, showing his lean muscular body with scars here and there.
The blonde looked to his right side, were a black haired woman was soundly sleeping, wearing an oversized shirt. Extending his hand, he placed his hand on her head and fell into a deep thought.
Taking a deep breath, he swung his legs off the bed and staggered towards the bathroom. When he reached the bathroom, he turned on the shower and let the cold water fall all over his body, waking him up fully.
After the cold shower, he went to the roof of his house and sat cross legged facing the eastern side, where the sun was slowly rising. Looking at the rising sun, he thought to himself 'From those memories, in my second life I was a expert in the breathing technique that harnessed the energy that is similar to the Sun's rays in my body. Let's try it out.'
Closing his eyes, he started to breathe in a pattern that he saw in the memories of his second life. A few moments later, the energy in the air, the earth and the water started to converge towards him. His breathing became rhythmic and he started to become one with the nature, small birds flew from distance and preached on him, the small plants on the roof top started to grow bit by bit.
When he was knew that he had reached the current capacity to absorb the energy, he stopped and slowly dissipated the energy into the nearby plants and birds. Opening his eyes, he saw the birds sitting on his body, the grown plants and he also felt the raw power when he used the breathing technique.
Observing his body using the extrasensory perception, he thought 'So, instead of Ripple Energy, I'm absorbing the Natural Energy of the world and mixing it with my chakra. Does that mean I have found a way to be a Sage without the help of the three Sage Regions? Good for me, I hope that there are no markings on my face.'
Shaking his head, he pondered about the memories he got this morning. 'I only remember key figures and events that will happen in the future. I don't have any idea about the whole history of this world. Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju had died at the end of 1st Great Shinobi War. Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi have took the mantle nine years ago. From the memories of my first life, there are three more war's to go, and the next two will happen within the gap of a year or two, I don't know well. Whatever, I'll do what I can do and be content with this new life.'
Stretching for a bit, he got up and back to the bathroom to have another shower. This time he showered in hot water.
After getting refreshed, he went into the kitchen and started to make breakfast. 'I should make some simple breakfast from my first life.'
Looking through the pantry, he saw some tomatoes, bread, eggs, meat, chicken and some veggies.
"Tomato soup with egg sandwich will do." Nodding to himself, he started the preparation.
Half an hour later, he made the breakfast for two and went inside his room where the women was soundly sleeping. Crouching near the bed, he caress her cheek and said "Mina, wake up. Breakfast is ready."
Mina cracked open one eye and her lone blue eye looking at him she mumbled out "Fife more minutes."
He didn't speak, he just leaned towards her face and kissed her on the lips, waking her up instantly. With wide eyes, she responded back with enthusiasm and her hands clutched his shirt and hair.
When they separated, he told her "Freshen up, breakfast is ready and I have a mission this evening with Sakumo."
"Arg... Can't you just stay home for some time?" Mina asked exasperated.
"Can't. I'm a Jonin of Konaha, how can I decline a mission directly given by the Hokage?" He told her.
Mina closed her eye's in frustration and placed her head against his temple and said "I'm worried about you. Even though you came from a powerful clan, your parents had abandoned that name and raised you in secret. And now you bear my name, I don't want to lose you like you lost your parents."
Lightly kissing her, he said "I promise you this, I won't die on a mission to leave you and our son in your belly to face this bitter world alone. I'll be always with you guy's, I promise."
Tears glistens in her eyes as she wrapped him in a hug. Smiling, he placed his hands on her bottom and in one swell swoop, he picked her up from the bed and made her freshen up.
After the two of the showered for a bit, he led her to the dining hall and started eating the breakfast. She praised his cooking skill and said that he had improved, and ordered him that he should cook for her whenever he was at home and he readily agreed.
An hour before departure, he wore his black sleeveless shirt, black pant, a belt that had small pouches on the sides, over his black shirt he wore a dark flak jacket, and wore the forehead protector on his head.
"I'll be heading out!" Saying so, he went out of the house and walked towards the southern direction of the village to find his teammates.
Back at home, rubbing her belly, Mina said "Don't worry, you father is one of the strongest in Konaha. He will come back for both of us." With a faraway look, she mumbled to herself "You will come back right, Kirito?"
