Blackness enveloped my whole body. No voice, no feeling, it was like torture. In my last moments, I thought to myself, "If there really is another world, then I would love to experience it."
And as if a candle was lit in the darkness, I saw a light dazzlingly white, nearly blinding my eyes, and after a few moments, I saw it, it was a person, and he was holding me?? "Huh, how did I become a child? Could it be that I really reincarnated?" I thought in my mind.

This world is called Garcia. A world where magic and science coexist. It has 5 continents. Central Continent, Eastern Continent, Western Continent, Northern Continent, and Southern Continent. The Central and Eastern Continents are ruled by humans, and the other Continents are ruled by demons, elves, monsters, etc. Our protagonist, Rox, is born in the Terra Kingdom in a village called Maer Village that is within the Eastern Continent. Well, Maer Village is a village in name; otherwise, it is more advanced than our well-developed cities. Magic and Science, a unique combination, made this world with unbelievable technology and complex magic.
1 year later, Rox started to walk by himself, and in these 12 months, he learned that this world has magic and has been integrated with science. He was very thrilled after knowing that, but he was too young to use magic, so he had to wait for the right age to learn magic. But he didn't enjoy his childhood; instead, he immersed himself in the sea of knowledge of this world. He wanted to learn as much as he could for his obsession with magic and even his parents let him be. He learned everything he could to make his future insightful and enjoyable.
But the world didn't go as he had planned for himself. After the age of 3, he learned that his body has a condition called mana overflow, which means he will be constantly absorbing mana and releasing it at the same time, and it has no cure in this world. It's like a cancer for humans and more deadly than cancer for him. Who doesn't want to use magic? It's like someone has snatched the toy from the baby, and the baby cannot do anything but cry, or you failed your exam just because of 1 mark(s). You can imagine how heartbroken and depressing it is for him.
After learning of this harsh truth, he and his parents were heartbroken. He didn't believe that his life could be so tragic that even in his new life, he couldn't enjoy it.
"Will I not be able to use magic? Is it the end of my magical life?"
"NO, I can't accept it, I CAN'T." He cried as he said those words. His tears slid down his cheeks endlessly.
The harsh reality nearly broke him to the core. He didn't believe that it would be the end of his isekai(another world) life. He was hopeless. Sitting on the bed, he was gazing at the roof as if trying to see something that could be a hope for him, but it was all just a false hope.
He felt lifeless, as if he had been drained of his soul and was just a puppet. In the end, he couldn't bear it and started despairing over his life. Fate played a joke on him after giving his life a new hope, it got snatched. At least that's what he thought. Maybe fate wasn't playing with him, but he was destined for something more than he thought, or maybe he would have to change his fate for the sake of his dream, maybe that was the key, or maybe there was something that would defy his fate and help him achieve his dream?
And so like a few days passed. Rox, not knowing what to do, is just sitting on his bed, sad, maybe, or did he just not want to do anything? And just then, suddenly, a loud sound of a siren was heard to all the villagers. A large group of beasts was trying to attack the Maer Village to destroy it fully. The village was in chaos, everyone was trying to go to their nearest shelter, but there was only one person who was standing still, his eyes dazed, yet his trembling body couldn't hide the excitement he was feeling. He was Rox. What did he see?
